I pulled the image from a GIS, and that’s how it uploaded on TV Tropes. Also, would Willbyr or another mod come and remove the current?

Willbyr himself put the current there two days ago; looks like it was a mistake.
Edit: Maybe I'm imagining it, but it seems like the mods haven't been as active on the forums the past two or three days. I guess they've just been busy with non-TV Tropes stuff lately, or maybe it's because it's a summer weekday. (Or maybe I'm just overthinking this due to fatigue.)

Things saved as jpgs happen to go through an extra bit of compression when put on the site - normally I'd recommend this site
to turn it into a png to upload without the extra compression, but considering the scale of the image and just how much is in it, I doubt a png would be under file size limit.
I imagine the mods are still discussing what to do now that Nombre's retired.

Don't think so. The only things that look suspect are the little monkey thing next to the red Yoshi (the model similarity makes me 80% sure it's at least official) and Kat and Ana, who I am hoping are using their Brawl models.

As for the latest suggestion, as someone who can't tell if it's fan renders or not, it's a lateral change illustration wise — so if it's all official then I vote for it.
