Please refrain from excess venting in this thread. Talking about negative emotions is fine but it's best not to dwell on them for too long. TV Tropes is not suited to deal with mental health situations.

@Fluid: True, but I think Aliens hits the right balance between horror and action. smile

I might check out Last Scenario, it seems interesting.

@Zudak: I've seen that. YUM. I wonder if anyone's actually dared to copy epic meal time recipes.

Aliroz:

In this case, though, it's a guy who really likes heroic legends and wants to be that kind of badass.

Dove:

Unfortunately, no. The game is built on RPG Maker, which has no Mac release.

I'm having like the nerdiest weekend ever.

Playing a few games of Archenemy tonight, going to a New Phyrexia release party tomorrow, and playing a bunch of Scion tomorrow night.

Yeah, it ain't easy being on a Mac. The only way to play Windows games would be running a virtual Windows, which is a problem in itself.

...Well, except for maybe like a Super Smash Bros Brawl party on Sunday. That would be the shit.

@Tzetze: You can commit suicide via quality literature! Best. Suicide. Ever.

@Wicked223: Why not read Milton's Paradise Regained while you're at it?

@Fluid: Oh. That makes sense.

Anyways, in unrelated news, I think that Anita from West Side Story is secretly an evil Manipulative Bastard. She tells Maria several times in the show to never even think of dating outside her race, she sings with anticipation at how tired and sweaty Bernardo will be after a gang-fight, and when Maria is at her most desperate in in greatest need of help, Anita says that she'll give Tony that all-important message, but when she actually gets there, she tells Doc that Maria is dead, thus betraying her daughter's trust and crushing Tony's spirit.

^ That is a great game. Seriously, it involves the friggin' Pazzi conspiracy, the Borgian machinations, Leonardo Da Vinci, and everything else that we love to read about in our early renaissance centred history books.

With the wealth of emulators available, any console is probably fine though.
