Yep, they're ZCE. I removed them.
VideoGame.Endless Space 2: The Lumeris are scaly spacefaring Mafiosos, though they're amphibians rather than reptiles; early in the beta their populations gave a bonus to Dust generation if they got to live on planets with the (now absent) 'Water' attribute.
Is this actually Frog Men? I think that it does not fit Lizard Folk, and they don't seem to be running The Conspiracy.
I think so.
Remind me, the only things left to do are disambiguating these wicks between Lizard Folk and Reptilian Conspiracy, yes?
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanIs this actually an example, or a shoehorn?
TabletopGame.Twilight Imperium: Actually more like snapping-turtle-folk. But they're in there. The joke is that the name of their race (Xxcha) is actually just the sound of a jaw chomp transliterated into English letters.
I don't think there's enough context to that one.
We are down to 115! Thought I'd share the most hilarious bit of Insane Troll Ligic I've run across to justify a shoehorn:
- VideoGame.Breath Of Fire III: Deis is revealed to actually be one of these rather than Snake People, as this game shows her to be capable of shapeshifting. To be fair, her magical abilities are inhibited in human form in order to keep her confined.
In-game, the character is a Deity, with a snake's lower body and a woman's torso and head. but "She shapeshifts, so she must be a Reptilian instead" ?!? Got a chuckle out of me, and got the entry canned.
Well, and now we are done here. Closing.

Below 230. Can someone else look at WesternAnimation.Butt Ugly Martians and Webcomic.Rasputin Barxotka? I'm thinking that they are just ZCE.
