"Well, I thought interacting with your ancestors in the past could alter the timeline if not careful. As for where he hangs out, I dunno. Never met the guy."

If we don’t go to China everything is fine for me. Otherwise... I have no idea what dad would say. What’s the possiblility of going to any point on China, though?

Playing bursts back into the scene in full armor.

"Only if we're gonna visit an event that's notable in China."

"What are some notable events in Chinese history? We could do Mulan...."

"Wait a second, that doesn't matter right now! We're in 20's New York, and we have an imp to catch! So, where are we gonna fuck around in first?"

While, Afters is yelling. A young red-haired light-brown skinned girl in a low cut asymmetrical white dress bumps in to him

"Oh!" I stumble, but keep my balance, turning to look at the girl. "Y-yeah, I'm alright. You okay?"

"Oh yes, I'm fine." she says brushing dust of off herself

"Say. I didn't get a name from you, sir."

"Uh, it's B- Er, I mean, Afterwards. And yourself?" I extend my hand to shake.

She says, extending her hand seeking to fulfill the social more

"Aoife (ee-fuh). Aoife Jilo (G-low) Boudreaux (Board-row)."

"Is that uh... French? You got a nickname?"

"I can't even tell if that was French."

"Well, it's a bit of mix" she says a bit embarrassed

"My daddy was a Gullah and my mama a Cajun. My daddy said if wanted better work here in the city that I should use my mother's name instead of his, Koroma."

"I actually had the choice between two of my mother's names;

"My grandmother's Boudreaux or my great-grandpa's Cioran." she explains in detail giving too much information as is per her personality
