The Leviathan, no question. Venom may be strong, but I'm pretty sure he couldn't kill an incredibly long sea serpent that shrugs off attacks from even other Leviathan species.

The Leviathan probably couldn't survive the universe-destroying attack, but it could easily tear through Dharkon's tentacled mass of a body and kill him.
That’s actually the second most efficient way of killing one of these things.

I play Subnautica, I should know 
Toga can beat it if she heats up her knives and keeps stabbing it for like 1 hour straight.
The problem is Toga's a crazy speedster too, plus on top of that she can turn invisible while using her Flash Step.
And if Meta Knight has blood, well. That means she can become basically Kirby in a fight.

Lucina wouldn't be able to harm Toga or put up much of a fight on her own, Meta Knight would easily curbstomp her, he's got way too many powers for Toga to be able to defeat him and his speed means she wouldn't react in time to even poke him, both would probably take her down in a second.
Still, Meta can move as fast as the Warp Star (FTL basically) and has defeated frickin' Galacta Knight (Who's been stated to have destroyed entire planets). Toga would have to get a really lucky shot in but even then she'll be pretty much putting herself in Meta's sword range, and it'll take little more than one good slash to slice her in half

As far as I can tell, that's just some guy with a flamethrower. Think I'm gonna give this to Tsuyu. Flamethrowers are pretty powerful, but it'd be easy for her to outmaneuver a regular guy with seventy-five pounds of equipment on his back.
