Welcome to HGS: Another Side Another Story. It is a roleplay spinoff for the Hunger Games Simulator forum game, akin to both the RP's in the Roleplaying section as well as the ITTs in Forum Games. It tells the story of the Hunger Games in the Arena of Panem, the nominators who sent the tributes, the tributes themselves both in and out of the Arena or even other people relevant to the Games. In addition, it also tells their stories beyond the Arena.
You can jump right in with any character, like your nominator self, your tributes, etc. The structure of this RP will be open-world. Don't worry about not being skilled/experienced enough or being new to RP'ing. Finally, ASAS accepts any skill level or RP style. Other than these, there are some important rules to note, which are:
- No godmodding will be allowed or tolerated here. The offending player will be given punishment depending on the severity.
- Please communicate anything important you plan on another player with the said player first. Don't just execute it without their consent.
- Don't be rude to other players, both out and in-universe. This extends to RP offenses like railroading, guilt-tripping, coercing, or other forms of forcing them.
- This RP is related to the Hunger Games Simulation:Beyond the Possibilities forum game. Thus it will have events based from that game, including the tributes. This means if you want to RP as tributes, please nominate them officially on the thread first, with misses not being counted. This has to be done after an incident with a player who hasn't joined the game itself yet.
- Since this RP is Loose Canon in relation to the main HGS thread, the host's interpretation of events isn't necessarily 100% canon. Every player has the right to deviate from what the host says and go with their own interpretations. If multiple players have their tributes involved in the same event(s), please communicate with each other so that you're on the same page regarding how you see them.
- This RP chronicles the lives of the nominators and their tributes behind the scenes. While dark plots are acceptable, the overall tone of the RP should be light-hearted and comedic. This RP is not a Cosmic Horror Story or action story about defeating evil. It is a Slice of Life comedy with some adventure to it, first and foremost. Our previous RP, Convergence, is not representative of the intended tone, and the grimdark tone of that RP is one of the main reasons it was retooled.
- Nominators and tributes alike can transform into Pokemon whenever they enter a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon World (but they can bypass this with certain items/methods or shapeshifting) or via other means outside it such as a season event, Transformation Trinkets, or shapeshifting. The players are free to choose the Pokéforms that best suit their characters and even give them color schemes outside the standard and Shiny colors, but there is a hard rule for this. If you want your character's Pokéform to be a Legendary, Mythical, or Ultra Beast, please ask the RP mods for approval. Outside the Arena, these Pokéforms are still OP, but we want to give leeway for tributes who theoretically can have them such as deities.

Detective Gamechanger's Base
A sharp-dressed man in a green suit and yellow tie is standing by the entrance of the base. He is of average height and has whitish skin, though still a bit darker. He is Billy, one of the nominators and the organizer of the party.
Indeed, after the nominators' returned and settled their problems, they decide to have fun with a party. Billy also sent invites for all the other nominators out there, as well as basically anyone else, including tributes, non associated parties, interested nominators who haven't participate yet, or even those who just wants to hang out.
The place itself in the base is refurbished for party purposes. Fancy chairs and tables are set everywhere for people to relax, as well as put food and other objects for the latter. There's also various collections showcased, including those belonging to the Detective, like his classic cars. Various themes to the base are set too, including detective noir as GC would have preferred.
Billy is now awaiting for other guests to arrive. He is also ready to give them a pleasant surprise during the party pertaining to his nation.

The Deal (Part I)
Pythor began narrating how he encountered Yapool and ???'s group to Vexus. He finished recapping the Legion of Doom's attack and how he fled the scene when he realized he could be compromised by their actions.
Pythor: So I left this place with some indications to let it run smoothly in the scenario that a student came in. And I decided to walk away until the problem solved itself or the Legion won and I had to start over from scratch, luckily I packed enough rations to last a whole decade. But as soon as I was away from Panem, the weirdest thing happened.
Flashback
Pythor was walking while invisible, he was looking for a safe hideout far and away from where the Legion could get him.
Pythor: That idiot, Bale. Guess now his stupidity blew up in his face and I've been put in real danger for it.
After feeling a chill from something nearby, Pythor turned his head around looking for whatever made him feel it but saw nothing and shrugged it off.
Pythor: Must've been the wind.
As he walked away, a dark shadow was seen following behind.
Pythor: If nothing else, at least I'm completely below the Legion's radar. Heh, for all I know I might even get a job there provided that I betray Bale. Wouldn't be hard.
???: We have a better proposition.
Pythor then turned around, unnerved by the mysterious voice he heard. After looking at nothing he frowned.
Pythor: Whoever is there, show yourself now. You cannot scare me.
???: Oh well, I suppose I'll have to be more direct now.
Just then Pythor saw a crack form in the air, next to him. Pythor panicked a bit, without showing it externally, something about the energy that the crack gave off made him feel unnerved.
Yapool: We are Yapool, we've watched your actions from afar. Your cooperation with someone we need on our side... You may know him as Bale.
Pythor: Oh so you are familiar with him and vice-versa?
Yapool: Not quite... Let's say that there's a lot of complications regarding that, we can talk this out later. If you come to the Yapool's dimension, you will obtain the answers you desire.
Seeing nothing better to do, Pythor accepted and went inside the crack.
"Bingo! If two species hate each other, they will wipe each other out on their own."

The Arena
Data Toriel finds a strange potion that she swears was the same one that killed Sans back in Season 106. She checks to make sure that it wasn't sentient, then ponders if she should drink it.
Since my fire powers were weakened, I think I'll exchange that for water powers instead. Hope Undyne doesn't mind...
She drinks it and transforms into a sea goat, but overdoses and runs out of air before she could reach the nearest body of water. She collapses and turns into dust, and her SOUL floats above it and lingers for a while before breaking apart.
Toriel's Home
The original Toriel sighs at her clone's death, but at least she had a good run. She now just has to wait until the season's over before she can have her memories transferred, though she wonders if she should also be able to transform into a sea goat at will.
On one hand, I can help Asriel be comfortable with willingly transforming into his Hyperdeath form, but on the other... I can't use my fire underwater, of course, and Undyne's already taking care of Waterfall...
There's something about Sou that intrigued her, however. Was there a point in his world's history that drove the humans there to wage war with the monsters long ago? Especially now that Sou got his wish for humans to be the dominant species? Toriel shakes her head, for she better ask Alphys about this...
Capitol Park
Power and Asriel sigh and cringe at Data Toriel's death, respectively, then the latter shows his ring to Cleo.
"I can turn into my Hyperdeath form with this, but if I lose it..."
He also explains to her about everything that led to him turning into the psychotic Flowey in the first place and tries not to cry.
"But I shouldn't be worrying about that now..."
"Cheer up, little bro!" says 6k1, "this park is safe and secure, and we'll catch and report those thieves if they steal your ring!"
"Yeah!" says Power.
"And Stanford, you're free to join us at the pet park, too!"
"I don't mind that at all! So, which of you wants to join me and Ichi?"
"And if there aren't any more questions, we'll go with Billy once the season ends!"

"A pet park, huh?" said Mr. Star. "Sounds nice, so why not?"
"Hungry!" said Kirby.
"But first, we need to get something to eat."
At a nearby snack bar, Mr. Star orders some food such as cheesecake for Bebe and strawberry cake for Kirby. On a nearby tv, he witnesses a feed of the Arena, showing Julius shooting Mothdrop until she breaks open.
"..."
They then come back to 6k1 and friends.

Oh my goodness, I'm sorry all of that happened to you. (Cleo says after hearing Asriel's story.)
Yeah, that sounds really rough, man. (Joaquin agrees.) At least you've worked past it now! We'll be ready in case anybody tries to snatch that ring, too.
(The call is made for who'll go where. June turns to Power and Ichi.) Hey, you said you were gonna be paintin'?
The Great Valley
(Taki sits up in another tree, feeling homesick and lost again. He doesn't know the first direction to go to get back to Notalot and he still isn't sure if he'll even ever see his friends again. He just sits up there watching the sun starting to get low in the sky with his wings wrapped around himself.)
(Sure enough, the younger dinosaurs find their elders gathered around to talk about Taki.)
Great, we're too late! (Cera grumbles.)
Maybe not, let's go. (Little Foot says.)
(The grown-ups are talking at once, sounding very concerned about the strange Flier with the stone that he claims could make him act evil.)
What should we do? What if he hurts someone?
Is he just using the stone as an excuse to cause trouble?
What if he hurts our kids?
Everyone knock it off! (Topps yells.) We'll see what this Flier's deal is, and if he's here to cause trouble I'll see to it that he leaves the valley and doesn't come back!
(Little Foot goes up to his grandparents.) Grandma? Grandpa?
What is it, Little Foot? (Grandma Longneck asks.)
Is this about Taki?
It is. (Grandpa says.) He told Cera's father that the stone on his shoulder made him do some...rather unpleasant things, and it has everyone worried.
He told us that it only did that in some other place entirely! (Ducky points out.)
Oh? (Grandma asks.)
Yes, and it turned red when it did, but it isn't turning red here. (Little Foot adds.) He's hiding from someone who wants to take him back to the place where it did.
(The elderly Longnecks exchange glances. They're still a little unsure about Taki based on what Topps said Taki told him, but Little Foot and his friends have been on the ball about things like this ahead of the adults before.) Perhaps it would help to speak to Taki himself to confirm if what he told all of you is true rather than simply talk about him among each other.
(Little Foot's grandparents then tell Topps and the others this. Topps and a few of the other older dinosaurs seem skeptical.) You're saying that we should get close to this potentially dangerous Flier?
We won't get anywhere just standing here talking about what we THINK he might do. (Grandma Longneck points out.) It would probably help to get his side of the story.
We do outnumber him if he tries anything funny, too. (Another Flier points out.)
(Topps snorts.) ...Fine, we'll find him. But I STILL don't like this.
(The dinos head off, Little Foot and the other younger dinos bringing up the rear. Little Foot seems anxious.) You don't think he might have lied to us, do you? (He asks his friends.)
Oh, I hope not. (Ducky says. Spike nods in agreement.)
I hope he no lie, either... (Petrie concurs.)
(Cera seems skeptical again.) If he did, I'm gonna headbutt that stone clean off his wing!
(It doesn't take long until everyone is able to spot the gleam of the sapphire in the setting sun in the top of a tree.) That must be him! (Topps says.)
(The dinos begin heading his way.)
(Meanwhile, Argus and the herd of Longnecks are drawing closer to the center of the Great Valley. As they do, Argus thinks he sees something glowing in the top of a tree not too far ahead of them.)
Hey, can one of you guys tell me what's up in that tree? (Argus calls up.)
(Stomper and the other Longnecks close to Argus look closely.) I can't tell, but I think there might be some sort of shiny stone up there. (One of them says.)
(Argus scampers ahead as fast as he can.) Please be Taki...
(Meanwhile, Ichy and Dil happen to be drawing near to the same exact location, still carrying the Item Block given to them by the other Stanford, arguing all the way.)
(Atop a nearby cliff, the other Stanford re-emerges from a dark portal to see what happens. He seems prepared to fall back onto another plan in case Ichy and Dil fail to capture Stomper.)
"Lucian, don’t be afraid, we’ll make it through this."
"Aaaaaand Madara's died unceremoniously. Welp, here's hopin' these two do better."
He submits Draco Malfoy and Diana Cavendish for the next season.
"Anywho, Pow-Pow here's an artist with magic. Anything she draws up, she can bring to life."

"Oh Ich, I was just about to say that!" Power giggles. "And I can also create clones from my art, though I make them weaker to conserve my magic! I'm pretty sure you've seen Paper run my Art School!"
Meanwhile, 6k1 gets a call from Alphys once the season has ended.
"I'm happy to report that the data clone experiment was a success!"
"That's great! Do tell me more about it!"
Alphys gives her the recap, and like Power, 6k1 is disappointed that Toriel didn't make it yet again, but at least she, or technically her clone, did well.
"Anyway, Toriel and I will be going to the Science Center for our memory and power transfer! Would you like to come with us?"
"I'm sorry, but I'm busy hanging with my friends at the park since I'm also training Mimi!"
"It's okay, I'll just have it recorded for you! Documentation's important, after all!"
"Alright! Good luck!"
6k1 then calls Jumba and tells him about data clones, asking if he'd like to avail of them.
"Didn't Evil Genius tell you before that Experiments have maximum potential in Arena if real?"
"Yes, but believe me when I say that they'll benefit more from data clones!"
"Hmm... now that I think of it, Little Girl not be happy if they revert to evil programming in Arena, so yes, I'll have Experiments data cloned. But that still depend on Experiment themself."
"Well then, would Clink want to be cloned?"
"You mean Experiment 086? He was captured by Hämsterviel in Bad Future, so I think he'd want clone to fight for him!"
"Alright then. Good luck to him!"
6k1 ends the call and summons the clone to the Arena. She then calls Claire to assign one scientist to Unova to catch a Klink, since Pokémon in general enjoy fighting and wouldn't mind entering the Arena as themselves.
"So..." she says afterwards, "are we all ready to have fun?"
"I certainly am!" says Power. "Come on, Stanford, let's go to that flower garden past the bridge so I can paint the scenery!"
"Arky, let's go the pet area right away!" says Mimi.

Once the season has ended, Psyche receives a text message from Ms. May, letting her know that she's nominated Touko and Byakuya in her place. Psyche replies thanks, relieved that she didn't miss out this time.
"I'm ready to go with you guys and watch the Starbles play," she replies to 6k1 with a smile.

Well, rest of us are ready when you are. (Wanda says to 6k1 and the others.)
The Great Valley
(All parties converge on the same tree that Taki is hiding in. Argus and the herd of Longnecks reach it first. Argus doesn't initially recognize Taki at first (given he changed forms upon entering this world as well), but the Sapphire of Animor still on his shoulder confirms to Argus for sure that it is.)
Taki! Taki! Come down here! (Argus calls up.)
(Taki's head snaps up and he looks around. He could swear that was the voice of his friend Argus, but he doesn't see the big fish monster. He traces the voice down to the Diplocaulus on the ground.)
Argus?? Is that really you? (Taki calls down.)
Yes, it's me! (Argus calls up.)
(Taki swoops down and hugs Argus as tight as he can.) AAAAAAAH I'M SO GLAD TO SEE YOU!! (Then he jumps back.) Wait, no...oh, I did horrible things, Argus! Will you guys forgive me?
Don't worry, Taki. We know everything you did was beyond your control. (Argus says. He eyes the sapphire suspiciously.) Evidently, there are some things about the Sapphire that even I was never told about...
(Both the Longneck herd and the gang from the Great Valley arrive and see what's going on.)
Now what's going on?? (Topps asks.)
Oh, I think Taki has found a friend, yep yep yep! (Ducky says.)
(Topps approaches Argus and Taki.) Do you know this Flier? (He asks.)
(Argus is briefly startled by the Three-Horn's glare, but answers.) Yes, I'm a friend of his. (Argus says, a bit nervously.)
Uh huh! His name's Argus! (Taki explains.) He's usually a lot bigger, though.
What?!
Taller, he meant taller. (Argus says, standing up on his hind legs.)
(Topps doesn't seem convinced, but reluctantly nods anyway.) I see...are you aware of this strange stone?
Yes sir, I know everything about it...well, most things about it. (Argus says.) It making him act out of his mind under certain circumstances is a new one on me, and we're gonna get it figured out, I promise.
See that you do... (Topps snorts.)
(Stomper's herd draws near.)
This your herd? (Petrie asks Argus and Taki.)
No, I was just traveling with them as I looked for Taki. (Argus says.)
I'm glad it didn't take long to find your friend, Argus! (Stomper says.)
Yeah, now I just need to figure out how we're gonna get back home... (Argus says.)
It's getting late. Perhaps you can all rest here in the Great Valley tonight before you leave. (Grandpa Longneck suggests.)
Oh yeah, let's do that! (Taki nods.)
Fine by me. My feet are killing me. (Argus says.)
(Just as everybody is preparing to leave however-)
Stop right there!
(A random Ichthyornis and Deinosuchus jump out in front of everybody. Well, they're random to everyone except Little Foot and the other kids, however, who recognize them immediately.)
EEEK!! (Petrie yells.) It that Sharpbeak and Bellydragger!
(Spike quickly gets between them and Ducky while Cera yells:) Hey, wait a minute, last time we saw you a swimming Longneck was chasing you guys away!
Guess what? Sometimes people escape, kid! (Dil snaps.)
Who are these guys? (Taki asks Little Foot.)
They got in our way when we were looking for flowers that would help my grandpa once when he got sick. (Little Foot explains.)
(The adult dinosaurs (including Stomper and several of the other visiting Longnecks) get between the younger dinos and Ichy and Dil.) If you're here to hurt these children, then you have got another thing coming! (Stomper states.)
Well, we're here for you, too. (Ichy adds.)
Me? I have never met either of you in my life! (Stomper protests.)
Technically, it's someone else who wants you, we're just acting on their behalf. (Ichy adds.)
(Stomper looks absolutely flummoxed.)
(The other Stanford continues to watch.)
"Lucian, don’t be afraid, we’ll make it through this."

"So he is not someone who is nice. Thanks for letting me know, though I still want to meet him anyway for he is a fellow nominator," Billy says to Stanford.
"I also hope Dave is doing fine, but that is concerning. I do hope for the best however," Billy responds to 6k1's asnwer about Dave.
"As for the Starble, 6k1 has already explained what they are. For my pet, Arcturus, he is more controlled thanks to my training, though he may still show disobedient actions that juvenile Starbles typically display, but I am working on helping him mature," Billy adds about the Starble.
"Also, I am glad to hear you are fine, Ichi. I also wish your tributes can perform well. I am also glad you are also doing fine, Psyche," Billy responds to both Ichi and Psyche's answers.
Meanwhile for the others, George and Kayla are spending their time watching the season alongside Billy, as well as the other people at the park.
As for Sancaka, he asks Fluttershy in English again, "nice to meet you too, Fluttershy. I'm also watching over Arcturus, as we become best friends after understanding our circumstances."
"So, how does your world work, Fluttershy? I've to admit that a talking horse like you is unusual, as I've never seen one in real life before."
Finally for Arcturus, his antennae also flickers, as he seems to feel nervous around Mimi. Billy and Sancaka take notice, with the former thinking, "so they may be starting to fall in love with each other?" Meanwhile George and Kayla just remark about how it reminds them of something.
Billy then follows the rest of the season, only talking after he sees the outcome as he says, "it is disappointing to see that Jonathan got the fourth place curse. At least I still have Lance for the upcoming Battle Royale, and I do not get fourth place tributes often, so I think in a way, he may still be memorable as the third tribute of mine who got it, after Slenderman and Ceylon."
"Anyway, I need to call my staffs to resurrect Jonathan and W, and nominate my next tributes, who will be Horou Torisumi and Lumen Celeritas," Billy then does so on a holographic phone. Horou will be taken from the same Touhou universe that Billy has access to, because this one also includes characters from so-called fangames as Earth Prime or Fourth World people would call them. As for Lumen, Billy tells the staffs to convince Tsubakura not to place power limiting seals on them (Lumen) for their time in the Arena.
As for the resurrections, Billy says to Dr. Fvearniyx, "you should reverse the effect of the electric fence on his personality. In addition, he should undergo a therapy to fully reverse the ungentlemanly behaviors that the Arena subconsciously inflicted on him."
"as for W, considering her body was completely destroyed, I think we have no choice but to regrow a new one for her from the DNA samples that Rhodes Island stores. As for her soul, you know the drill."
"Finally, how is Mothra, Dr. Fvearniyx?" Billy asks. The doctor then answers, "It seems that she's recovering. She'll be reborn by hatching in few hours."
"Good, thanks for the information. Now go back to work, Dr. Fvearniyx," Billy then hangs up, finishing the call.
With these done, Billy decides to go with Arcturus and Sancaka to the play area. Meanwhile, George and Kayla will follow Power.

"Okay, then. We're going with 6k1 to the pet area." said Mr. Star.
"Poyo!" said Kirby as he eats his food.
Nearby, from behind a tree, Scrat pops up holding his acorn from afar. He spies on the others, and leaves, disinterested.

"Okay, you guys have fun!" 6k1 and Power say to each other before they go with their respective groups.
At the pet training grounds, 6k1 readjusts Mimi's harness and checks the fit of her GPS collar, cleaning the tag that contains her contact details in case Mimi runs off. She then pays the manager of the grounds and enters the premises with Fluttershy, who continues talking with Sancaka.
"Oh, Power and I are from the magical land of Equestria, where everypony lives in communities just like yours. The unicorns use magic spells, the pegasi control the weather, while the earth ponies till the lands and take care of the animals. As to why I take care of animals instead of controlling the weather, it was the special talent I discovered as a filly after I fell from Cloudsdale when Rainbow Dash was racing in the sky. I then decided to stay on the ground after discovering that talent, which is represented by my cutie mark."
Meanwhile, Asriel sits on a park bench near the training grounds and watches 6k1 prepare Mimi for her training, which will involve running the obstacle course as fast as she can.
As for Power, she crosses the bridge with Ichi and stops by another food stall to buy him some pizza. She then arrives at the garden and prepares her art supplies while waiting for the others.

Now that we've got all of you right where we want, we can use whatever this is... (Dil says, pulling the Item Block out of the bag.)
What is that? (Stomper asks.)
Our key to taking you on! And I'm gonna use whatever's inside it! (Ichy shouts.)
Wait, I thought I was gonna use it! I'm the one who gets anything done around here! (Dil protests.)
I changed my mind, I never get the chance to do anything, so I should use whatever is in that thing!
Why you-!
(They quickly collapse into arguing with each other again.)
Maybe somebody can get that yellow rock while they're distracted so they can't use it. (Little Foot suggests.)
(Hearing Little Foot's suggestion, Mr. Topps doesn't waste any time before charging forward to grab the Item Block in his mouth and set it behind him by some fallen rocks. Ichy and Dil stop arguing long enough to see this.) Hey!! (Dil shouts, charging forward. However, Topps just hefts the Bellydragger up by his horns and sends her tumbling backward.)
Get out of here and never come back! (He shouts as most of the other older dinosaurs run up to have Topps' back.)
(With their Item Block taken away from them and being vastly outnumbered, Ichy and Dil scamper off.) We'll remember this! (Ichy snarls as they do.)
(Above everyone else on the cliff top, Dark Stanford facepalms and walks off.) Time for plan B...

"No, I have to paint first, and then do my magic on it."
Power begins painting the flowers that bloom during the winter.
"Took me ten Equestrian years after getting my cutie mark to master this spell."
Meanwhile, 6k1 places Mimi at the starting line.
"Alright, we'll do three trials of agility training, and I'll see if the coach here can improvise with the equipment so we can train you in controlling your powers. Are you ready?"
"I'm ready!"
"Okay," says the coach, "now the timer will start in 3... 2... 1..."
The Science Center, Tribute Research Lab
Toriel and Alphys enter the Cloning Capsule room while Claire videos them, the former bringing Frisk along to show them how it works.
"While the Capsule's Bigger on the Inside," says Claire, "for everyone's safety, only one tribute at a time will enter unless they were nominated as a group tribute."
"But what if the group's too big?" asks Frisk.
"Then they'll line up in single file as they go in."
"No, I meant if they're as big as the Multiverse."
"Simple, we have the tools to temporarily shrink them." Claire turns to Toriel and Alphys. "Now, are we ready to begin?"
They say yes, and Frisk nods as Claire then opens the door and lets Alphys in first. Inside, she looks up and sees the transfer helmet being lowered onto her, then presses several buttons on the control panel to select which memories to transfer. She then closes her eyes and jitters as the mild electric shock travels into her head.
Her memories of last season flash in her mind as they're uploaded. Alphys doesn't recall the hostage or her death from her clone's perspective, but she retains GLaDOS's discovery of her ancestral records. Once the transfer is done, she opens her eyes as the helmet is lifted, then exits the Capsule and tells Toriel and Frisk about the experience.
"Good to hear that your procedure went smoothly!" says Toriel. "But I have to ask... is there anything about your ancestors that led to the war against Sou's?"
"One moment, lemme look at his records..."
Alphys searches for them online but shakes her head.
"Nope, there's nothing much I can gather about them, though his wish is still something to be concerned about."
Frisk just nods.
"But I believe that this is another important piece of both human and monster history, so these documents should be archived in the Librarby!"
"Very well," says Toriel.
"Alright," says Claire, "you're next!"
"Good luck, Mom," says Frisk as Toriel gives them a quick hug before entering the Capsule.

Scipion grunted. At least, the Dark Star was technically the most murderous tribute this season, but still.
At least, he wasn't in the Distortion World anymore so the dark artifact wouldn't bother him anymore.
"Tch! I guess I'll go back to nominate monsters... I hope one of them will manage to win before the Battle Royale..." Scipion grunted, sending his next pair of tributes.
"Say, Morgan, how long until we arrive?"
"Don't tell me you are going to complain?" Morgan sarcastically said.
"We've been walking for hours. I'm starting to get tired."
"Yeah! And I'm hungry too!" Onox added, rubbing his belly.
"Uh. I didn't expect you to be such a lazy shit, Scips." the Morgrem cackled.
"Seriously can you stop messing with me and do that with someone else?"
"There was Tabbitch that I liked to mess with at one point... But according to rumors, she vanished. I guess it's because she can't fuck with her girlfriend without that stupid first crush of her kidnapping her every day."
"You mean Akumo? I guess it's... more or less accurate-OW!!"
Morgan viciously interrupted Scipion by stabbing him in the knee with his hairs.
"What was that for, you little shit??"
"First. Be glad I didn't stab you in the dick." Morgan answered, a disturbing grin on his face.
"...You wouldn't dare..." Scipion hissed, slightly intimidated.
"And second. We have arrived." the evil Morgrem announced. Scipion's frown immediately got replaced with a grin.
Morgan was pointing at an isolated cave near some river. The cave itself was rather big enough to house the trio and had some crystals inside, which acted as mirrors.
"EYAHAHAHA!! Perfect!!! Reminds me of good old time..." Scipion cackled, admiring himself in the mirror.
"It's nice because it's far away enough so that we won't be disturbed by rescue teams too often. And there's also quite a lot of Powerful wild Pokémons roaming nearby." Morgan explained.
"Excellent!! That means more challenge and more fun to me!"
"Boss? I'm still hungry..." Onox loudly complained.
"Hungry uh? Don't fret you idiot, we're gonna hunt now." Scipion said, grinning while showing his claws.
"Hunting? Like punching our food?"
"Yes!! Eyahaha!!!" Scipion cackled. Onox grinned evilly at this and bumped his fists.
"If I don't kill our preys before you have your fun..." Morgan added.
"Come on, Morgan, we both know you like to see them suffer before you do."
"Heh, I guess you're right. People begging for death is always satisfying to me." Morgan said, raising his arms.
"Even wild Pokémons, huh? Then let's have some fun until the season begins..." Scipion laughed, licking his lips.

Well, erm, that happened, I suppose. (Stomper says after Ichy and Dil run away. He looks at the Item Block.) What do you suppose they were going to do with that mysterious rock?
I'm not sure. (Argus says. He suspects that it might be from some place else entirely, however. It certainly doesn't look like anything that you would find in a place like this.) Maybe Taki and I should take it with us when we leave. Maybe someone we know can figure it out.
Let's go home already! (Petrie says. The encounter seems to have made him a bit nervous.)
(But as everyone prepares to return to the main part of the valley, the area seems to darken as though a light were being dimmed. A chilly wind blows.)
...Uhhhhhh, what's going on? (Taki asks.)
(A hole in the ground opens up about fifty feet in front of everyone. Whatever sort of atmosphere is coming out of it causes the surrounding foliage to rapidly shift colors. From the hole emerges a large creature unlike anything either the Great Valley nor the Notalot natives have ever seen before: A furry, purple and white four-legged creature that looks like a hybrid between a wolf and an orca. Weird, multicolored energy dances all around it. A few dinos audibly cry out in shock and/or fright.)
What in the world is that?? (Someone exclaims.)
I don't have a clue! (Argus says.)
(Tired of the intruders to the Great Valley, Topps immediately charges at the monster, but it simply bats him off to the side like he weighs nothing and sends the Three-horn rolling off to the side.)
DADDY! (Cera cries.)
(Fortunately, Topps doesn't appear to be seriously injured, but he doesn't look like he'll be able to get up for a while, either. The monster then turns its attention back to everyone else...well, not so much everyone else than focusing on just one: Stomper.)
MINE!! MIIIIIINE!! (It shrieks in an extremely loud voice before charging ahead at him, ignoring everyone else.)
(Stomper instinctively swings his enormous tail at the monster, sending it rolling into the trees. Grandpa Longneck wastes no time turning to Little Foot and the other young dinos.) Little Foot, you and the others get to safety!
No way! I wanna teach that guy a lesson he'll never forget! (Cera protests.)
Kid, that thing knocked your dad down like it was nothing! (Argus says.) You're getting out of here!
(Argus, Taki, and the kids get behind a nearby fallen rock. As they do, Taki nervously checks the Sapphire. So far, so good. The monster is coming back, and the older dinos keep unsuccessfully trying to drive it back. Several of them get injured or knocked unconscious. All the while, it keeps trying to get past all of them to Stomper.)
If only this stick were still my battle axe... (Argus sighs.) I don't have a clue what to do.
Mmmmmmm... (Taki sits down on the Item Block and scratches his head, trying to come up with an idea.) Ooh, let's distract 'em!
Taki, that...thing is liable to stomp us flat or claw us to shreds, especially with how small we are. (Argus points out.)
There has to be SOMETHING we can do! (Little Foot says, looking on at the carnage in worry.)
(Argus looks at the Item Block.) What were those two going to do with that thing, anyway? (He wonders out loud.)
(Taki looks down.) I dunno. (He gets up off of it and knocks on it. Nothing happens. He knocks on it a few more times before grabbing a stick in his bill and whacking the block with it. To their surprise, the block stops glowing and an enormous yellow and red mushroom comes out of the top of it and starts bouncing around between the rocks they're all behind.)
EEP! BIG MUSHROOM! (Petrie yelps.)
He'll see us! (Little Foot says.)
(Spike, meanwhile, curiously attempts to take a bite out of it.)
Oh, Spike! No no no, do not eat the strange mushroom!
(But it's too late. The Mushroom disappears the moment Spike bites into it and he starts growing to an enormous size, ending up about the same size as the Longnecks. The now giant Spiketail looks around, confused and frightened all at once.)

(Everyone quickly moves out from under foot. Meanwhile, the fight between the older dinosaurs and the strange monster continues.)
Great, we're fighting for our lives against a crazy monster and now we just accidentally blew up their friend with some...I don't even know WHAT kind of spell or whatever that was. Now what?? (Argus groans.)

Pythor looked at the strangely colored dimension, he was now wondering if this was all one big joke meant to make him look dumb.
Pythor: Quite the place you live in, have you considered getting furniture for those distorted corners? It might seem tacky but does help making things comfortable to sit in.
Yapool: We care not for that.
Pythor: I figured. So anyways, what is this whole deal with Bale and why is he so important to you?
???: I can explain that for you.
The figure appeared covered in a dark robe. It spoke to Pythor with his voice sounding distorted as if reality tried to handle its talk.
???: I've watched you from afar, Anacondrai General. I must say it's saddening to see you reduced to a mere janitor.
Pythor: You think your words will affect me? I know this is below my standards but I'd rather be there in that stupid school for a bunch of good-for-nothing villain wannabes than be back at Ninjago facing possible jail time. A snake's got to survive, you know. Especially after seeing others fall like that fire cobra... What was her name, ah yes Aspheera.
???: I just want your help. Bale's a missing piece in our puzzle to take over the world, and this Legion is helping us to bring him closer without having to outright reveal ourselves. One of my agents is currently taking his time to mess with them for fun so they won't be able to lay even a hand on you.
Pythor: Interesting... I am all ears, whatever you're called.
Tampering
As Jamie distracted the Barossa, the Gems investigated his mech. It was nothing like any of the Gem technology they've seen or faced. But after the events of the Legion they were aware that this may be technology from an enemy of a different universe
Amethyst: Of the freaky stuff we've seen in the last 5 years this might be one of the freakiest. Not quite as much as what went down with those bad guys some time ago, but still.
Pearl: This... Thing, seems like a war machine. We got to shut it down or at least make sure that alien doesn't gains control of it again, if he finds out about the ruse then he could devastate Beach City, Steven just left and I don't want him to lose his hometown to an invader that attacked in his absence.
Garnet: You should relax, Pearl. Deep down I can see that this alien is... Pretty inept. My knowledge about this all is limited but from what I can gather if Jamie and Lapis successfully appeal to his kinder side he will abandon whatever hostile intentions he has.
Lapis: What will we do with this thing, then?
Bismuth: We could ask him to let us borrow. I could use it for some neat weapons or defense systems. If Peridot's willing to help. This thing has an impressive size and its armor seems tougher than almost anything I've worked with.
Peridot: Let's not get ahead of ourselves too soon, if that other guy somehow goes evil or decides that he'd rather squash this town to find his target we might be in trouble.
Garnet: I can assure you we will not.
Peridot: I hope so, this town could use one less apocalypse event these days.
They resumed their inspection and looked over at Beach City, hoping for everything to turn out right.
"Bingo! If two species hate each other, they will wipe each other out on their own."

"I didn't have anything in mind before coming here," Power says to June, "but this little stroll just gave me the inspiration!"
"From what I've observed since she was a baby," 6k1 says to Jared, "she's pretty much both dog and catlike in behavior other than having these strange powers."
She watches Mimi weave through the poles and jump over the hurdles. The Starble's just as fast as she was when she rampaged in Ponyville, but the coach gives her a small penalty for knocking over a bar.
"I saw footage of adult Starbles in their natural habitat, but there's still a lot about them I don't know, not to mention that an Evil Overlord named Blackblood took over their planet..."
Nearby, Asriel uses his pocket money to buy some chocolate from a passing candy seller and gives it to Psyche.
"I can't eat this because it makes me sick, but my sibling Chara used to love it... speaking of which, what's your family like? I like being with my big sis, but I miss my own family back home."
The Science Center, Tribute Research Lab
Toriel fits the transfer helmet and selects her memories, then the system asks her if she would want to retain her sea goat form. It would even recreate the potion down to its chemical composition for her. Toriel thinks about it for a moment, then shakes her head.
"No thanks, I'm fine with my fire powers, though I might consider it in the future because while my species can swim long distances, being able to breathe underwater would be an advantage."
Okay. The memory transfer shall proceed as is.
Toriel then feels the same electric shock as Alphys as she recalls everything in her clone's run. While her power-down, head injury, and death weren't pretty, the other tributes cheering her up certainly made up for them. She removes the helmet and exits the Capsule to tell Alphys and Frisk about her procedure, and they both give her a thumbs-up for it.
"Any questions before you go home?" asks Claire.
"I have, but it's for Alphys," says Toriel. "You said that this machine will preserve almost all the death events, right?"
"Yep, even erasures."
"But what about that event where Charlie traveled back in time to kill... who was that again?"
"Vanessa," says Claire, "according to Mr. Sutton."
"Oh right, that one! Wouldn't killing a tribute before they were data cloned technically erase the original also due to the nature of time travel?"
Frisk shrugs while Alphys facepalms.
"How did I not account for that? If you don't mind, I'll stay behind so I can upgrade the clones so that they won't take the originals with them in that case! And that makes sense, right?"
Toriel also shrugs. "I... think? But sure, we'll go home ahead of you."
"Alright then," says Claire, "have a safe trip!"
Once Toriel and Frisk have left, she finishes recording and sends 6k1 the video, which she can view after her outing.
Carlos's House
After a long night of homework, Carlos flops on his bed and turns on the TV. He quickly leans forward when a certain blue-haired girl goes to her podium.
"Cirno?! It's been a while since I last saw you in the Arena..."
He remembers when she was data cloned that fateful season and how he was upset about it, but he eventually understood why and accepted it. However, he has a strange feeling that Billy didn't nominate her this time, and she might not even be the same Cirno he's friends with...
"But it doesn't matter to me whether you're his Cirno or someone else's, because I'll still be Ciring for you either way!"
"Rarity, are you okay? We gotta get you and your friends outta here soon!"

She enjoys the chocolate while telling Asriel about her family. "I come from a pretty big family. A mum, a dad, three sisters, two brothers, and a few pets, too. They live pretty far from my Fanfic School, but I visit them sometimes. They're a loving and supportive bunch, but they can be a little overwhelming sometimes, especially since I'm the eldest. I have to admit, I kinda miss them, too..."

Sancaka is amazed by the mention of magic. However, his common sense tells him that it's not good to reveal about how he himself has a power and thus reveal his identity as Gundala to someone he just met. Instead, he says, "Your world looks interesting, Fluttershy. As for my home, I'm from a country called Indonesia, but unfortunately, it had many problems."
"However, my world has people with superpowers like in yours, and they are able to fight against the evil people and villains."
He then asks, "Anyway, what is a cutie mark?"
As for Billy, he's also training Arcturus like 6k1 does with Mimi, having him undergo the same training. In his case, he manages to avoid knocking over any of the obstacles.
In the first downtime between the different training sessions, Billy checks the Arena again. He notices that Emma, Flandre and Cirno are there. Not only that, but Darth Sidious is also nominated too. This prompts him to ask the staffs of his Mansion to do a check if one of them is the same tribute that he has nominated before. After some time, they come back to him. The first one is Billy's, but as her younger self, while the others aren't the ones Billy has specifically nominated.
He also adds to what 6k1 said about the Starble, "we also sent some reconnaissance team to scout the planet from the orbit. It seems that Blackblood has been building a superweapon in the planet. From our estimation, it can potentially destroy an entire planet when fired."
Another Area of the Park
George and Kayla also buy the pizza. George buys the one that has a lot of chopped olive and mushroom, while Kayla buys a simple one with some fish meat toppings. The buyer also claims that the dough of the pizza that George and Kayla are having is made from the ingredients which comprise an authentic tessera.
As they walk, George speaks, "This pizza's texture looks a bit coarse, though I do have to say that the ordinary Panemian's cooking skill has improved in just more than two weeks since Paylor's inauguration."
"Yeah, this looks passable within normal standard. Anyway, let's try it, shall we?"
"Ok," George and Kayla then start eating slices of the two pizza they buy respectively. Kayla also says, "can we also share a slice of our food for each other?"
"Hmm, this is fine," George and Kayla then do so, tasting a slice of each other's pizza as they hear Power's explanation of her art skill while watching her paint.
Gensokyo
As usual, Reimu lets Cirno and her Fairy friends watch the TV in the Hakurei Shrine in the night after another day with few visitors to the shrine. Apparently, one of those visitors include Marisa herself, who bantered with Reimu as usual by roasting her. Reimu swears that she can still remember when her hair gets called by Marisa, "as ze man said, ya have a yee-yee ass haircut."
Reimu and the fairies are watching when they get surprised by what they are seeing. Cirno says in response to it, "I've another me?"
Reimu says, "This must be some kind of a dream double that Doremy made. I have to..." Reimu gets interrupted when Sanae suddenly comes by her shrine, also after her job is over for today. Aftee being accepted and watching the TV, she says, "This may look like no common sense. However, I think this is just a Cirno from an alternate universe."
"Alternate what?" Cirno asks, perplexed by this alongside her Fairy friends. Sanae then gives her usual long lecture to them and Reimu about the concept of alternate universe. Once she's done, Cirno says, "So I've infinite selves everywhere? That's chilly cold. I'll see who's the strongest of nine!"
"That alternate universe sure is interesting. I wonder how would another self of like be like?"
"I also wonder how Ran and Chen would have turned out in those places?"
