A4 to B2, last I checked. I was the main alto in choir, but my sister said I'm actually an extremely dramatic mezzo.
In pop-music terms: I can sing Dashboard Confessional songs and other tenor-range songs after warming up, I'm most comfortable singing Matchbox Twenty and Rachael Yamagata, and I can't sing most female songs unless I scale them down an octave.
If I was an opera singer, I would be cross-dressing so much.

OK, I've found a better comparison for my vocal range: Jack White. Basically, I just about have his exact range. I even sound a little like him. :3
Hmm I I seem not to be the only Baritone aspiring to be a rock singer here. I havent developed my vocal range very much and my lower range not at all. But D2 to F5(falsetto) would be a qualified guess. I havent got the whole mix voice/head voice thing down. So my high notes arent that good or powerful.

In the process of creating Old Shame.Hey, another aspiring rock singer! Cool, man.
O.K., apparently I can reliably hit the high notes in The Lion Sleeps Tonight (Unsure if real name), and Take On Me.
But only when I'm not thinking about it.
I am inordinately proud of this.
Soprano, but I can sing alto too.
AC:NL Dream Address: 5200-2582-5967I can go from a D2 to an E4. Bass-Baritone.
A thing of beauty is a joy forever.G2 to C5. Apparently, I'm a tenor with an extended lower range.
The sin of silence when they should protest makes cowards of men.Upper range tenor to mid range baritone, although raspy and gravelly at the moment thanks to a splendid little bout of the flu.
Leftists are pretty sinister, really.I am a horrible singer but my natural singing voice is baritone range. Using head voice (NOT falsetto, if it's shrieky it's not falsetto!) I can reach a very shaky D5 but it sounds horrible, like Eric Adams with a chest infection.

Out of Context Theater: Mike K "'Bloody Pussies' cracked me up"I am a high baritone. G#2 to G4 (with Falsetto I can get to E5) Anything below C3 I can't really sing, I just sound like I'm talking. Sucks being high baritone, I can only sing low tenor and high baritone parts and most stuff is tenor in rock and baritone in blues

The E below middle C to about the C or D an octave above middle C.
Um, I can't quite remember. If I recall, my range is about the G or so below middle C (although that's uncomfortable) to...maybe two D's, possibly E's above middle C. It's been a long time. All I know is that it's a really limited range.
And if I claim to be a wise man, well, it surely means that I don't know.Low Baritone to high Bass I think, despite the fact that I look like a tenor.
I'd rather the world betray me, but I won't betray the world.I'm a baritone-almost-tenor too. I think the lowest I can hit anymore is A2, but if I'm congested enough my voice drops by about a third.
I can hit some high notes, but I can't sustain ANY note for very long at all — I tend to drift if I have to hold for more than a measure.
Voice type and physical appearance are somehow connected? That's new to me.

The sin of silence when they should protest makes cowards of men.F2-B4
...Low bass, but can also falsetto like a MFer.
Somehow you know that the time is right.I'm trained in death metal vocals and I think my range is somewhere around B2-F6. What can I say, we Toorus are born with wide vox ranges.
Check out my crappy internet band.one and a half octave
IIRC
I'm a female tenor.
No lies. No exaggerations.
I am proud of my voice.

Banned entirely for telling FE that he was being rude and not contributing to the discussion. I shall watch down from the goon heavens.Being someone who spent most of their academic career in one choir or another, I can tell you this: After a while, you can see tenors. It's ridiculous.
I'll hide your name inside a word and paint your eyes with false perception. The whole damn piano.
Yeah, Jason Kreis ain't exactly a soccer star.Since last posting here I've managed to extend my vocal range to over 2 octaves, which means on a good day I can do A2 to B-flat4. So that's basically going from choral tenor to solo tenor. Hooray!
Listen to Music with Tropers at The Troper Turntable!
I can go from Death Growls to a more...clean style of singing. Of course, how good it sounds is very debateable.
