Y'know what we should do sometime? Run a simulation with us, the players, as tributes in the game. It's a random idea, I know, but it does have potential to be hilarious, if I do say so myself.

Psychedelicate was telling me she ran something like that (and that you killed me at some point), but it would definitely be fun to run in the thread itself, perhaps during a break between seasons where the host is offline or something.

Yeah, I did a run mostly with different troper's that I personally consider close friends. But a run with HGS players in this thread would be great as well.

HGS isn't the only game Brantsteele has.

For events:

• Arena Event: Murder Kittens are unleashed on the tributes.
  • (Player 1) is torn apart and eaten by a litter of Murder Kittens.
  • (Player 1) and (Player 2) are too busy fighting to notice the kittens swarming them.
  • Infatuated by the kittens' cuteness, (Player 1) mistakenly tried to pet one of them.
  • (Player 1) tosses some catnip at (Player 2), but the scent attracts the kttens to them both.
  • (Player 1), (Player 2), and (Player 3) are knocked down, then trampled by a litter of Murder Kittens.

• Arena Event: The phantoms of fallen tributes from past games roam the Arena. (set A)
  • (Player 1) is brutalized and tortured to death by Trevor's phantom.
  • (Player 1) is struck down by continuous aerial assaults from the phantom of Dr. Fossil.
  • The flesh of (Player 1) and (Player 2) are melted by a Ripple from Kars' phantom.
  • (Player 1), (Player 2), and (Player 3) are blasted by a Death Blossom from Reaper's phantom.
  • (Player 1), (Player 2), (Player 3), and (Player 4) are vaporized by a mini-nuke set by Gandhi's phantom.

• Arena Event: The phantoms of fallen tributes from past games roam the Arena. (set B)
  • (Player 1)'s neck is audibly snapped by the phantom of Judy Hopps.
  • (Player 1) is backstabbed by the phantom of Dorothy Gale.
  • (Player 1) and (Player 2) are mowed down by heavy gunfire from Chloe's phantom.
  • (Player 1), (Player 2), and (Player 3) are viciously hacked to death by the phantom of Yuno Gasai.
  • (Player 1), (Player 2), (Player 3), and (Player 4) are fatally frozen by a blizzard from Elsa's phantom.

We could run a Tropers game parallel to an avatars game.

• The arena is transformed into a pit of goo, barf and the rotting carcasses and organs of mauled animals.
  • (Player 1) sinks into the goo, his/her flesh dissolved by the horrid acid.
  • Something in the goo drags away (Player 1) as he/she wails painfully.
  • Something in the goo drags away (Player 1) and (Player 2).
  • The rotting flesh awakens, turning (Player 1) and (Player 2) into another carcasses.
  • The stench of the pit kills (Player 1), (Player 2) and (Player 3).

, Don't all the suggestions lead to a Kill Em All scenario? Someone's gotta survive. And I think it's funnier for someone to have a hand in another's death.

@Earl - I believe it depends on the RNG - and so far, there is always a minimum of one tribute who survives an arena event. Then again, there are also no options for nonfatal arena events..

For survival scenarios, we could use the generic "(Player 1) survives".

Or maybe I should just sit out of the Troper Games. The shippy moments might make me uncomfortable.

So, uh, are we going to do the Troper Games or a regular season?

If a Troper Games season is to be done, I'll pass, for the same reasons as Troper No 9001.

Earl of Sandvich said he was going to do the next (regular) season.

Besides, we're all here to see our favorite characters battle it out
