Duplicate Image: Battle Strip

EDIT: Damn it, I screwed up the thread title again.

The image of Hulk Hogan for Battle Strip is the same as the one on his main page, albeit cropped differently. Though the photo on Hogan's page was changed recently, likely without permission, which is a common occurrence on Pro Wrestling pages.

Though I agree that the current Hogan image is better than the one it replaced. Even though the former◊ image is bigger and shows him with the WWF championship, it is of Hogan at one of the low-points in his career and he doesn't look much like a "Hulk" since he'd came off the steroids and lost significant muscle mass. Whereas the current one is closer to Hogan's peak.

Personally I believe Hogan's page should keep the photo, albeit with a vertical crop, such as this:

And Battle Strip should be changed.

Here are some suggestions for a new Battle Strip photo: [1] [2]◊ (albeit with some touch-ups, such as increased saturation to make it more colorful)

Or if we want to keep Battle Strip and change Hogan's photo, there are many other options.

I'd rather use OP's crop for Battle Strip and find a replacement for his page.

Agreed, the OP's crop is clearer on both "battle" and "strip". It is overall easier to replace work/creator pages.

Of those, I like 9.1 and 9.3 best.

9.1 would probably be my pick. Though I may need to tone down the contrast a little more.

Maybe, but the suggestions have just been posted. Wait a bit to see if the discussion favors an option or not.

9.1 is very similar to current on Fluffy Fashion Feathers.

9.3 or 9.4 are my preferences.

Is "looking like a wrestler" really that important? Do actors' photos need to look like they're acting? Everyone knows Hulk Hogan was a wrestler and if not, there's plenty of text on the page to confirm it.

If "showing that they're a wrestler" is a requirement, then nearly every wrestler's trope page photo needs to be changed (and to be fair, many do and I'll probably be posting more propositions in the near future.)

That being said, I wouldn't lose sleep at night if 9.4 was the new Hogan image. Just wish I could find a good photo of prime Hogan.

"Everyone knows Hulk Hogan is a wrestler" do they? He's very famous, but we can't assume prior knowledge of anything. Granted, it's literally on a page called "Wrestling/", but it's the principal I'm talking about here.

Furthermore, I just think 9.4 is the best looking out of the bunch; it's the most interesting and dynamic.

What about Battle Strip itself? Shall it be changed to the bigger version in my OP as others have suggested?
