OP (reduced) is not bad either, but too long pics don't look so hot on the page unless the description is also long.
I'll go with 4, pending other suggestions.
OP, even at the reduced size, would make the page at least twice as long as it already is, and that extra space would just be a huge void between the description and the examples.
