Battle music - Realm Overworld, Spirit Tracks

  • Asides from tributes running away and taking weapons, there are some who are more interesting and make sure the Bloodbath is a bloodbath... Like Cube. The small robot wasted no time and fired a laser at Tropicallo, killing the plant. Worse, he turned it into poisoned coffee for Strawberry Crepe Cookie and Prairie. The fools fell for it and suffered an agonizing death.

  • While Super Pro Demoman shouted in excitement at the big kill above, Magolor and Monsoon ended up fighting for a basket of bread. Surprisingly, Magolor got the upper hand and broke Monsoon's nose before escaping with the bread.

  • Inspired by the already violent events that were happening all around, Ricky decided to join the fray and prove his strength. Fortunately, he didn't target any tributes this time, opting to attack Katniss Everdeen herself who just happened to be here to yet again overthrow President Snow. The kangaroo made quick work of her by punching her to death. Urien witnessed this as well as the other tributes. He felt disappointed, thinking they could be more violent.

  • Cube's bloodlust greatly inspired L. After stabbing Cheems in the heart, he fed his corpse to Pinky, the Brain, and Smudge. But the Brain was quick to reassure everyone that L completely forgot to poison the meal and they could eat it in peace.

  • What do we have next then? Urgh... I'm feeling really tired today. Okay, everyone stop. I'm going to take a break. Nobody moves until I come back. Is that clear?

  • ...

  •    "1... 2... Oh hey, the mic's still working! Hey there! I'm Nina, but you can call me Piranha Plant for this season! Anyway... I was going to take a snack out of some tributes there buuut since the host's missing, I kinda have to take over for the show to go on. Hey everyone! Continue to do your stuff!!"   

  •    "Let's see... Ah. We have JustKong following Hudram. I wonder if it's for eating him. Nah, I'm just kidding. And... Oh, that's a nice piece King Clawthorne is painting! Vincent would love that. Gosh, he really has nerves of steel."   

  •    "Looks like the Runaway Guys won't be able to fight properly this time. That's good to know when I'll eat them."   

  • "Aaaah! Finally something interesting! I didn't expect Raiden to relax in a chair during the Bloodbath. He just found airpods and was listening to his game's OST I suppose, but Fourto just snapped his neck from behind. Smart move."

  •    "Urgh... Vecna wants to start a war. Well, I'm not working for that creep, that's for sure. And... Wait, what's that song?"   

  • "Ermm... Cutegirl? H-Hello, what are you doing here? Wait what? Do you think that TMNT is going to win? 100% sure? Are you seriously bragging about them to me-Oh look. They died by accidentally stabbing themselves with their own weapons. What a surprise."

  •    "ANYWAY. Ahem... Looking at Nia and Dromarch, it looks like they have a Goomba's luck. To be honest, they'll be lucky to win this, I mean only one of us will. Though given some tributes like Ruto and Phil who can't look where they are going... I'm not that shocked, see?"   

  •    "Hmm? Oh come on, another nominator here? Oh... You're just here to say goodbye to Master Chief. That's nice of you. Wait hold on, the announcer is saying something. We tributes aren't covered... Well, that's a bit too late for that, Mr. announcer."   

  •    "And finally, we have Alcremie somehow stealing a weapon from the Kazu Trio. I dunno how it did that, but it just did-"    Alright, I'm back, pfft... Every-Wait a second who are you?    "Ermm..."    You're a tribute, what the hell are you doing here?    "Well you were taking too long so I hosted the rest of the Bloodbath so that we could get going, we weren't just gonna wait for you to come back!"    Are you SERIOUS???    "Hey, no need to shout, I-!"    GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY OFFICE!!!

  • AHEM!!! So... After this stupid plant attempting to steal my role as a host, let's see what else we have to cover-And shit, every tribute already left the Cornucopia. Stupid Piranha Plant...

• DAY 1 (alt link):
  • While they were discussing a possible alliance, Eda asked a question to Mr. Shark. I couldn't hear what it was, but somehow, the big guy immediately left her camp. And Monsoon...    "Now there's a pretty meme! Exquisite!"    NO, YOU ARE NOT REPLACING ME LIKE THAT STUPID PLANT!! GET OUT!!

  • While Jarod was visiting... A parrot dentist? Anyway, while this was happening Clawthorne challenged Pinky and the Brain to a taunt fight. Obviously, Pinky immediately lost, but the Brain's... brain allowed the mouse to clash again and again King. He finally ran away, crying while the Brain gloated about it.

  • Looks like the nominators will have competition for this season as Cube opened up his own school. Though given what he did earlier...

  • Not long after, a snowstorm ravaged the arena. Of course, every tribute survived easily... But Ali was the only one who had his camp snowed in. Talk about bad luck. Oh, and there are also Grimlock and 6 other tributes riding the same bike but falling off because of the snow. Like, come on, they had a Transformer and a freaking Jedi with them, how did they fall off??

  • It seems Ruto is just as annoying as she was in her home universe, throwing a tantrum after losing her marbles. Meanwhile, the Kazu Trio attempted to ally themselves with Fourto... But somehow, she gives a lot of importance to steak, and she was quick to leave their base upon finding out they didn't have any.

  • Party Phil finds out that MGS Pachinko Machine is actually a sort of bounty hunter and is quick to engage him. For what reason? No one knows yet...

  • Ricky and L were quick to team up to mock Vecna after his attempt to start a war. All they had to do was to insult his home state before running away, Ricky carrying L in his pocket.

  • While Master Chief was practicing his witchcraft, Smudge practiced his skills at making clothes. Upon seeing his new sweater, the Alcremie was surprisingly quick to compliment him.

  • Magolor attempted to prank other tributes by posing as a mannequin in a shop, but no one showed up, much to his dismay. As for that... stupid Piranha Plant, she ruined the Runaway Guys's joke. Oh, I hate her so much for stealing my job...

  • Amy was skilled enough to build a spaceship on Day 1, using it to find a space base for... stupid reasons. We also have Don Volderone who is unsurprisingly allergic to hugs. To that end, he surrounded himself with Legos to protect himself... only for Gatotkaca to ignore them. Volderone could only scream in horror as Gatotkaca menacingly approached him to give him the hug of a lifetime.

I don't think provoking Vecna is what you'd call a good idea.

Three kills, tribute betrayal and last place right off the bat. I'm not sure how to feel about this, lol

Battle Music - Upper Brinstar, Super Metroid

• NIGHT 1 (alt link)
  • After being humiliated by L and Ricky, Vecna seemingly calmed down and "befriended MGS Pachinko Machine and Kuzusouda. As the arena's sky darkened for the first time, he put them to bed by singing an original lullaby, to say the least.

  • In fact, Vecna's way of making tributes sleep was much less violent than Super Pro Demoman's, the latter forcing L to sleep by injuring him after finding out he was drinking coffee to stay awake, likely to spy on other tributes.

  • Speaking of not sleeping... That's exactly what Hudram and Phil did. They spent the entire night drunking themselves and shouting random words.

  • The night is just as dangerous as the day. The Kazu Trio almost found out about it when Man gave them a smoothie made out of a phone. But somehow, they didn't get sick at all.

  • Monsoon... finds out about it completely, however. As he was sailing on a ship with Scion Nanna, the latter betrayed him, knocked him off, and killed him by keelhauling him. That's what he got for disobeying.

  • While Mr. Shark became a radio broadcaster, Alcremie became significantly less sweet by becoming a literal knight in sour armor.

  • Bale's cooking school just received a new student in the name of Smudge. Unfortunately, the cat just qualified for being one of the worst cooks the school ever received.

  • Rolli turns out to be much more dangerous asleep than awake. As proof, he singlehandedly destroyed Volderon, Nia and Dromarch, and King's camps. Fortunately, the four tributes managed to hide from him in time.

  • Remember the parrot dentist that Jarod visited earlier? Well, there it is chased by Urien after the former failed to operate him. And speaking of birds, Grimlock and Super Pro Pyro insult each other with bird names after the latter mocked the former for being scared of bikes after the incident earlier.

  • As the Games were going on, President Snow instituted a new rule and banned hot mustard from the entirety of Panem. As such, Belle was immediately arrested and spent the night in jail for attempting to put some of the Monobloc Chair's food.

  • Upon hearing that Gatotkaca almost killed Don Volderone by hugging him, Matthew got so pissed off he teleported himself into the arena, ambushed Gatotkaca as he was sleeping, and beheaded him, clean and simple.

  • The Runaway Guys' bad luck struck again, as Master Chief forced them into a boot camp to learn how to make milkshakes again. Meanwhile, Jarod was the only tribute to participate in the HG Olympics. Yet somehow, he ended up getting a bronze medal against some Peacekeepers.

  • Searching for a new victim, Fourto paid some Peacekeepers to help her rig Eda's camp with explosives. When the latter fell asleep, Fourto detonated the bombs, reducing Eda and her camp to ashes.

  • Tired of being a boxer, Ricky decided to become an opera singer and practiced his skills for an hour... only to forget he had 2 hours left to find a gift for the Piranha Plant (even though it wasn't Christmas, but they thought it was because of the recent snowstorm). Fortunately, he brought her some Cheep Cheep, as the fishes could be found in both the Zelda and Mario universe.

  • As Amy infiltrated Rat God's camp to steal from her, the latter was wide awake when this happened. She managed to find her weakness: a treble clef. Drawing one, it was easy for her to scare Amy away from her camp.

  • Right after the Brain finally finished his new lair, Pinky had to ruin it all by setting it on fire with a cigarette, much to his partner's anger. Meanwhile, Party Phil stole the Crystal Heart from the Cyrstal Empire somehow, but unable to use it, he soon threw it in a nearby trash can.

• DAY 2 (alt link):
  • Since the HG Olympics didn't work, Snow organized smaller sportive events to entertain tributes, like marathons. L, Belle, and Amy participated in one, with the former as a winner. Meanwhile, after being kicked out of Bale's school, Smudge managed to find a new job by becoming a Magical Girl. Sort of.

  • Jarod practiced his spying abilities by pretending to be a carrot. He used this technique to spy on MGS Pachinko Machine and the Runaway Guys discussing music. As for Scion Nanna, she found a mysterious solar flare, making her all-powerful... but only in space, which wasn't very useful.

  • Welp... Another dumb death. Fuyuhiko and Kazuichi had to challenge themselves by eating a tube of superglue with predictable results. Their death wasn't a pleasant one, to say the least.

  • Seeing that Don Volderone had been traumatized by hugs and lost his camp, the Kazu trio tried to help him. Volderone was quick to refuse the help, however, being far too arrogant. Ali also found a golden potion supposed to increase his luck and he immediately drank it.

  • Nia and Dromarch spotted Shaak Ti and challenged her to combat. Despite her powers, the Jedi lost against the two of them. One would think she would die (again), but she got lucky.

  • Among other tributes' shenanigans, Mr. Shark stands out by somehow breaking the arena's wind, with the Peacekeepers forcing him to repair it. There's also JustKong who became the second arrested tribute because he wasn't feeding his pet well.

  • Wishing to change species, the Piranha Plant found a machine able to switch lives with others. She tried it by switching with Rolli... But somehow, it horrified her and she was quick to return everything to normal.

  • While Grimlock was trying to approach Ruto and Ricky as they came from the same universe, Urien was quick to ruin their moment by calling them bus wankers before running away, proud of his mischief.

  • Then, comes more shenanigans, with King gaining a Spanish accent, Fourto receiving food from her mother and calming her murderous intent for now, and Super Pro Pyro was just happy that Fuyuhiko and Kazuichi killed themselves. What he had against them, we may never know.

  • Using his "Breakfast" sword, Magolor successfully defeated Super Pro Demoman. As if humiliating him wasn't enough, he rampaged through his camp and even threw his belongings into a river. Demoman was quick to break down.

  • Hudram managed to find a Power Pellet, allowing him to instantaneously kill 4 specific tributes in a short amount of time. Unfortunately, he failed to find any of them.

  • An unknown tribute (likely Fourto again) planted a giant bomb inside Crackle's comm. system. Afraid to screw up, the dragon called Pinky and the Brain for help. The former annoyed the latter so much about it that the Brain reluctantly accepted and told Crackle how to defuse the bomb.

  • Finally, Alcremie found an ear and tried to add it to her sour armor. She threw it away once she realized it didn't fit her at all.

I know we have out-of-holiday events because IDK, but it still felt weird for me to see Ricky rush to get a Christmas (in July) present for that Piranha Plant. Maybe we should change that to a regular gift next season?

Anyway, rather surprised to see a dumb dragon manage to defuse that bomb thanks to the Brain's instructions.

Vecna singing a lullaby sounds absolutely terrifying.

I'm pretty sure the only member of the Kazu trio who would actually give people helpful advice of their own will would be Kazuha.

All the stores in Panem are closing and won't open again for several months.

Smudge goes to chef class, but still gets people yelling and pointing angrily at him. Still no respect at all!

Battle Music - Underground, NSMBW

• NIGHT 2 (alt link):
  • Once again (and it was likely the reason the Piranha Plant decided against switching lives with him), Rolli's sleepwalking caused troubles, this time for himself, as he woke up in a creepy hospital lost in the dark. Fortunately, he soon found himself out of it.

  • Upon a meeting with Pinky and the Brain, Nia and Dromarch tried to convince their fellow duo tributes to do bad stuff. But the Brain, cunning as ever, refused to listen and convinced Pinky to do the same. He wasn't going to be fooled so easily.

  • While Hudram, after failing to kill anybody earlier, couldn't even start a simple fire, Rat God found out about Magolor's passions by searching in his computer and called him out for trying to copy her.

  • Party Phil got very surprised upon finding Ruto with an arrow in her eye socket. But Ruto reassured him it was nothing, just a special type of conjunctivitis only the Zora could have.

  • Super Pro Demoman somehow entered a portal leading to the future. Whatever he found there was terrifying enough to cause him to leave it 10 seconds later.

  • While Grimlock saved and befriended a local pig, it turns out Man and Belle share a deeper relationship than one would think, as Man (more precisely his past incarnations) had been killed by her several times in the past. The Alcremie also became a Ground-type Pokémon, visibly.

  • Grandpa Phil finally decided to take care of business and spent the rest of the day building a rocket to kill Super Pro Pyro. But when he invaded the latter's camp, he found Super Pro Pyro's lifeless body, as he had died from a mysterious disease.

  • Scion Nanna immediately regretted inviting Mr. Shark over dinner as the duo spent the night arguing about ninjas and pirates. If you think that was silly already, think again. Urien was dumbfounded to see Crackle on a horse's head, saying that it was a unicorn, and thought she was stupid.

  • The Runaway Guys found out about Jarod spying on them earlier and decided to silence him. To do that, they infiltrated his camp as he was discussing with the Kazu Trio a possible alliance. Once ready, they used their card system to create four iron balls to crush their heads at once. A few hours later, Ali, L, and Vecna entered the abandoned camp and commented on how heavy Jarod's body was.

  • It turns out Jedis are bad at writing fanfic. Fourto can confirm that now.

  • Remember the portal Super Pro Demoman entered earlier? Well now, a sponsor got inspired by it and sent a time-controlling remote to Don Volderone.

  • While visiting the Piranha Plant, the Monobloc Chair measured her, deducing she had the perfect size to sit on top of it. Meanwhile, being a Magical girl didn't stop Smudge to be a jerk as he ruined Amy's game. Oh, and JustKong can't catch a break.

  • Unlike many tributes, Master Chief spent his nighttime exploring the arena. During his search, he came across a caveman. As for King, he considered talking to Cube, being one of the youngest and smallest tribute alive but hesitated because of his infamous early kills. After flipping a coin, he nervously entered Cube's camp, but everything went well and Cube even made some drinks for him.

  • And finally, this night almost ended in another tragedy, as poor Ricky accidentally fell into a chasm. He miraculously survived, but was unable to move anymore and was likely to die soon enough for so much injuries.

• DAY 3 (alt link):
  • Being a sour knight affected Alcremie's personality as well, as she became a jerk to poodles. As for the Piranha Plant, she came across a distressed Demoman who was still looking for his belongings. She was generous enough to spare some frozen money (likely from your typical Ice land from Mario games) to help him, as it was his birthday.

  • Hudram got motivated to kill again and targeted the seemingly inoffensive Monobloc Chair. But given the reasons why it was here, the chair somehow fought back and even overloaded his senses. Luckily for Hudram, the chair didn't finish him off, and escaped instead.

  • After shopping, Ruto bought a huge and rather beautiful bag worthy of her status as the Zora princess. Meanwhile, Mr. Shark's experiences in the radio as a broadcaster allowed him to create some mixtapes and he sent one to Amy.

  • We learn more about Master Chief's hobbies as he told L that he was a fan of Death Note... and that he hated him with passion and was likely to kill him when he'll see him again.

  • While Urien also turns out to have weird hobbies, as he fell in love with a Dreamcast. As for Cube, he accidentally fell into several portals leading to alternate universes, somehow causing the robot to puke.

  • As Smudge tried yet another job and tried to improve his miserable cooking skills, Belle visited him and demanded that he made a sandwich for her. Knowing full well how bad Smudge was at cooking, the Brain, who was walking around the camp with Pinky commented that she was an idiot. Obviously, a few minutes later, he proved to be correct and Belle ran away from Smudge's camp, throwing all over the place.

  • Rat God not only almost stole Magolor's computer, but she ended up crashing it as it burned when he tried to use it. Speaking of her, Vecna attempted to get on her good side by offering her jellybeans. Unfortunately, he was not a good cook either and Rat God dismissed him.

  • While Ali somehow found a way to relive his memories, Grimlock found out about a mysterious "Spiderman" messing around with other tributes since morning. He was quick to catch the real culprit, Don Volderone. The latter had no choice but to use his remote to escape.

  • Fortunately for Ricky, he was found by JustKong, MGS Pachinko Machine, and Rolli who created a robot for him to move around. Together, they explored some caves to find more supplies... Though they didn't get as rich as Nia and Dromarch.

  • After killing Jarod and his allies, the Runaway Guys got confronted by Scion Nanna about it. In order to get away, they revealed awful truths about her, so awful that she imploded.

  • As King got lost in a watery cave, Eda's ghost tried to help her adopted son, guiding him through it. Not only did King escape the cavern easily thanks to Eda, he also witnessed a cool fight between Shaak Ti and Grandpa Phil, who has since improved his skills after his recent failure. Said fight ended up with a tie and both opponents respectfully left.

  • As for Party Phil... he tried to make peace with the other tributes by waving a white flag. We'll see if they ignore that or not.

Woah, this run is looking promising so far, with TRG currently tied for most kills.

Pinky and the Brain were not scared of Smudge, even though he's a cat? Hmmm...

At first I was kinda worried but now seeing Rat God's antics I'm so glad I entered her.

I sincerely hope she doesn't end up meeting Pinky and the Brain. Good luck to them...

As for the treble clef incident, I like to imagine it was less "Rat God pulled out a literal treble clef and scared off Amy", and more "Rat God blared her signature cheerful squeaky music at 3 AM and scared off Amy". It just sounds funnier and more like something she'd do-
