Hussie's future project post HS.
It's not Homestuck 2.0. Or real for that matter

Happy April Fool's Day.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?Well the trope page has examples that range from losing powers to Idiot Ball, so it can fit.
After the end of Homestuck, Hussie is going to focus on Dr. Brinner: Ghost Psychiatrist.
PROBLEM.
SLEUTH.
3.
Mostly does better things now. Key word mostly. Writes things, but you'll never find them. Or you can ask.clearly hussie is going to finish bard quest
"There's not a girl alive who wouldn't be happy being called cute." ~Tamamo-no-MaeIn the end of Bardquest, the Bard discovers he is actually in the same universe of Problem Sleuth, and that kickstarts Problem Sleuth 0: The Prequel.
The "kickstart" isn't just an expression though. There will be a kickstarter for it. With the goal being to topple Hiveswap's kickstarter funding.

Money which he will then presumably spend on a wedding as lavish as the gold ring he bought.
Ok, that's it, I'm outta here. No really. Everything sucks, Homestuck is beyond unspeakable horror and it doesn't deserve my presence. I'm gonna leave the fandom, leave the Thread, and call anti-HS cops to arrest you all.
Well that was my first ever HS-themed april fools shit!
Actually the truth is that Homestuck is real and Hiveswap is actually a copy of Sburb that will be distributed to a select few members of the fandom. Also Hussie is the First Guardian of Post-Scratch Earth and he drew the comic to prepare us to play it.

Lol what
"I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." -Thomas Edisonhomestuck is real
hiveswap is sburb
hussie is hussie
"There's not a girl alive who wouldn't be happy being called cute." ~Tamamo-no-MaeFail, Nindra. This post went from "a theory I like" to "hey that sounds likea good joke". Nice try though.
Also Nindra sounds really like a Pokemon name.
I shouldn't be surprised that some people believe this, this is the Internet after all
"I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." -Thomas EdisonHussie's much too orange to be a First Guardian.
Also, only distributed to a select few members of the fandom? What?
Ideally, if SBURB were real, noone would play it, unless everyone would play it?
(Actual ideal scenario: People who want to play it do, but start on an otherwise lifeless planet?)

I also have a confession to make.
I was Lucky Savant all along.
That was the one that wasn't actually Red, right? 'Sbeenawhile.
Mostly does better things now. Key word mostly. Writes things, but you'll never find them. Or you can ask. It's Ninja not Nindra.
Also you don't get to choose whether to play Sburb or not. You see the meteors coming and you only have one choice.

Completely untrue.
Everything you do, you choose to do, even if it looks like there's only one real choice.
There's always only one real choice.

Oh I get it.
It's cool I guess.
Debatable. There's also the matter that you were born in the game. How can you avoid that?
well you made the decision to create yourself, even if accidentally.
"There's not a girl alive who wouldn't be happy being called cute." ~Tamamo-no-MaeSo a popular liveblogger commented on how we are having an update on April Fools, and this is usually not a good thing. I was curious on why and looked at previous updates on that date.
2010 had no update on 4/1, but 4/2 had [S] Dave: Accelerate, which is a major plot curveball.
2011 again had no update, but 4/2 had an anti-climax which is John getting killed by Jack after finding his father's body.
2012 had a part of the scene where Lord English kills Hussie. Not really a curveball or anti-climax, but a sort of jokester moment?
2013 has the flash where Kurloz grabs Vriska's coat, which has omonous music and sounds like an important flash but has yet to have any plot importance other than the likely "this will eventually become LE's coat", which hasn't even been shown. To this day fans have been speculating on it so it might have been an effective prank.
2014 and 2015 were during hiatuses, so no update.
Is Hussie about to troll us?

But not before you played the game. So if you refuse to play, you create a paradox. That's the point.
She wasn't really written out of anything, though, so she doesn't really fit?
She was mind-controlled the whole, leadup to [S] GAME OVER., until she was killed, she wasn't really absent;
And in this time through she's actually spent very little climactic time asleep?
