Yeah, this is not a slight against the people making the show. It is what it is, but it still sucks everybody has to play this game.
IMO, I don't think merchandising is inherently bad. In addition to supporting their favorite creators, viewers may want to showcase that they are a fan of a particular work. Plushies, keychains, pins, and T-shirts are pretty standard ways of doing it, as those are things everyone buys, and are usually easy to produce.
It can also help raise awareness of smaller creators. For example, a Marker plushie appeared on BBC News, and when the interviewers asked about it, the interviewee namedropped jacknjellify.

Image Pickin' BacklogAgain, my problem with it is not the merchandising itself, but with the fact that it's basically mandatory to have in order to get your production off the ground.
Youtube channel L'Orchestra Cinematique has released an epic version of Your New Home.
Add to that there’s just the fact that if you’re show isn’t quite as commercially pleasing to look at then it’s unlikely to be as successful. Like imagine wanting to do an indie animated sitcom, it’s harder to market plushies and t-shirts of simple, ordinary people. Even having a well crafted pilot that racks in millions of views isn’t going to be enough to fund a show if people don’t find your merch appealing.
To add on the "how is the production values so high". I must point out that glitch doesn't do regular releases by the standard of television. They can easily afford good animation when they don't have to worry about getting it done in a week per EP.
Thought it would be a good idea to watch the series on Hindi language. Since 1, it's the only language I learned and taught and also the fact my parents lived in the nationality where they used this language. Decent I should say but regardless an experience.
I don't want to brag or anything but when it comes to being the worst, I'm always at the top!Unfortunately it's the nature of the beast. No matter how appealing something is, it needs to make money so that the people making it don't starve unless they're getting funded by the government or a Renaissance patron of the arts or a billionaire passionate about stop-motion animation.
The song the cast did, Digital Hallucination, got a music video.
The First manSpeaking of songs: a musical commercial for plushies!
...That was still fucked up how they used the Gummigoo plushie... I want to strangle the Caine plushy now.
Speaking of, anyone else think the Zooble plushie getting strangled was supposed to be a Fandom Nod to strangling the Caine plushy?

Vegeta: I'm back bitches! That's something I never noticed honestly. I mean considering what you said it seems to be the case.
As for the video it was cool and at the same time they really have to do Gummigoo dirty about him getting zapped into nothingness.
I don't want to brag or anything but when it comes to being the worst, I'm always at the top!Point I've seen in favor of the theory that Jax is the NPC among players is that they're the only one to break the fourth wall. Is that actually true that they're the only one other than Caine?

Vegeta: I'm back bitches!I admit the way the aftermath was shot in this video I thought for a moment that Pomni had reached a Rage Breaking Point and the camera zoom meant she was lunging at an also-screaming Caine. Tiny-bit disappointed that wasn't the case.
Man, Bringing back Gummigoo only to kill him again was just evil.
I don't know how many TADC fan songs I've heard, but none of them seem to click with me. None of them are bad but I don't think I've found one I would want to keep playing on Youtube over and over.
But I am down for the Merch ad. I love me a Modern Major General homage, The only thing is that the price for all the plushies has gone up to where I still want one but they are more expensive to me.
An AU of the Amazing Digital Circus.
Is this the new Undertale?
that's an Alternate Universe?
> Is this the new Undertale?
god I hope not
New theme music also a boxSoundtrack of an AU, you can find it in tumblr, maybe in other places too. (With another AU being the Amazing Digital Carnival, swapping AI and humans places and viceverse...except bubble)
And i don't think that it will be the next Undertale, atleast i don't believe that it will reach the same scale, but the Amazing Digital Circus episode 2 reached dozens of millions of views in just a few days sooo...

Crossover with Owl House characters by Moring Mark:
What sorts of works do you see this show crossing over with if you could?
The Owl House and Coyote Vs Acme are my Roman Empire.Digital Circus or Owl House?
"What sorts of works do you see this show crossing over with if you could?"
The Matrix would fit surprisingly well, and would be a hilarious mash up.
Portal and/or System Shock. Caine would be a saint compared to GLaDOS and SHODAN.

I mean for what it's worth, it seems like it's mostly plushies and the sort. It'd be amazing if projects like this were able to just... exist... but whaddaya gonna do? Nature of the beast and all that.
...But I do really feel like Gooseworx and Glitch Productions is a match made in heaven here. With all of these creative juggernauts (and Alex Rochon finally making it big on YouTube again for the first time in years), it feels... nostalgic, like a glimpse of everything that can be great about Internet original material.
