It looks like there is a consensus on format — one male and female for each animated and live action. What about a crowner for the individual pictures?

I also think the latest suggestion is more than decent. (Though I also don't recognise the characters and source.)
How necessary is the "graying" aspect? The top left lady in the latest suggestion looks old-ish, but still pretty blond.
