Paging ~Completely Normal Guy to the thread. Anyway, I'm in favor of cutting for the reasons given. Seems like an easier cut than with the Flavor Equipment thread I just closed between the low wick count and the low inbound count.

Note: This thread was proposed by Completely Normal Guy.
Since its creation in 2008, it has collected all of 11 wicks, four of which are from various "needs help" pages. Between that, the unclear name, and the Example as a Thesis definition, there isn't much to salvage here. I'd suggest either cutting it outright, or just redirecting to Crime and Punishment Tropes.
