This official art of Him was pitched in that thread, but the crunchy lineart of that version made it less than ideal at the time.
And here's another one from the reboot:
Neither pic is used on The Powerpuff Girls / Main Antagonists. However, the character is also a Flaming Devil, and might better fit on that page entirely, especially since the source of that page's current is dead.
