A trope like that sounds like a ZCE magnet. Cut.

Literally the entire page
Many commercials involve a first-person view from the perspective of the announcer of the commercial. The Total cereal commercials, for example, use this technique, with (presumably) the announcer's hands waving around. Others have the announcer shoving a microphone or the product in the faces of random passersby as if it's "live" or something. And none of these random pedestrians seem to mind or have to go to work or anything. Frequently this is associated with Now How Much Would You Pay.
Cut. If someone misses this that much, it can go to Trope Launch Pad.
Contains 20% less fat than the leading value brand!
Examples:
- Total cereal.
- Mini Babybel Cheese commercials have a woman on the street giving random people the cheese circles.
- Clorox commercials have a man holding a board with socks that were (supposedly) washed with Clorox and another brand's bleach and asking people to say which one is whiter.

This "trope" is about commercials that are in first-person perspective. Salesman Cam has the bare minimum of content. None of the three examples on the page explain how the trope is used, making them all Zero Context Examples.
This "trope" is about commercials that are in first-person perspective.
Is an advertisement being first person even tropeworthy? I would say "No".
