Hello, I would like to join in. So, yeah. Sheet:

• Name: Railen
• Age: 25
• Gender: Male
• Appearance: Railen is a tall, lean fellow who's head is capped with short, curly, unkempt black hair. Wears a black mask on his eyes, tight blue pants, a white shirt, and a long, light blue cape that includes a hood.
• Personality: Railen is one who's all about justice and fixing out wrongs. He does this because a mixture of his love of the common people, of which he grow up in, and his deep believe in hope. His main goal in life is to be a help to others, even if that spells pain for himself. He dislikes stuck up nobles and such of those nature, though he finds Sir Tigra a agreeable fellow. He can be bold and loud when he's not sneaking around. Overall, he's a strong champion of protecting the good and innocent and that bleeds into his personality, having a strong sense of compassion and empathy for people of that nature.
• Background: Railen grew up in a small town, hoping one day to become one of the town guard, just like his father. So, he trained in swordsmanship to the best of his ability. One day though, bandits came in and raided the whole town, killing the guards and leaving it a sitting duck. Railen knew he had no chance against them in a fair fight. So, he took to his second training: sneaking and agility. Using his knowledge, he was able to pick off each target one by one. Soon, his town was clear of the bandits.....but everyone was dead. At that point, he knew. The king and those nobles didn't care about the common folk and just left them to rot. And so, he traveled throughout the land, protecting small towns as the masked swordsman, learning pickpocketing and lockpicking along the way so that his rouge tactics would be more honed. Thus this was his life, fighting against outlaws and scum for the good of the people!

Actually, Railen's sheet is perfectly within the rules. I'd personally suggest that you might regret 15 hit points and 0 def/res, but it's not actually a requirement.

Railen will be entering the game at 5th level, so go ahead and give him another 16 stat points (24 max for HP, 14 max for anything else) and an additional proficiency rank, and he'll be good to go.

• Appearance: Shoulder-length blue hair, looks like a 13-year-old human. INCREDIBLY androgynous, to the point that nobody can figure out what gender they are. Wears a set of religious robes, modified to accomodate their wings. In dragon form, they have light blue scales.
• Personality: Gentle and shy, but occasionally mischievous (for example, they derive amusement from the confusion surrounding their gender, and do nothing to clarify the issue). They hold a deep admiration of humanity, and profound trust for family. Not particularly religious, despite their choice of attire.
• Background: A distant relative of Grendan's, born of the union between his ancestor's sister and a manakete. After the fall of Frael, they've been seeking out Grendan and his companions for protection, fearing Vissan's reprisal for the family's defiance.

• Name: Véronique de Sauveterre
• Age: 38
• Gender: Female
• Appearance: While slightly above average height, she's not exactly tall, but she makes sue to use every inch to the fullest. She is muscular and extremely fit to reflect all those points I put into Strength. Tanned white skin, lengthy straight black hair, emerald eyes, and a vertical scar that's a few inches long just under her right eye. She is wearing an armor set like this◊, but with a green tint with black highlights instead of red with gold highlights.
• Personality: She's a total bitch. Not like, a high school Alpha Bitch bitch, though, but rather the sort of hardass personality that one develops in order to survive being in charge of an estate and viscounty from the age of 16. Has a kind edge from practically being a mother to her six siblings, because God knows her brother wasn't going to be any help. Thanks, Antoine. Has a strong focus on fitness, being close to obsessed with training, running, and lifting.
• Background: As Vera was the eldest daughter and eldest child to a noble family, her childhood consisted of the usual noble things. Education, horseback riding, martial training, awkwardly turning down marriage proposals for increasingly-dubious reasons. But when she was a teenager, her mom died from an incurable rare blood disease, and her dad just took off for the woods, leaving her to run the entire estate on her own. Then out of nowhere he reappeared in her life just before she turned thirty-six, wearing nothing but ratty old animal pelts, a massive white beard, and a barrel strapped to his back. After a length discussion and giving the old man a black eye or two, she drank of the tonic, awakening dormant magic within her that cured whatever curse she had apparently been host to. And then he ran off again.
  Shortly thereafter, she discovered that one of the ingredients in said cure was the blood of a Pegasus, and the cure itself was part of a binding ritual that bound her as the guardian of a herd of Pegasi. She learned this by waking up one morning and finding a dozen of the winged horses chomping on the grass outside her castle, as part of the terms for said ritual involved providing shelter and food for the herd. Forever. With a sigh, she accepted the new responsibility - after all, it hadn't been the first time her father had run off into the night and unexpectedly saddled her with more responsibilities.
  After the fall of Frael to Vissan, it seemed like most of her time was spent doing absolutely nothing, and just keeping their new overlords happy by making sure the peasants in her Viscounty produced enough lumber. Until one day, she heard a rumor of a mercenary company. A company that included an old man with a white bear pelt. With her trusty steed, Athena, she took off for parts unknown to find the old man and tell him to get the hell back home. Because clearly, whatever he's doing couldn't possibly be as important as helping out around the house. To make sure things would continue to run smoothly in her stead, Vera left her younger brother in charge of managing the landscapers to keep him busy. And then put one of her sisters in charge of everything else.

Gender: Male

Appearance: medium-length blond hair, brown eyes, clean-shaven save for a small moustache. Has a scar on his forehead from a throwing axe that was embedded in his skull. Wears a uniform, which consists of a dark blue sack coat, grey trousers, black boots, and a grey cloth Kepi hat.

Personality: Calm, amiable, well-spoken (even when swearin' up a blue streak), and invariably polite, but is reckless to a fault due to his addiction to high stakes. Even when he's fit to be tied, he's cool and collected. He's by no means a cold person, however, and is comfortable making friends with almost anyone.

Background: Thomas grew up in the poor, raider-prone backwater farming town of Last-One-Standing. His role was the night watch. Basically, at night, he would sit on a wall and take potshots at any raider that tried to attack. He was good at it too, but it's not possible to tell how much of his success was luck and how much was skill.

After being accused of a murder he did not commit, Thomas is currently on the run from the townsfolk. He may end up encountering a rather special group of people.

Apologies for the (very) late reply. I thought I'd already posted, but apparently didn't, and haven't checked back in until now because my watchlist hadn't brought the thread up again.

To avoid any details, given the circumstances of how the player whose slot needs to be replaced ended their time in the game, I'm being a bit more selective about applicants, and, besides some of the flags your earlier responses to this thread raised (I saw what an earlier post said before you edited it), am not taking on a player who thought "Killfuck Soulshitter" was a good user name.

• Gender: Male
• Appearance: Compared to those of the Manakete birth, the Dragon Tribes are much, much shorter lived than them and thus grow much faster than their winged cousins. At a 100 years old, Xel only looks as old as a man in his mid 50's. His face is rough and tough, having a distinct brutal warrior look to it. Tall, easily reaching 6 ft and beyond, and with a powerful, stocky body, Xel's skin has a red tone to it, a part of being Dragon Tribe, and his eyes are those of a dragon's.◊ His teeth are sharp and razor like, his smile looking predatory in nature. His hair is a dark orange, styled as a clean and short cut. On his hands are patches of greenish-black scales, the same color as the scales on his 2 legged dragon form. Said form makes him grow even taller and bigger. As for his attire, he wears a dark brown shirt with long sleeves, a dark red jacket over top, and tan pants.
• Personality: Xel is brutal, stoic, internally angry, and a large lover of violence and combat. For him, his mission is to show what the Dragon Tribe dragon magic can do in battle and also protect both Manakete's, who he has a large respect for, and other Laguz, who he views as people who understand the path of more power. Humans are interesting to him, a group who has stayed as who they are and have not grasped for more power. Since being from a distant land and just has been in the central areas for a few years, Xel is still pretty unknowable about the events of the Second Aggression, other than the fear and hatred against Manaketes and Laguz that has erupted from the chaos, and of the culture of the human lands.
• Background:
  • Born after the First Aggression and shortly before the Second Aggression, Xel grew up around his people and their culture, learning about the Dragon Tribes way of life which included most often relic hunting so that there people could use them to advance even further into dragonhood but at some point Xel grew tired of being only around his people and he wished to see the world that was outside the Dragon Tribe and learn about all the other races.......and show them the power of the Dragons.
  • And so he spend a great part of his life walking the sands, slowly and surely moving closer to the rest of the world. He would reach these non barren lands where he would see the effects the Vissan Empire was having on the world. The suffering that his fellow dragon blooded got at Vissan troops and learning about other like him, other people who formed into beast, lesser forms they be though. He could not stand for this. Those who have the dragon might in them and the those who look forwards to stepping above their mortal forms could not be treated like this! This was when Xel made his vow to strike against the Vissans using power they had not seen before!

• Personality: While Silva was once a proud knight of Vissan, that sense of pride and honor has been replaced by cold, unforgiving hatred. Now cold, serious, and introverted, Silva rarely engages with the party of her own volition, and instead sees them as a means to her goal: revenge. With her bonds to the Vissan army severed, she will do anything for her reprisal, even if it means slaughtering her former comrades and committing high treason. Not that it's a hard decision since they'll probably be trying to kill her anyway because they're mindless video game drones.
• Background: The Arknight family is a great noble house of Vissan, famed for its history of decorated military service, dating back all the way to the days of Old Vissan. As the 101st generation of House Arknight., Silva has spent her entire life training in the arts of war in order to carry on the legacy of her house. However, when her father, General Nume Arknight, unexpectedly perished in the Fraelian invasion, Silva soon felt the weight of her entire bloodline on her shoulders. However, some soldiers under her father's command told her that there was something strange with the circumstances of his death. With this seed of doubt in her mind, Silva approached an old friend of the family in intelligence, and asked him to investigate. When the report finally came back, Silva found out the truth that her father had been betrayed and led into a trap by his second-in-command. With this newfound information clouding her mind, Silva began to plot for a way to take him down. However, the first move had already been taken, as assassins had been sent for her head. In her desperate escape, Silva had no choice but to join up with this band of mercenaries for survival.

Before I make my signup sheet, where would martial arts and grappling techniques fall under in the weapons list?

They presently wouldn't, seeing as martial arts have never been an aspect of FE games. The nearest I could conceive would be some kind of Martial Artist feat that would let such a character equip laguz clips for the same modifications to a similar baseline unarmed attack.

Works for me. I'll come up with a character sometime this week.

Alright. Your martial arts feat will be:

• Martial Arts: Your unarmed attack has a Might of 2 and Accuracy of 95, modified by equipping Clips. Your attacks are not affected by the weapon triangle.

At 10th level you will have access to the Grappler feat:

• Grappler: When you make an attack, you can choose to grapple your target instead of dealing damage. When you grapple a target, their movement becomes 0, and their avoidance is halved (not including terrain bonuses) until your next turn.

The sooner you can finish your sign up, the better, as we've just concluded a battle and will be looking to start the next one this week, and I'd prefer to get you introduced and in the party before it begins. Also keep in mind that this game requires regular posting; during battles I require a combat post every 2 days at minimum, barring circumstances.

• Age: 20
• Gender: Male
• Appearance: Damien is a warrior who proudly wears his clan's armor◊. Although it covers only the vital parts, it helps with Damien's fighting style because it emphasizes speed and agility. In fact, his lean build is the best build for this style. He misplaced the helmet when he was polishing the armor one day. He doesn't like to trim his black hair, so he uses a headband to keep it relatively tidy◊. He prefers to be clean-shaven, as he finds facial hair a detriment when opponents have a tendency of grabbing beards in close-range combat.
• Personality: He believes in the power of friendship, to the point of calling it Friendship Power. He always tries to help people in their time of need. He even tries to befriend others even if they hate his guts. He's pretty laid-back, so he tends to be casual in times of peace. Never mortally wound his friends, okay.
• Background: The Robinson clan is a family of wandering warriors who have always protected the peace from local bandits. Since they don't really stay in one place for very long, they've developed a bare-fisted fighting and grappling style based on Laguz clips. With the rise of Imperial Vissan, many Robinson clan members have attempted to help various towns all over Tropera with defense. Unfortunately, the news hasn't spread to Damien since he managed to get so lost, no messenger was able to find him at all. So he wandered Tropera until he managed to get shipwrecked on a nearby island. Hopefully, our local band of mercenaries can find him in time before he starves to death.
