Reiterating my vote to keep. Did a (less than) quick glance over the fic, and while there's plenty of absurd graphic violence, there doesn't seem to be any sex other than what's in Chapter 13.

Why don't you just go read it yourself? It's awkward and terribly-written, but if you're so insistent about this, then I don't understand why you do your own review.
But might as well:
- Marcus shows up at the Loud household, Lori and Leni are in bikinis
- Lori and Leni's appearances are described lustfully
- Leni and Marcus make out
- They all get undressed, the two admire Marcus' penis
- They all continue making out, Marcus gets erect
- Lori begins licking Marcus' balls and dick, eventually having him penetrate her
- Marcus begins to thrust and soon ejectuates, all while Leni masturbates watching them
- Marcus moves onto Leni and penetrates her as well
- He begins to thrust, and stops to have her call him Daddy
- He then continues and Leni reaches orgasm
- They all fuck some more, with very little detail provided
...well, that was a painful read.

…it’s just a crappy sex scene. No need to fuss about it so much.
You’re free to find it disgusting and disturbing if you do, but there’s no reason why we should put a warning or scrub any mention of it. The consensus is “the sex scene between a 24-year-old and two older teenagers is acceptable under the Content Policy” not “keep everything but references to chapter 13”.
