Welcome to HGS: Another Side Another Story. It is a roleplay spinoff for the Hunger Games Simulator forum game, akin to both the RP's in the Roleplaying section as well as the ITTs in Forum Games. It tells the story of the Hunger Games in the Arena of Panem, the nominators who sent the tributes, the tributes themselves both in and out of the Arena or even other people relevant to the Games. In addition, it also tells their stories beyond the Arena.
You can jump right in with any character, like your nominator self, your tributes, etc. The structure of this RP will be open-world. Don't worry about not being skilled/experienced enough or being new to RP'ing. Finally, ASAS accepts any skill level or RP style. Other than these, there are some important rules to note, which are:
- No godmodding will be allowed or tolerated here. The offending player will be given punishment depending on the severity.
- Please communicate anything important you plan on another player with the said player first. Don't just execute it without their consent.
- Don't be rude to other players, both out and in-universe. This extends to RP offenses like railroading, guilt-tripping, coercing, or other forms of forcing them.
- This RP is related to the Hunger Games Simulation:Beyond the Possibilities forum game. Thus it will have events based from that game, including the tributes. This means if you want to RP as tributes, please nominate them officially on the thread first, with misses not being counted. This has to be done after an incident with a player who hasn't joined the game itself yet.
- Since this RP is Loose Canon in relation to the main HGS thread, the host's interpretation of events isn't necessarily 100% canon. Every player has the right to deviate from what the host says and go with their own interpretations. If multiple players have their tributes involved in the same event(s), please communicate with each other so that you're on the same page regarding how you see them.
- This RP chronicles the lives of the nominators and their tributes behind the scenes. While dark plots are acceptable, the overall tone of the RP should be light-hearted and comedic. This RP is not a Cosmic Horror Story or action story about defeating evil. It is a Slice of Life comedy with some adventure to it, first and foremost. Our previous RP, Convergence, is not representative of the intended tone, and the grimdark tone of that RP is one of the main reasons it was retooled.
- Nominators and tributes alike can transform into Pokemon whenever they enter a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon World (but they can bypass this with certain items/methods or shapeshifting) or via other means outside it such as a season event, Transformation Trinkets, or shapeshifting. The players are free to choose the Pokéforms that best suit their characters and even give them color schemes outside the standard and Shiny colors, but there is a hard rule for this. If you want your character's Pokéform to be a Legendary, Mythical, or Ultra Beast, please ask the RP mods for approval. Outside the Arena, these Pokéforms are still OP, but we want to give leeway for tributes who theoretically can have them such as deities.

Detective Gamechanger's Base
A sharp-dressed man in a green suit and yellow tie is standing by the entrance of the base. He is of average height and has whitish skin, though still a bit darker. He is Billy, one of the nominators and the organizer of the party.
Indeed, after the nominators' returned and settled their problems, they decide to have fun with a party. Billy also sent invites for all the other nominators out there, as well as basically anyone else, including tributes, non associated parties, interested nominators who haven't participate yet, or even those who just wants to hang out.
The place itself in the base is refurbished for party purposes. Fancy chairs and tables are set everywhere for people to relax, as well as put food and other objects for the latter. There's also various collections showcased, including those belonging to the Detective, like his classic cars. Various themes to the base are set too, including detective noir as GC would have preferred.
Billy is now awaiting for other guests to arrive. He is also ready to give them a pleasant surprise during the party pertaining to his nation.

??? shed his disguise but still kept his hood, he chuckled at her assumption.
???: I can see where Scipion gets his general lack of respect for others. I assure you this was nothing more than a way to have some fun myself. I don't really care for you and your allies' actions.
He then proceeded to pull out a watch from his pocket, looking at the time.
???: Sigh, I guess I should've picked a universe with less pretentiousness. You are powerful, but I'd rather not waste my time here, so I'll ask you this question: Is there any enemy you need me to take out?
Future Plans
Another portal, a purple one shaped like a butterfly, far away from Persephone's castle opened, out of it a group of Shocker Combatmen, led by Ambassador Hell

Ambassador Hell: The Legion of Doom has made their first move in the final stage of their plan, it's time to begin our own plan.
The Combatmen all raised their hands in approval before returning back to their dimension, with everything else none the wiser.
Meeting of the Disgraced
Lucemon felt some strange relief in seeing Medusa appear before him and his minions. They both had discovered how little they mattered to the other High Commands.
Lucemon: Lady Medusa, it's an honor to have you here. We must take action and defeat the Legion of Doom before they can signify our end. With my army they'll stand no chance of victory.
He then began recalling his troops to prepare for an all-out attack.
Endless Possibilities
Nightmare laughed as he watched the carnage unfold. Several members attempting in vain to escape or get spared. All were whittled down until only less than half remained.
Nightmare: That will be it for the purge of the weak. Now my remaining faithful minions, our finest hour is upon us. And the time to demonstrate the power of our mighty artifact is nigh.
He and the remaining members of the High Command sans Grogar then began using the Gauntlet and balanced out it's power by using their status as being from different realities.
Nightmare: This artifact may have a strong chance of backfiring on a world at random, but to us, it's nothing lethal, as our natures can balance out it's effects on the Multiverse.
Bill: We got loose ends to tie up, I guess pretty angel-demon boy's gonna have his world go kablooey faster.
HIM: Show us what you're made of, precious artifact.
Black Hat: At last, no more playing around.
They all activated it together, summoning from a Universe afar the Anihilarg, a weapon capable of erasing an entire Universe down to it's basic concepts.
Bill: Thanks to info provided by Malware, told us that this little baby could wipe out an entire universe... At the cost of itself. Well, let's give it a try. Now who'll have the honor of carrying it out?
The remaining minions fearfully looked at each other, before one was forcefully picked... Utrom Shredder.
HIM: We got a winner. Your task is most fabulous, Mr. Ch'rell. Now go out and make us proud by erasing that Universe now!
He was then forcefully teleported to Lucemon's world, far from where he and Medusa were to detonate the Anihilarg.

Kirby
The Spacepod
Magolor receives Tabby's message and he replies that he could visit her sometime, and reveals that he already has a living candy and living cake. Sam then tells Magolor something.
"She's not the only living food out there! There's a lot more just wandering around!"
"They could be scared, just like she does!"
"That means we should look for more of these things!"
Magolor then sets off, using the Pod to fly and look for more of these food-creatures.
The Winter's End
Susie arrives with her ship near the Winter's End to deliver Ribey.
At the very End of Earth's Atmosphere
An entity, vaguely similar to a giant siphonophore in appearance, but with large, cute eyes, floats through the end of the atmosphere. It has ribbon-like tentacles and glows with the brilliance of a star. Seemingly in the aftermath of taking a blow from an incident or attack, it "swims" through space clumsily.

The Winter's End
"Thanks for helping me to repair Ribey. Your 100000 Panem Dollars has been sent to your bank account and you're now a VIP member, meaning that you can use most of the facilities free of charge. Forte and Kaname would be proud of you."King thanks Susie for repairing Ribey. She then resumes to speaking with George and Kayla.
"Now that Ribey is here, reviving Forte shouldn't be a problem now. Thanks for your offer, though. Although if you feel like you want to know more about what happened to us and the so-called Neon Quarters, sure, feel free to stay and ask me questions while I try to revive Forte using Ribey."

Power's Home
A mailpony delivers the presents to Power's front door, the quesadillas specially preserved in case she and Miranda arrive home late. In addition to Ichi's gifts are Ralsei's, Twilight's, and Sans's, the last one being a collaborative gift from the Blue Pun Clan. All of them are protected in an anti-theft bubble shield.
Quattro's
"Pow-Pow..." says Miranda, tearing up at that memory. "I was crying so hard when those nominators killed you in the Bloodbath..."
"Yeah..." she replies, her ears folded. "My very first season wasn't really the best..."
"I deactivated the magic screen as soon as you died... but after some time, 6k1 reactivated it and told me that she'd be going to Panem to save you. I wished her good luck as she finished building her portal, put on her improvised PPE, and went in..."
Flashback: The Arena/The Revival Center
6k1 stepped out of the portal and saw Power's body lying in the Arena. She turned away from how battered it was from the pony's fight against Stalkeyes and Furias. Not far away from her was Arcada's body, which was also bruised from the fight. 6k1 tried not to lose her lunch as she called the ambulance to take Power's body to the nearest revival center.
Oh dear... I'm so sorry you died like that...
The nominator saw the other bodies either vanishing to respawn in their bases or being retrieved by the medical staff. The ambulance then arrived, and she rode in the passenger's seat after the paramedics loaded the body.
As the driver made his way to a revival center, 6k1 looked out and saw the Science Center. It was just a single-floor building which housed a basic lab and the Forcefield generator, but the other facilities were already being constructed. She also saw another building under construction several blocks away from the Center and smiled, because the sign said: "ON THIS SITE WILL RISE: THE HUNGER GAMES DATABASE LIBRARY".
The ambulance arrived at its destination, and 6k1 went down and followed the paramedics wheeling the body in. She tried going into the operating room to help them, but they stopped her since only authorized personnel were allowed inside.
"Alright, I will let you borrow my Capitol-approved revival tools at least. But you have to let me in afterwards so I can wipe her memories."
"Are you sure?" asked the head of the revival center. "You know that that Obliviator wasn't properly tested!"
"Would it even matter for this tribute? She doesn't want them erased, but I'll do so anyway for her protection!"
"If you insist, Ms. 6001, then you must pay us a hefty sum of money if it backfires!"
She checked her wallet. Luckily, it was a reasonable amount to pay for the damages without going broke.
"Alright sir, I will do this for my friend."
She gave him the tools, and he closed the doors at her. 6k1 took a seat in the lobby and waited for the revival to be finished. While doing so, she wrote Jack Frost's, Frozone's, Snowdrake's, and Kyurem's names on four slips of paper and gave them to a Gamemaker who dropped by outside. They were holding a Reaping Ball containing the names of the other tributes for the first Christmas-themed season.
A few hours after the Gamemaker left, the head called 6k1 in. She got up and entered the OR, her Obliviator at the ready. It pained her to see Power on the operating table, breathing slowly in her coma. The pony was wrapped neatly under the sheets, and her heart rate was stabilizing at a slow and steady pace.
"P-Power..." 6k1 stammered, "I'm sorry, but this has to be done..."
She touched the tip of the Obliviator on Power's horn and pressed the button. The unicorn winced in her sleep as her memories of the season were absorbed by the ray gun. 6k1 kept her hand steady as she pulled the silvery stream of memories out, but the Obliviator shook violently and emitted sparks before it dropped on the floor.
Quattro's
"Owww..." says Power, rubbing her temples. "6k1 failed to wipe my memories?!"
"Sadly, yes..." says Miranda. "That's why I was happy to hear that the Necromancy Department was properly funded to perfect the process."
"Oh Celestia, I'm so sorry for her tributes whose traumatic season memories weren't able to be wiped..."
"I hope they were able to recover from them..." Miranda gives her niece a hug.
"Still, my revival was painful to remember since 6k1 told me what happened when I woke up..."
Flashback: The Revival Center
Power slowly opened her eyes. Everything around her was blurry, and she could barely make out her bedside table. She tried changing positions, but her body still ached from the operation. She lay on her side and groaned as she waited for the nurse to tend to her.
Instead, she saw a feminine figure in a white lab coat approach her. The figure sat next to her, picked up her red glasses from the side table, and put them on her. Power let her eyes adjust to them before seeing the woman's guest ID: TRP-6001.
"S... 6k1?" the unicorn muttered.
"Yes, Power..." she replied, "it's me, your favorite nominator."
"W... What happened?"
6k1 put her hand on Power's bed, taking care not to touch her, and explained everything.
"I'm sorry that the Obliviator didn't work..."
"I... It's okay... I just hope I'll do better next time..."
The doctor then came in and said that Power suffered many physical injuries, so she needed to rest until the start of the next season. At least she wasn't sacrificed to the gods like Revaryk, otherwise her soul would've had to be retrieved first, and her body would've had taken the entirety of the season to recover.
6k1 asked the doctor if she could stay with Power, and he said yes, so she spent the rest of the day bonding with her fan while the nurse tended to her. Once it was almost time for the season to begin, the nurse helped Power out of her bed, and 6k1 went down on one knee to hug her.
"Thanks for representing me for the Games," she said to Power. "Maybe someday I'll have the courage to fight there, too!"
"You will? Even after you saw the way I died?"
"Who knows? I don't know how to fight like the others, so I guess I'll just go back to my house and continue nominating..."
"Whatever you wish, 6k1." Power smiled. "And before we go home, I have a little something for you..."
She drew something round in her sketchpad and summoned it.
"It's a crystal ball," she said to 6k1. "Just give it a little rub, and Miranda or I will answer you on the magic screen back home."
"Really? Pretty neat! I'll go and call your aunt through this right now."
She did so and informed Miranda of Power's recovery, and the teal unicorn was relieved to know that her niece was in good hands. 6k1 rubbed the ball again to end the call and put it in her backpack before hugging Power again. The blue unicorn returned it, holding on a bit longer as she thanked 6k1 for taking good care of her, and they both returned to their respective homes through the portals summoned by the Capitol.
Quattro's
"...and ever since that day, we felt that special bond between us, and I became one of them: an honorary nominator if you will!"
Miranda claps her hooves and hugs Power one more time.
"A happy ending to our trip down memory lane, Pow-Pow! By the way, how's 6k1, now that you've mentioned her plans to join the Nominator Games?"
"She's training at Kendor right now, so I wish her a productive one!"
"I wish the same for her, now let's celebrate your birthday with some cake!"
As if on cue, the head chef and his staff enter the room with her chocolate cake, which had wafer sticks on the sides and a cherry on top. They all sing the birthday song to her and let her make her wish.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY, POWER STROKE!" everyone cheers.

He arranges for a gift card pertaining to one of 6k1's interests to be sent to the Library, quickly texts her both a happy birthday wish and a suggestion to see if Mimi was trying to eat all her stuff as a form of acting out for whatever reason, then goes to make preparations for the Nominator Games.

Persephone wasn't impressed by ???'s true form, still keeping her malicious smile.
"What can I say? Wasting people's amusement is also entertaining in it's own way. I appreciate your offer young one, but I don't really have any adversaries worth of my time. I would certainly enjoy battling a worthy foe. It's been thousands of years since I've seen someone that is worth of my attention, but if you desire to leave, you are free to do so."
Lucemon's lair
"Indeed. A shame that most of my commanders betrayed me. Only Twinbellows stayed loyal to me." she said as various Underworld troops and the giant fiery dog followed their mistress.
"I will not forget your and your army's assistance, Lucemon. The promise I made when I joined the Legion still stand for you. I have a way for us to come back if everything else fails."
In her rage, Medusa's face turned into her real monstrous one.
"But if we win this upcoming battle, I will make sure they wish they were never resurected in the first place."
Mountain
"There we are..." Scipion said upon discovering a huge cavern near the summit before entering it, Onox following his boss.
"Now that I'm thinking about it, I think today's Sixty and her pony counterpart's birthday. The least I can do is getting her something, even though she'll not be very happy to see me. But what...?"
"Jewelry maybe? Girls like precious stones. They also like pink, cute ponies..." Onox suggested. Scipion chuckled
"You just love clichés, don't you? Already offered a precious stone for Christmas and I'm not going to repeat myself."
A loud roar interrupted the conversation. Scipion grinned. There was a powerful Pokemon roaming these caverns.
"Prepare yourself Onox. Whatever is here should be fun to kill. Remember, I'm not going to use my Void powers."
"Got it, boss."
Scipion couldn't be more right. A big Haxorus showed up and charged right at him. Onox roared back and blocked the dragon while Scipion ran behind it and slashed at it.
"Crimson blood. Perfect!! EYAHAHAHA!!" Scipionc cackled, putting some of the blood on his mane.
Angry, the wild Haxorus used Outrage and violently kicked Scipion, sending him flying to one of the walls.
"DON'T TOUCH MY BOSS!" Onox screamed angrily. He clawed at himself, generating electricity before launching sparks at the Haxorus. The beast roared in pain and focused it's attention on the Toxtricity. It ramed into Onox before clawing at him with fury. Onox shielded himself with his powerful arms before punching the beast in the face, poisonning it. Scipion then climbed on it's back and savagely beheaded it , finishing it off.
"Damn, it hit hard... Are you alright?" Scipion asked, healing himself.
"I'm fine boss. I'm just a bit tired." Onox muttered, his arms bleeding a lot from the Haxorus's attacks.
"Dude, your arms are litterally bleeding. That's not fine by my standards." Scipion sighed, helping Onox to sit on a rock before turning back to the Haxorus's head.
"Pretty sure it's not at all something that Sixty or Power would love... But that's all I have right now. Besides, Haxorus's head are quite the rare thing here so who knows? After all, some humans love to stuff animals so maybe she'll like it. Let's eat that dragon's remains, they'll help you recovering."
Expedition Society's headquarters
Lucian lead the Rescue Squad to the Expedition Society's cave, where he usually created his devices to help the rescue teams.
"Wow, there's really a lot inventions here..." Alex said, impressed by what he saw.
"Thanks. But most of them are prototypes. And there were several other scientists before me who made some." Lucian explained.
Lucian then showed his latest invention. A sort of device ressembling a car.
"There we are. I just have to make sure about the security system, but if everything works correctly, you should be able to drive it to the universe of your choice."
"That's awesome. Then we'll wait until you're finished." Aaron said, pleased to hear the news.
While waiting for Lucian to finish, the Rescue Squad was talking with Proteus.
"So. I hope you're adapting well here. I suppose it must be hard for you since it's nothing like a swamp."
The Greninja shook his head.
"Really? Are you sure you didn't caused any trouble here?" the Grovyle asked, suspicious.
Proteus shook his head again, but this time he was blushing. Tokage sighed.
"I expected this. You probably annoyed some Rescue Teams or created a mess trying to catch a fly. But that's okay."
"Of course he did not cause too much mayhem. But, he can be quite a nuisance here." a voice, familiar to the Rescue Squad said.
"You're married like me, you know monstrosity can take many forms."
Dagded Dujardin
Birthday Gift
Bale sent a message to 6K1's place, celebrating her birthday and also packed a gift in it, which was a Twilight Sparkle, Ralsei and Arnold plushie set.
Bale: I hope Six likes this. I wish her well on her day.
MD: Me too.
MG: Sure, happy birthday and all those things, yadda yadda.
He then wrapped them in a pink and red gift box and messaged it to 6K1 with a tag on it saying: "From your dear friend, Bale.". He also messaged a plushie of Fluttershy to Power Stroke. With the same presentation as his other gift.
Departure
??? chuckled at the Mismagius' overconfidence. He was quite reminded of Timewrecker and his God complex... A fool's substitute for intelligence and technique if you asked him.
???: That's okay, Miss Persephone, I will just go back now. Go on with your business as usual.
He opened a portal and, grinning, turned into a shadowy mist before leaving. Neither was aware of ???'s minions arrival and the dark crystal buried underground somewhere in the forest...
Impractical Ends
Lucemon smirked at Medusa's statement, he was glad she would stand with him...
Lucemon: Thank you for your assistance, Lady Medusa.
He was quick to gather his own armies. From afar, Utrom Shredder was forced to activate the Anihilarg, which ended up erasing him and started erasing everything around him, leaving only a black void behind. Lucemon got wind of this from one of his fleeing minions and quickly ordered all his troops to try and retreat.
Lucemon: Dammit, they followed us here, those bastards! My minions leave at once.
Soon all of them attempted to open portals to leave their world before it was too late, with Lucemon personally attempting to teleport himself, Medusa and Lilithmon out of the place.

As the sun rises, Magolor wakes up to the sound of notification. He noticed that 6k1 just has her birthday.
"Oh well. Happy birthday to her, i guess..."
Magolor then sends a gift: a plush toy of himself

◊. Kirby wakes up to find Magolor setting up the gift. Magolor then explains this to Kirby, but when they check on them again, they were gone.
They then see an animate chocolate bar outside, snuggling on the plush alongside two others, which is a waffle and a cinnamon roll.
"Hey, we found another one!"
The three then run away. Magolor, Kirby, and his other friends chase them on their car.

The Neon Quarters
"Before we can start to establish our religion. We need our own deities. Amber One, Amber Two, come in."
Markus orders two of his operators to come in, and what appears to be a bi-pedal military vehicle and a hovering infantry unit enter the office. They then discuss about the deployment of their future false deities.
"Does Panem have its own creation myth or a state religion?"
"I don't think so, or at least the vast majority of people don't seem to care."
"Most of the people in Panem do not have any religious belief. So, it'd take a while to change their habit."
"So we need to do it from scratch. I'll deploy an individual who's heavily affiliated with the history of the Hunger Games. Let's call the deity Lord Collins. I'll proclaim her as the creation god of Panem and the Hunger Games exists to offer human sacrifice to appease her. Should the Hunger Games stops running, the world would be destroyed, something like that. For the next step, I'll claim that the presidents of Panem are the avatars of Collins. Our roles is to be the presidents' chief enforcers and religious authorities. If we can control faith, we can control everyone. If they dare to commit blasphemy against us, we round them up with our own Peacekeeper squad in black uniform, be it executing them with a firing squad, putting them into a gas chamber or just running over them with tanks. If someone asked what happened, we offer factual proof that they're remnants of Snow and we're merely helping Panem to remove the traitors, and everyone will stop questioning about us."
"What if they do?"
"We have a huge variety of superweapons to play with, be it the leftover ballistic missiles made by that poor excuse for a Ribeyrolles unit, or the Omega Units, or my first child: Y.O.U., a world-ending bioweapon that mimics the dark nature of humans and awake our love for wars with its rains of blood."
"Then everything should be working as intended. I've deployed Collins and a Nyto fledgling unit to the Arena, the combat data they'll collect there would be valuable for our further plans. Even if they fail, we can simply re-purpose their remains into the biological tissues needed for the Omega Units. So no matter how the season goes, we'll always benefit from it."
"Good. I'll wait for your good news."
He then dismisses his operators, awaiting for Collins to "ascend to a higher place of existence" through her death so he can fabricate a creation myth.

Quattro's —> Around Town —> Power's Home
Power and Miranda enjoy the cake and continue sharing happy memories. Once they've had their fill, Miranda pays the bill, and they both go around town to buy gifts for the birthday celebrants. They then go to the post office to deliver the gifts to 6k1 before going home.
Power sees the gift pile and asks Miranda to help her bring them inside. She activates the crystal ball and tells Ichi that she'll open them live.
First, she reads the birthday card while eating her quesadillas. It was a simple Happy birthday, Pow-Pow! Next, she tries on the Palpatine robes
◊ and snickers at Ichi's pun for her. Then, she changes to her Twilight shirt
◊A/N and says that he even got the details of her idol's cutie mark right. She also tries on the Belle outfit, but notices the note on Ralsei's gift.
I would've gotten you another scarf, but Rouxls' shop was closed since he's in the Arena right now. I bet this White Ribbon will look cute on you, no matter what dress you wear it with! It'll also increase your defense a bit! Happy birthday, Power!
Power opens it and puts the Ribbon in her mane. Miranda compliments her and tells her to open her gift from her.
"It's a four-leaf clover, since you were born on what humans call St. Patrick's Day. It's also enchanted so that it never wilts!"
The blue unicorn puts it in her mane. "Thanks, Miranda! I'll wear this every day!"
"Glad you like it, dear! There's even another gift from Mom and Dad!"
"Really?"
She opens it and tries on the silver slippers, and they fit perfectly.

Ally sees Bale's gifts being teleported in and places them near 6k1's desk. She also receives Ichi's message about Mimi and replies to him via email that 6k1 will get back to him later, for she's still training. The Databot then thinks of a last-minute gift to give her and asks Dupe to help her there.

Magolor parks the car outside the place. The chocolate is, strangely, nowhere to be seen. Ribbon knocks on the door.
"Excuse me, whoever's in there. Have you seen any... walking chocolate bars holding plushies?"

Power smiles and opens Twilight's gift, which is a comprehensive tutorial book that covers all kinds of art; Sans's, which is a photo album of each of the Clan members' most memorable adventures; and Bale's, which is the Fluttershy plushie. Miranda goes out to check if there are any more gifts while Power hugs her plushie and tells Ichi about her outing, including the story of how she met 6k1.

Ribbon sees the chocolate sneaking behind Timothy. Magolor then captures it in a flash.
"Gotcha! That was a gift i'm going to give."
Magolor then asks Timothy.
"So... you have any idea when the Database Manager's going to go back? I wanna talk to her about this food disappearance. And when she comes back, i have a gift."
Kirby then shows him his gift: a chocolate shaped like Kirby himself.

"Yeah, and I hope 6k1 and I have many more wonderful birthdays to come!"
She also tells Ichi that she wasn't able to catch up with the other reality shows due to the signal being cut off, but she hopes that her Big Brother self and Asgore are doing well in their respective shows.

Ally opens the door for Sophie and arranges Magolor and Kirby's gifts in the pile. After Sophie goes back up, Ally realizes that 6k1 already received Twilight and Ralsei plushies last Christmas, so she repackages them and sends them to Power's home.

"Beats me, since the Hunger Games channel was the only one available after the cutoff..."
Miranda then arrives with more gifts.
"Pow-Pow, these are Bale's gifts for 6k1, but the note from Ally said that she already has them!"

"Eh, maybe technical difficulties just got in the way, and they'll be back on soon."

"I don't know why there's this magic interference, but I doubt that they'll be back on, ever."

Some times before the present, enough that 6k1's actual training happens before her birthday, K'jal responds, "Interesting. I've heard some stories about that universe and their weapons. I've to admit that while I specialize in martial arts, our race also loves weapons, especially something like a sword." He soon chuckles a bit before continuing, "Anyway for the sword training, our academy doesn't teach it, but there is a sword academy nearby that does. You can go there after your training session here, as you need to build your physical skills to help augment your skills with the sword."
After saying it, he leads 6k1 and Toriel to the training area. It is an advanced place, filled with both enough open space and training equipments. In addition, a path leading to the changing and bathing place can also be seen in one of the corners, though there's also a holographic door. K'jal soon says, "for your training session, we'll start first with physical exercise before you learn the basics of Hafjkur. After all, a physical foundation is important for all martial arts." K'jal soon makes a program for 6k1 based on the biometric data that is given to him by one of the employees earlier, who got it all the way from Billy. Reviewing the data, he makes a session involving various workup, with the reps being within 6k1's current ability. However, they will gradually increase as the training goes on.
Panem
George and Kayla just nod when the King in Yellow says that she doesn't need their help anymore after Ribey is resurrected. However, she does tell them about the Neon Quarter, which interests them. They soon thank the King in Yellow for her help and leaves to continue their investigation, while remembering the time when the meteors were livestreamed by Billy to various universes during the picnic, including Panem. They should recheck the footages later to find any anomalies on them.
Then, while they are also walking into the Database Library, they suddenly see a winged woman rushing in at high speed, wearing what looks a detective's uniform but with shorts. Immediately, the duo recognize her as Aya Shameimaru, who earlier reported about the meteors themselves. She soon lands in front of the duo and asks, "Can you tell me what are you doing here? I heard that there's a weird incident here involving food. I thought Gensokyo is the only interesting place for it."
George speaks first, "We are investigating the food incident too. I'm guessing you are here for your newspaper." He is then answered by a yes from Aya, who then tries to interview them. This time, Kayla does the answering, relaying what they discover about the incident so far before they say goodbye to Aya for now, then head to the Library. Aya, however, simply flies around to spy on them for her news.
Billy's Mansion
Billy receives the revival order. Before he can effectively execute it however, he is told by his servants that Ribey has been revived and the King in Yellow doesn't need his help, so he cancels it. He then receives informations about the food incident, as well as anecdotes that King in Yellow said about the Neon Quarters, which Billy also knows as the organization who tries to do the church program.
He then remembers that today is Power and 6k1's birthdays. For the former, he orders a pony worker in his mansion, chosen because he can blend in among the universe, to send the gifts on behalf of Billy. They are stuffs that Power likes, as well as a Kendorian book on creation magic to better help Power with her ability despite her already mastering art magic, and also magic books from Gensokyo and Mugenri about art magic, particularly that of beings like Keiki and Sukune. They are all already translated into the language in the MLP universe. He also includes a gift on behalf of Cirno, which is her attempt at an ice sculpture of Power, which is surprisingly good. The gifts are then packaged to their destiny, with the ice sculpture kept on a special magic container (there's no tech as Billy knows the MLP universe doesn't have much of them) to prevent it from melting and allowing it to be displayed as long as possible.
As for the BPC album that someone gifted to Power, it includes Cirno's adventures during two incidents in Gensokyo before it got opened to the Outside World. (out of universe, they are the events of Great Fairy War and Hidden Star in Four Seasons)
As for 6k1, Billy decides to give her a new holographic tablet. It is a device shaped like a pen that can produce a holographic screen, as well as feature quantum chips, so it can perform extremely fast and even do researches effectively. In addition, it recharges very fast too. As for his other gift for her, he decides to give her books about combat training and techniques to help her further, as well as a message saying that he can offer to upgrade her exoskeleton too.

6k1 desummons her armor and enters the training area. She changes to her martial arts uniform and warms up for the program by doing some stretches. Toriel cheers 6k1 on as she practices her punches and kicks, and reminds her to take a water break from time to time. Around halfway through the regimen, 6k1 takes a longer break and checks her phone.
Her inbox is flooded with birthday greetings from all her staff (and also Ichi), and Ally notified her of the gifts. 6k1 mass messages them thanks, and replies to Billy that she can have her Exoskeleton upgraded, and that it'll be delivered shortly to his mansion.
She also texts Ichi that she might have to look for a vet for Mimi if her behavior gets worse, though it might be a challenge since none of the ones she knows has knowledge in any of these creatures. But then again, she heard that Dr. Maheswaran was able to figure out what was wrong with Steven's body even if he was half-Gem, so it might be worth a shot.
"Happy birthday, my child," says Toriel, smiling. "Let's see if we can buy something for you and Power after your training!"
Power's Home
"Okay!"
Miranda then receives a call on her crystal ball.
"It's the mailpony," she says to Power. "Billy's got you a big surprise outside!"
"Really?!"
She sets her plushies down and takes her crystal ball to the front yard, where several earth ponies are moving the ice sculpture in place. It glistens under the moonlight, just like the sculptures in the Crystal Empire.
"That was... the coolest gift ever!" she says out loud. Miranda also gives her the books, and Power skims them over. She simply nods at the book about creation magic, being reminded of Radiance, and also thinks of hiring Keiki or Sukune for the Art School while reading the Gensokyo book.
Both ponies go back in, and Miranda says goodnight to Power before going back to her room. Power then tells Ichi that Paper technically shares her birthday, but she was created on September 13 in the Earth Prime calendar.
"Anyway, I should be going to bed now, so goodnight!"

Yeah, a vet might work, too. If nothing's wrong with her, tho, definitely see if the voracious lil' fuzzball's acting out over something. But whatever it is, here's hopin' she stops literally tryin' to eat you outta house and home soon.
Underground Bunker
A certain Slytherin nominator sends a package to Power's house for her to open on her birthday. Inside are three freshly crafted outfits, some quesadillas, and a birthday card.
The first outfit is an Emperor Palpatine/Darth Sidious
◊-style ensemble; attached is a note asking if the artistic unicorn would prefer to be called "Empress Powpatine" whenever she's wearing it. Next is a ponified version of Belle's attire. Finally, there's a Twilight Sparkle-themed t-shirt.
