Welcome to HGS: Another Side Another Story. It is a roleplay spinoff for the Hunger Games Simulator forum game, akin to both the RP's in the Roleplaying section as well as the ITTs in Forum Games. It tells the story of the Hunger Games in the Arena of Panem, the nominators who sent the tributes, the tributes themselves both in and out of the Arena or even other people relevant to the Games. In addition, it also tells their stories beyond the Arena.
You can jump right in with any character, like your nominator self, your tributes, etc. The structure of this RP will be open-world. Don't worry about not being skilled/experienced enough or being new to RP'ing. Finally, ASAS accepts any skill level or RP style. Other than these, there are some important rules to note, which are:
- No godmodding will be allowed or tolerated here. The offending player will be given punishment depending on the severity.
- Please communicate anything important you plan on another player with the said player first. Don't just execute it without their consent.
- Don't be rude to other players, both out and in-universe. This extends to RP offenses like railroading, guilt-tripping, coercing, or other forms of forcing them.
- This RP is related to the Hunger Games Simulation:Beyond the Possibilities forum game. Thus it will have events based from that game, including the tributes. This means if you want to RP as tributes, please nominate them officially on the thread first, with misses not being counted. This has to be done after an incident with a player who hasn't joined the game itself yet.
- Since this RP is Loose Canon in relation to the main HGS thread, the host's interpretation of events isn't necessarily 100% canon. Every player has the right to deviate from what the host says and go with their own interpretations. If multiple players have their tributes involved in the same event(s), please communicate with each other so that you're on the same page regarding how you see them.
- This RP chronicles the lives of the nominators and their tributes behind the scenes. While dark plots are acceptable, the overall tone of the RP should be light-hearted and comedic. This RP is not a Cosmic Horror Story or action story about defeating evil. It is a Slice of Life comedy with some adventure to it, first and foremost. Our previous RP, Convergence, is not representative of the intended tone, and the grimdark tone of that RP is one of the main reasons it was retooled.
- Nominators and tributes alike can transform into Pokemon whenever they enter a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon World (but they can bypass this with certain items/methods or shapeshifting) or via other means outside it such as a season event, Transformation Trinkets, or shapeshifting. The players are free to choose the Pokéforms that best suit their characters and even give them color schemes outside the standard and Shiny colors, but there is a hard rule for this. If you want your character's Pokéform to be a Legendary, Mythical, or Ultra Beast, please ask the RP mods for approval. Outside the Arena, these Pokéforms are still OP, but we want to give leeway for tributes who theoretically can have them such as deities.

Detective Gamechanger's Base
A sharp-dressed man in a green suit and yellow tie is standing by the entrance of the base. He is of average height and has whitish skin, though still a bit darker. He is Billy, one of the nominators and the organizer of the party.
Indeed, after the nominators' returned and settled their problems, they decide to have fun with a party. Billy also sent invites for all the other nominators out there, as well as basically anyone else, including tributes, non associated parties, interested nominators who haven't participate yet, or even those who just wants to hang out.
The place itself in the base is refurbished for party purposes. Fancy chairs and tables are set everywhere for people to relax, as well as put food and other objects for the latter. There's also various collections showcased, including those belonging to the Detective, like his classic cars. Various themes to the base are set too, including detective noir as GC would have preferred.
Billy is now awaiting for other guests to arrive. He is also ready to give them a pleasant surprise during the party pertaining to his nation.

Shocker-Black Cross Meeting
The Generals of ??? met for an important talk about recent events.
Great Leader: Welcome, members of Shocker, today we have to discuss our plans going forward. Recently tension has started among the nominators, and it's vital we keep an eye on that.
Black Cross King: If our plan is to succeed, we have to make sure that once broken apart, those nominators cannot restore their bond.
General Shadow: Shadow proposes a phantom operation, spreading mistrust and chaos from the shadows. Prevent them from finding a common enemy.
Golden Mask: Also it would be wise to remove their allies, they come from various worlds with powers unknown to us.
Hakaider: We must also consider how we cannot execute our plan or let details of it be discovered while ??? and his master monitor us.
Reider: We must also ensure that Bale is in our power once we do execute it, only that way will we ensure total victory.
BCK: Very well, you are great soldiers, worry not about the future, we will succeed and rule every world out there. After it all burns to the ground that is...
Great Leader: And no heroes of any world will stop us! Long live the Shocker-Black Cross Army.
All the members at the meeting repeated the words of their leaders, preparing for their day of conquering.
"Bingo! If two species hate each other, they will wipe each other out on their own."

Galis, Death, and the DoomSlayer depart from the library and head back to where they came from.

The Cafe
Magolor waves goodbye to Tabby and the others.
"Good luck!"
Magolor then led some of his friends out of the Cafe. Meanwhile, Susie asks the two Cafe staff.
"All right, show me your robot. I'll fix 'em in a jiffy."
The Spacepod
Magolor, Nagisa, Dedede, and Ribbon all go inside the Spacepod. Magolor then starts a video call to 6k1.
"Hey there, old pal! How are you doing?"
The Spacepod then flies off into the sky.
The Ice Field
Scrat skips through the ice fields, looking for a place to bury Homura's Gem. Scrat then finds a soft spot in the snow. He slams the Gem on the snow. An ice wall behind him opens, revealing it's really a door. Scrat enters it.

The Winter's End, District 1 Outpost
"Here she is."Forte hands the broken robot along with 1000 Panem Dollars to Susie, hoping that she can help her to repair the robot.
The white haired robot girl appears to be severely damaged by overheating, a result of being sent to an extreme atmosphere. Her CPU is burned out, and all of her joints are rusted and stiff.
"As I have said, she's an important relic of someone else rather than myself. Even though I'm not really a good friend of her, scrapping her without trying save her first would be a cruel act, she doesn't belong to the heartless trash heap like the rest of the people working for the Quarters."

6k1 wakes up and replies to Magolor, "I'm fine, I'm just tired from the fight... I'd rather not talk about it..."
She goes back to sleep. Hours later, she's prodded awake by Ally, who still glares at her.
6001, I guarded the basement while you were out, but what is the reason for not informing me about the unexpected change of plans?
The DM sighs. She explains to her about the Rescue Squad, and how Scipion went berserk trying to kill Aaron and even her.
While it was courageous of you to stand up for those Pokémon, it was not the best option for you to try to defend them without proper training.
"I know, Giratina told me that..."
Scipion is mentally unstable, as we observed when he wanted to kill Unfortunate Zorua for attempting to obliterate the Multiverse. It is unwise to trust this Zoroark from this point forward.
"Well, I tried reasoning with Zorua peacefully, but it didn't quite work out... But still, I'm not even sure if I should forgive Scipion for what he just did..."
6k1 pauses. "Anyway, I should get my mind off this for now. I've a rescue mission to do after this season..."
Affirmative.
Ally leaves the sleeping quarters. 6k1 positions herself to meditate, but is interrupted by another phone call.
Oh no, it's Mom...
"Anemone dear, I know you want to be more independent from me, but... please take care, okay?"
She/Her | inactive for now
Ultra Deep Sea
Psyche quickly realises that the baby Nihilego appears to be harmless. If anything, she's starting to find it really cute. She giggles as it touches her face, then smiles down at it as it lands in her hand.
"Aww, hey there, little guy..." she coos.
Some of the ARMYs are alarmed when the Nihilegos land on their heads, but they, too, quickly realise that they are quite harmless.

"6k1, just what were you doing in that forest?!"
"H-How did you know?!"
"Sans told me that he saw you run in there with that Charmeleon! Didn't you know how dangerous that was?"
"Yes, but his friends were being attacked by Scipion!"
Toriel sighs. "Undyne would be so disappointed in you... Throwing yourself in there without training? Not on my watch!"
"I know... And not only did Scipion kill one of my employees and try murdering Aaron, he nearly slaughtered me, too!"
"Goodness! I'll make sure he won't lay a claw on you again!"
"Thankfully Giratina stopped him in time and punished him for it. But right now... I'm questioning my friendship with him..."
"6k1... you're just like Frisk. Sometimes you're too trusting of others, even if you mean well for them. This is something that they need to learn, too, and they're counting on you since you're their role model."
"Yeah, I reminded them that they can Flee if Sparing doesn't work. As for me, I was hoping that Scipion would try improving his behavior since he promised not to hurt the ones he trusts, but then..."
"My child... I think you should talk to Twilight about this. She forgave many of her enemies, but she knows where to draw the line at some of them. As your mother, the best I can do is give you advice and do my best to protect you, no matter what."
"Anemone dear, I know you want to be more independent from me, but... please take care, okay?"
Kirby
The Abandoned Facility
Behind the ice wall is a mysterious, dark, abandoned facility. Scrat runs around, with his "acorn" at hand. Speeding through the hallways, Scrat finds a light at the end. When he approaches it, it turns out to be a large, well-lit chamber with a large vat of Sweet Dreams Fuel.
Scrat then climbs on the top of the vat. His hands suddenly slip... and the Gem fell into the vat.
Scrat stares at the vat intently. Suddenly, something emerged from inside the vat. That something is a young girl, who owned the Soul Gem

At the sight of this, Scrat screams.
The Cafe
Susie sees the broken robot.
"Hmmm. This doesn't look bad. Alright, where should i start?"
The Spacepod
Kirby is looking for his Gem, but cannot. Magolor, meanwhile, makes another call to 6k1.
"What fight!? Miss, are you okay!? Is there something serious!?"

"Ah yes... Forgiveness..." says Twilight. "I gave my enemies a second chance because they were willing to correct their mistakes and learn the magic of friendship. But for Tirek, Chrysalis, and Cozy... they refused to accept it, so we had no choice but to turn them into stone."
"But what about Scipion? I gave him a chance just like you, but he broke that promise..."
"It's okay to feel betrayed. Just step back and take your time in thinking of what to do next. If he does change for the better, then good for him, but if he refuses, well..."
6k1 just looks at Twilight's image in her crystal ball.
"I know it's hard, but in the end, it's up to you to decide what's best for your friendship."
The DM thanks her and puts her ball back in her pocket. She gets another call from Magolor and reluctantly explains to him everything regarding Scipion and the Rescue Squad.
"I'm okay. It's just that I'll have to keep my distance from him for now. It was still foolish of me to defend those Pokémon unprepared, so I'll just get back to work. By the way, Psyche got kidnapped, so if you guys can help in rescuing her, that'd be great."
She then sees that the season has ended. She calls Claire for the recap, and...
"Shill went insane and destroyed Lightning?!"
"Yes, that's why we're going to give him a stronger memory wipe. He'll be competing in the next Death Battle, so he has to be rehabilitated after this."
"And what about Lightning? The other tributes hated her for what she did to Tom, even declaring that she crossed the line!"
"It's her fault for joining the Games, thinking she can win this and rub it in Rainbow Dash's face afterwards."
"But what if she comes back?" asks 6k1, remembering that Discord can resurrect her if he wants.
"Well... We'll cross the bridge when we get there."
"And BTS?"
"They all forgot to breathe, but at least they had fun. ARMY got angry and raided Moskandag right after the band died, and I'm sure you saw what happened next..."
"Yeah... I'll see what we can do to rescue Psyche."
6k1 ends the call and writes to Aberforth, asking him permission if she can revive Ariana just for the season since she'll be fighting side-by-side with him. After sending it, she proceeds to make negotiations with the Travel Department.

"It happened when she was said to be sent to an extremely cold atmosphere. Being an obsolete model, she had to overclock her core in order to sustain the extreme weather and keep her body warm. She also seems to be damaged by both sword cuts and bullets."
Forte replied, while being oblivious about how exactly that robot got damaged.
"Her ribs have died inside, she died trying to find a rare herb for her friend, at least that's what my new handler, the King in Yellow had told me."
The Neon Quarters
In the Capitol, there used to be an independent arms manufacturing firm run by an unremarkable scientist, then the scientist got exiled and presumably assassinated by one of his former colleagues. His corpse is nowhere to be found.
This eventually leads to a power vacuum and a bitter rivalry between several factions. But the two most prominent rivalling faction are KCCO, the self-proclaimed official army of the New Soviet Union, backed by utilitarian military robots and advanced military vehicles no PMC would have access to; and the Magius Wing, a cult that brainwashes magical girls en-mass and creates monstrosities known as the "Rumors". While the latter has no access to military weapons, they make up for it with equally lethal magical powers.
The concept of peace ceases to exist within that haunted building, and without President Snow holding them back, they're likely to escalate the conflict into an all-out war that would engulf the entire Panem with an everlasting flame. Fortunately, in order to avoid suspicions and maintain their publicity, they tend to limit their conflicts within the building and only fight each other there...
Until Season 84, where they finally decided to settle with a public duel, with each side sending in most of their members as tributes.

Near Database Library
After they let 6k1's resting and since they had nowhere to go, the Rescue Squad installed a camp near the library. Alex was gone searching for some fruits to eat.
"I... still can't believe what happened..." sighed Aaron, still shaken up by the recent events.
"Stop thinking about this. Scipion is gone now. I just hope that his... father will prevent him from attacking us again."
"I know, but I can't help but feel everything happened because of me. I'm the one who dragged us here and I'm the one who asked 6k1 for help despite her lack of strenght."
"Don't say things like that! It wasn't your fault, it was Scipion's one, that pyschopath even almost killed his friend! I don't even know if he was really sincere with her to begin with."
"...Maybe you're right." Aaron sighed, watching the library.
"I wish I could go save her friend for everything she did to us and after everything we've caused, I mean she tried her best to save me! But even though I'm healed, I'm so exhausted I don't think I would handle another mission right now."
"You're not the only one. For now, you need to rest so stop worrying for nothing. We all need to rest." Tokage replied before Alex got back with various local fruits and seeds.
"You're already back?"
"Yeah. It's really easy to find food here. I think trees are a bit smaller than back home *Munch*." Alex said as he was already starting to eat some apples.
"Alex." Tokage growled. "How about you share with us instead of all eating for yourself? Besides, the taste will be better if we cook them first."
"Yeah." Aaron smiled. "I know you're a big eater, but you're not the only one hungry here. I think I'll take some as well"
"Alrighty!"
Alex then put his tail on a pile of wood, lighting up a fire as Tokage started to cook the fruits. Aaron sighed and relaxed a bit. At least his friends were still with him, and that was all that mattered.
Ultra Deep Sea
The baby Nihilego chirped happily as Psyche started to gently petting it while the other creatures were playing with some members or just doing their thing.
"It is such a rare sight... To see Nihilegos behave like this. And it does not surprise me, I clearly see why you were brought here. It has been such a long time..." a deep, robotical voice said, coming from every corner of the cave.
"Fear not mortals. I too do not seek any harm against you. Your presence here was unexpected, to say the least... You do not need to know my name. Just know that I am one of the masters of this place"

After arranging with the Travel Department, 6k1 rubs her crystal ball again to answer Power's call and give her the recap for Season 82.
"Poor Yuki..." says the unicorn, "I hope he'll be okay when he comes back for the Battle Royale..."
"Don't worry, Psyche sent him to a rehab center for his recovery. And speaking of, Shill will also undergo rehab to make sure he's ready for the Death Battle."
"And when will it be? I know the BR will be in Season 91."
"34 seasons from now, assuming one Mass Murderer per season."
Power was about to call 6k1 out for what she did last season, but the latter stops her.
"I know, I was already called out for this, and I'll be keeping away from Scipion, just like you."
"But didn't you warn me about him many seasons ago?"
"Yeah... I was hoping he'd redeem himself, but in hindsight I should've listened to my own advice."
Power nods, then asks her about Discord.
"Oh, him? I wanted to nominate a powerful non-pony for the very first season, and I chose Starlight to join him because she was recently redeemed at the time, and I was hoping the two would learn from each other. Who would've thought that they'd actually team up to stop Chrysalis and rescue their friends afterwards?"
"Heehee, yep! But don't you know that he likes messing with others for his own amusement?"
"Well yeah, but at least he cares for Fluttershy, and I'm sure she'll be able to discipline him and teach him how to improve his friendship skills."
Power nods again.
"Um... Didn't Bale steal him from you to pair him up with Celestia in S79?"
"Don't worry, those two are from another Equestria! You know that 'Our' Discord has a thing for Fluttershy, right?"
"You think?"
"We'll see..."
"Also, any news about Psyche?"
"The Travel Department just sent out physical and digital flyers looking for rescue volunteers. Any nominator who wants to join can bring their tributes along to help them. They'll gather outside the Science Center first before going to the Station of Multiversal Travel for their mission briefing."
"That's great. Good luck to them!"
Power also informs 6k1 that Ralsei's reuniting with his friends to find the Dragon Ball.
"Really? Good luck to them, too!"
"Anemone dear, I know you want to be more independent from me, but... please take care, okay?"
The Neon Quarters
"This is Captain Yegor, KCCO Special Operations Command, reporting to General Carter, we're ongoing an operation to cleanse the Griffon & Kryuger remnants and acquire this building, but we're facing a competition from another faction: a terrorist group who calls themselves the Wings of Magius. I'm hereby to request for permission to bombard the enemy personnel with the armored trains."
"We're still bound by the rules of engagement and until we have the superweapon required to defy the rules and acquire the entire New Soviet Union, we cannot afford to tarnish our reputation. Captain Yegor, keep the battle in low profile, our Typhon autonomous tanks should be sufficient to operate inside the building."
"Solid copy, once we're dealt with what's apparently is affiliated with the Paradeus sect and their so-called Nyto units, we'll shift back our focus to cleaning those trashes from Griffon and-"
All in a sudden, the communication between Yegor and Carter is abruptly cut off by a barrier.
"Alina is tired of you. All of you are boring. And Alina don't think a person without a single bit of artistic value would be deserving to rule over the world."
A green-haired girl appears standing right above a Typhon tank, a kind of miniature tank mounted with a railgun. The rest of the KCCO autonomous units try to attack her, but she uses one of her cloaked minions as a human shield, blocking the bullets. The Typhon tank then tries to re-position and fire the railgun at her, but she stands too close to the tank and it can't depress the barrel any further, causing it to be unable to attack.
"See? This is why your kind are boring. And no, feeding your kinds to the Witches and Rumors would be an insult to them, they'd just spit your rotten meats out. If you still insist to fight even when you know full well that the beauty of death awaits you, how about we send in our best members to fight each other in front of the camera? You have an armored train, don't you? If Alina were you, Alina wouldn't leave a work of art covered with dusts. Your death would be a great inspiration for my new art gallery."
"Let the history be written by the victors. Your corpse would be a reminder of what would happen if you kill or maim a KCCO personnel."
The girl then shuts off the barrier and walks away casually, fully expecting that Yegor's force wouldn't shoot her in the back right now. While Yegor really wants to kill Alina right now, General Carter has a different idea.
"Disengage right now. Our primary target is the Griffon & Kryuger personnel. If you could use this opportunity to demonstrate our military weapons, we can display our hard power and use this as a scare tactic to remind everyone that we're in charge of the New Soviet Union and those who defy us will die."
"Retreat and re-position our troops to the submarine base."
The KCCO troops then retreat from the Quarters using their armored trains, resuming to battle against Griffon & Kryuger personnel in the submarine base.

"Um... we uh... kinda got here unexpectedly," Psyche says nervously. "We were all tributes in a Hunger Games season, y'see... we don't know who nominated us or why; we were kinda just dragged into the season."
She wonders if the season has already finished by now, and if so, how her own tributes have performed. Last she'd checked, they were both still alive...
Psyche's Fanfic School - Tribute Transportation Room
Ms. May very carefully retrieves Sasori and Deidara's bodies and performs the aftercare process on them. She decides to erase both of their memories of the incident where Sasori had killed Deidara, for her own safety, worried that conflict would arise between them as soon as they'd woken up. She knows that Psyche will be deeply unimpressed to hear that Sasori had killed off his partner... whenever she'll come back.
After they wake up, she wastes no time in sending them straight back to the Naruto universe. Then she pauses for a moment, wondering if BTS' mysterious nominator will bring their bodies back to their base and revive them... or give them any aftercare, for that matter. She wants to make sure the boys are brought back home safely, as she knows that Psyche cares for them very much, but... what if the mystery nominator harms her if she intervenes?
After some deliberation, she decides that it'd be better to do what Psyche would want, even when she's gone and likely not coming back for awhile. Thus, she retrieves BTS' bodies and revives them quickly and easily. This time, she doesn't tamper with their memories at all; even their dying moments had been happy, and overall, they had fun this season.
"Oh, hey," RM says as they wake up. "Thanks for looking after us. We still have no idea who sent us to the arena or why..."
"Of course," Ms. May nods. "I hope you boys had fun this season. You have all been through so much more than even Psyche had ever wanted or anticipated. She truly did not want you to be nominated again for a very long time, but she would be glad to know that you have not suffered this time." She pauses and lowers her head. "With that being said... I have some unfortunate news regarding her and the rest of your fanbase."
The boys exchange glances. "Who what is it?" Jungkook asks nervously.
Ms. May explains what had happened with the ARMY after the boys' death. They all look horrified and guilty by the time she is finished.
"No way..." V murmurs.
"Is there any way we can help them?" Jimin asks.
"Apparently the nominators and their tributes are assembling a rescue team for them," Ms. May replies. "However, I urge you boys to go home and rest. You do have a comeback to prepare for, do you not?"
"We can't go on with the comeback without our ARMY!" Suga exclaims.
"They're our everything! Jin protests. "We need to go save them!"
"Where do we sign up for this rescue team?" J-Hope demands.
Ms. May sighs. "Fine. If you insist. I will email 6k1 and inquire about the specifics."
She does so, telling her that BTS would like to join the rescue team and asking how they can get involved.
Niiue
Ultra Deep Sea
The voice chuckled gently. "I can see that it was surprising for you, little mortal. Althought it turned out to be alright for you, until the Nihilegos were attracted by you."
"I think I know the indentity of the being who nominated you judging by how you were summoned in this arena. I would gladly tell you the few things I know about them since you seem to be harmless to my people, but a friend asked me not to." the voice continued.
"Now that I am looking at you and those frail bodies... You wish to return to where you came from, are you? I am certain you have families and friends awaiting for you. And this dark cave is not a suitable environment for humans to live. I am sorry to tell you this, but if you stay here for too long, you might... eventually die." the voice stated blankly.
Some Nihilegos chirped in answer, like if they were communicating with the voice. Some seemed happy by the news, others, like the little baby seemed revolted.
"As one of the masters of this dimension, it would be an easy task for me to send you back to your realm. Unfortunately, there is another one who rule this dimension. And it loathe greatly what attracted the Nihilegos to you, what one of you possess. If I were to open an Ultra Wormhole myself, my counterpart will immediately locate you and it will slaughter all of you without mercy." the voice sighed.
"There is only one way for you to get out of here. If strangers were to arrive here by their own means without being detected by my counterpart, all of you might have a chance to safely escape. In the meantime, I regret to tell you that your only option is to wait here for your eventual saviors."
"In this insane place, love is all that stands between us and the great beyond."

The boys can meet outside the Science Center with the others joining the rescue mission. For security reasons, the guard will do a head count after enough people have gathered before opening the doors, where they'll go to the Station of Multiversal Travel for their briefing.
She then turns on the feed and sees Aberforth and Ariana walking to their podiums, the latter gripping the former's hand tight. Ariana looks at the other tributes and clings to her brother's robes, and he pulls her into a hug before they step up.

As Eredars is browsing the net on his tablet, he comes across a flyer. He knew exactly what it was about.
"So it's that time already..."
He then calls Galis yet again.
"Go to the Database Library and wait outside the Science Center."
"Shit, already? Well, alright."
She then makes haste to the library.
"It's time to resurrect a certain tribute for this..."
Green lightning sparks out of Ark's grave. Soon, he rises out of the grave. He's confused at why he came back to life...
"At first, I was like "hmmm, yeah, buff choccy bunny." But bro: I don't think it's a joke anymore..."

Everyone shudders. The prospect of staying here for too long is... definitely frightening.
"Is anyone really going to save us ..?" one young girl wonders aloud.
"Hopefully..." Psyche replies. "I have my nominator friends, and... they would go out of their way to rescue us... right?"
I hope they don't take too long... she thinks to herself.
Psyche's Fanfic School - Tribute Transportation Room
"Alright," Ms. May addresses the bogs after reading 6k1's reply. "You are required to meet the others outside of the Science Centre. I will take you there shortly, but first, I must nominate Psyche's next tributes."
She whisks All Might and Albus Dumbledore away to the arena as quickly as possible. She raises an eyebrow when she notices that Albus' siblings, Aberforth and Ariana, are also present in the Cornucopia.
"Right," she says. "Come with me."
She leads the boys outside toward a minibus that the school uses for the occasional class excursion. They all climb in, and Ms. May drives them to the Science Centre.
"Here we are," she says as she pulls up the driveway.
"Thank you," the boys tell her as they climb out of the minibus.
"You're welcome. Good luck, and please, for the sake of your fans, be safe. Remember that you no longer have powers of any kind."
This doesn't seem to hinder the boys, though, as they wave goodbye to Ms. May, who drives away back to the school.

Invincibubble replied to 6k1, "No Problem. I, Invincibubble, will protect you as best as I can." Then, he saw 6k1 tried to fight back. He screamed, "Hey, I must protect you too." But suddenly, he felt immense pain. He screamed in pain as he looked down and realized both of his legs got chopped by Scipion's slash.
Everyone was then struck down in the blink of an eye, their attacks futile even with the ferocity. They all screamed in pain like Invincibubble as they got wounds in various locations depending on where Scipion hit them, but all of them just disabled them rather than immediately life-threatening.
Gundala then tried to stand up as he heard 6k1 trying to fight Scipion, but he struggled to stand up. However, he's up for a shock when he glimpsed Arcturus laying near Billy, wounded too.
As he muttered that he failed to save his friend like he did for his mentor, he managed to get a look at Billy's condition. Billy was slashed at his abdomen severely, and also received wounds in his arms too. He was throwing out blood as he layed on the ground in pain. What Gundala couldn't see however, was that about 90% of Billy's Stand got destroyed, leaving five units left. Billy's life may not be in immediate threat currently, but he's seriously injured up to his soul, which also linked to his body thanks to his Stand.
As for Arcturus, he was also lying on the ground, getting slashed on his back and paralyzed halfway. But despite of that, he was determined. He communicated, "I'm going to safe you, Sancaka." Gundala responded, "No, save yourself." But Arcturus said, "You are my good friend. I want you to be safe first, and someone can look over me. I still believe Billy can save everyone even if we lost." Billy heard that and weakly said, "I... agree... with... Arcturus..." He was about to pass out, but suddenly, Giratina appeared.
As everyone watched Scipion being punished, they all cringed at the brutality of it, enough they could watch the whole scene while spacetime was warped. Reisen even muttered, "That's... more brutal than what my master,... Eirin did to me."
Then, it stopped. Billy eventually passed out from his wounds. But right before that, Kagami, who was just killed by Barok, appeared as a ghost in front of Billy, trying to reassure him. As Commander Barry, who somehow managed to not be attacked and uninjured, called everyone at the Peacekeepers HQ to send ambulances. They soon did when the season ended, in the form of quadcopters landing in and carrying everyone to the largest hospital in the Capitol.
But for Gundala, Arcturus decided to use all his strength to heal him with a healing ray. With the combination of his now-ruined Voidlands Suit's magic, Gundala got completely healed.
More Peacekeepers who were just guarding the Game would then arrive to start retrieving the ashes of those killed, trying to recover their fallen comrades' remains and somehow revive them.
And then, the Psyche Rescue group arrives just as the Peacekeepers finish doing that and 6k1 is announcing she'll start rescue. They all head into the Database Library, while Shion comments, "I can smell many souls here. But I'm particularly interested in the taste of that one." They then point into ghost Kagami, causing Billy's Clone to respond by putting a traditional Shinto seal on Shion with Yabusame's assistance, as he knows they like to eat souls.
And soon, all of Billy's group and tributes learn of what happened to Billy. His family and employees back in Kendor also heard it as the news about his fight with Scipion was made and distributed quickly.
Outer Space
After getting over the initial shock of what happened to Billy, George is able to reassure everyone in the Kain Rescue group, who is currently boarding a starship. He says, "While my boss may be severely injured, I can assure you he will be healed and come out fine, so we should rescue Kain now."
"I wish him luck." Xeno a said. Mokou and Eirin then says that they wish for Billy to get better too, before the former says, "My life may have been miserable since that princess made me drink that elixir, but that person doesn't deserve dying forever, even if after what he did."
After the talk, George sees the notification to reveal that Billy's Clone has nominated the musical duos, Michael Sandison and Marcus Eoin of Boards of Canada, and Thomas Bergensen and Nick Phoenix of Two Steps From Hell.
The Underground
Kayla is shocked too after hearing Billy's injury. "He... has been severely injured by... Scipion. He is now treated in a hospital." Kayla relays to her group, which comprises of Sandy, Nitori, Patchouli, and Tsubakura, her tone slightly falters. The tributes then react with various reactions. Patchouli is concerned while feeling sickly as usual. Nitori says she's concerned too, but secretly thinks Billy is inferior for that. Sandy meanwhile says that she is concerned for him and will try to avenge him, but Kayla says it is not a good idea considering what Scipion did. And Tsubakura doesn't care for Billy at all.
Then, the group sees some people approaching them. Kayla recognizes them as the Royal Guard members, as well as Ralsei. Immediately, everyone greets them.

Tabby and Pecan arrive at the Database Library but they don't seem to find anybody there.

Tabby then walks to the nearest bookshelf and starts looking at the titles of books while waiting for a response.

Ark exits the Graveyard and sees a bunch of people waiting outside the Science Center. He goes over there and talks to them.
Galis is shocked at BTS joining the team, but she ends up blushing after looking at each individual member of the band.
"Gods, why are they handsome?"
She then sees Ark and talks to him.
"Hello, little guy! Ya joining the rescue team?"
"The... rescue team?"
"Oh, let me guess: Fresh outta the grave? Well, here's a quick rundown: Girl got kidnapped and we gotta save her. So, let me ask again... are you joining us or no?"
"Sure..."
"Figured. You seem to be a heroic person despite your childish looks."
"At first, I was like "hmmm, yeah, buff choccy bunny." But bro: I don't think it's a joke anymore..."
Space Molly Weasley
The Database Library, Basement
6k1 sees Billy's rescue group arriving and messages his clone to meet with the others at the Science Center. She then cups her mouth at Albus joining his siblings in the Arena as well.

She also remembers the time when Dave nominated the former headmaster in OT S212, where he deep-fried Dabi into tempura and tossed him into a volcano for baking him spider pastries. He won 2nd Place under Dave, but she was happy for Albus making it, anyway.
Aberforth and Ariana are just as shocked as their nominator upon seeing their brother join them, too.
"Albus... You're back..." the former mutters.
Back in the basement, 6k1 gets another call.
The Database Library, 1st Floor
Sophie was busy reshelving the books when she sees Tabby and Pecan arrive.
"Oh, were you looking for 6001? I'll call her right away. Also, we all just arrived several hours ago."
She calls the Head Librarian, and the latter promptly goes up to meet them. Sophie tells her that they're looking for information about the Underground for their mission.
"Sure thing!"
6k1 leads Tabby and Pecan to the Universes Wing and gives them three maps of Hotland.
"You have to solve the puzzles to retrieve the ball. Good luck."
She then leads them out and sends them their way.
Hotland - West of Alphys's Lab
Ralsei arrives in the volcanic area of the Underground via boat ride and is escorted by the guards to Kayla's group. They're all grouped around the SAVE Point.
"Hi everyone," he says to them, "I'm here to help Tabby find the Dragon Ball, too. Since she's bringing my friends here, I decided to join as well! I'll also stand by for healing if anyone needs it."
The guards then go to the north path, where the elevator is, and block it.

Kirby fell asleep in his bed. Magolor drives the Pod, though he chose not to join in 6k1's mission.
Abandoned Facility
Scrat runs through the facility's hallway. Behind, the girl runs after him. They pass through a passage, inside glass walls, passing in a very large chamber. Below are large vats of both Nightmare Fuel and Sweet Dreams Fuel.
Scrat keeps running. They end up in a colossal chamber with many stasis pods. Within the pods are young children, frozen in stasis.
Scrat hides behind one, but the girl suddenly appears before him. She grabs him, and... pets him.
The girl then walks, with Scrat at hand, through more hallways. They run into a crossroad. Scrat jumps off and goes left, but is stopped by the girl. She detects an ominous presence at the left hallway, and turns right instead. Scrat follows her.

The Database Library
6k1 and the Rescue Squad reach the Library, and she thanks them for their help. After seeing them off, she emails her library staff that it's safe to return and has the portal for them summoned. She then orders the Maintenance Department to repair the roof and the library forcefield.
6k1 desummons her armor and goes back to the basement. Ally's standing by the door, glaring at her.
"I'll explain everything later," she says while entering her office. "But right now, I need to rest. I'll just ask Claire for the recap after the season ends, then I'll call the Travel Department."
