Granted. He knows how stupid this is and is aware of the whole "nuke Norway" thing, so he just says he's not going to do it and it was just a stupid joke.

I wish Pixar would do litterally nothing but Cars sequels until the end of time.

Granted. The new generation brought by it is much smarter, calmer and more generous then the current one. Forgive me if I botched that, I have not seen a single episode of NGE

I wish for World War 3 to begin.

Granted you spend a day in a minimum security prison due to a mistake, and after its corrected you are generously compensated for your troubles.
