That was a reference to how the "Image Macro" part is used to refer to copyright violations in general instead of just image macros.

I saw it was in TRS but figured that the image being one that we don’t have permission to use and is potentially a violation of the site’s content policy still warranted the image being brought here

Is it NSFW? The fantasy bikini might be threadbare but it is covering what it needs to cover.

You tell me. You all are the ones who said it might be an issue. I have no opinion one way or the other.
The NSFW/Image Macro tag is used for pics that we don't have permission for, for lack of an alternative. This is by nature a sex trope so a lurid page image isn't out of place.
