Didn’t they make a garbage Ninja Turtles game too? Or was that someone else?
EDIT: That’s Mutants in Manhattan, isn’t it.

Wasn't able to watch the stream right now... But is Astral Chain still a Nintendo Switch exclusive?
With Great Power, Comes Great MotivationYep. For some reason, everyone thought the games subtitle was Out of the Shadows.

Yeah, I realized that after the fact
Not a single criticism was made just now.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Making such a comment as a game looking boring in a thread like this only implies a need to personally be appealled to at all times, even if that's not your intent (this does not apply if there are flaws that are widely agreed to exist, but then those should be pointed out more specifically if that's one's intent). The best thing to do is not comment until there's a game you are interested in.
Edit: sorry, after posting that I realized it comes across as colder than I intended. I'll leave this as a badge of shame for myself.

SoundCloudAlso, "snore."
Where there's life, there's hope.Hey now, the gameplay in Korra was decent enough. Not Platinum's fault the story was crap.
PSN ID: FateSeraph Congratulations! She/TheyAnarchy Reigns was great, it just didn't sell.
It’s a general E3 thread. E3 is happening. I am expressing my feelings about the games currently being shown.
Y’all wanna talk about Dark Crystal instead? That looked cool. Maybe a little clunky animation-wise, but it might be fun.
How about how Ultimate Alliance 3 somehow looks like it was made on older tech than the first two? It looks bad, and I couldn’t tell if the slowdowns were for dramatic effect or if the frame rate is just that bad.
A couple games came up that I’m not into. I expressed that. If you don’t agree, then express what you do like about it, or move on.
FWIW, I revisited the first Ultimate Alliance a couple months back, and I can say, those graphics did not age well.
SoundCloudFair enough. I only ever had a brief chance to play it, and that was several years ago. It probably didn’t look as great as it seemed in 2011 or whenever that was.
@Dante Vin: Nintendo owns Astral Chain, yes.
Woke up from a quick nap because I thought the "special" Konami announcement (which I'm setting low expectations for) was happening now, but it's 5:30pm PST.
Argh.
By the way, any news on NIS America? Weren't they supposed to be holding some mini-event today?
"Oh no, Sanji's Chronic Simprosis!" - Kou The Madhttps://mobile.twitter.com/NISAmerica/status/1138506182056927232
They’re streaming Disgaea 4 Complete tonight. Is that what was being talked about? It doesn’t sound like that was it.
SoundCloudThat could be it, but I have no way of knowing for sure.
Yeah, this has to be the "mystery stream" NIS America previously mentioned. They promised "a few surprises," which seems to hint at other announcements being thrown in the mix. (Some NIS fans were speculating about a possible Disgaea 2 + 3 Complete, for example.)
Anyway, that'll be hosted on their Twitch channel at 8pm EST/5pm PST (i.e. roughly an hour from now).

"Oh no, Sanji's Chronic Simprosis!" - Kou The MadThere was a lot to like about that Nintendo Direct. Two Smash Ultimate character reveals, and those being the Dragon Quest Hero and Banjo-Kazooie are great pulls. I will spend a good amount of time on Link's Awakening's dungeon maker. Animal Crossing: New Horizon looks fresh. Luigi’s Mansion 3 looks like a worthy sequel. Panzer Dragoon remake is really exciting news. Edelgard in Fire Emblem: Three Houses sounds like she's voiced by Tara Platt or Carrie Keranen now. All the other games they showed were pretty neat as well. In all, a good time.
My rating: Duck Hunt fakeout
Just about time to be underwhelmed by Konami.
Please prove me wrong, Konami.
Well, that was a thing.
For anyone who didn't tune in to Konami's "special announcement," they went the NES Classic/SNES Classic/PlayStation Classic route and are releasing a TurboGrafx-16 Mini (as well as two variants based upon the PC Engine, its Japanese equivalent). A few decent inclusions in that library like the first two Ys titles, but I doubt that's what anyone was truly hoping for.

"Oh no, Sanji's Chronic Simprosis!" - Kou The MadI, for one, am excited to hear just how amazingly terrible that new console, as well as the new Contra game, will be.
Say what you will about Konami, but as pathetic villains who you can laugh at as they fail, they're excellent.
On the other hand, the Contra anniversary collection looks great.
Well, this is a bit early, but Intellivision president Tommy Tallarico said the company is going to hold a conference at E3 2020 in advance of the launch of their new console, the Amico.
"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."Tommy Tallarico, huh? Well there's a name I haven't heard since the days of Judgment Day on G4 and Advent Rising.
"Oh no, Sanji's Chronic Simprosis!" - Kou The MadCome to think of it... aside from the RE ports, Capcom's been pretty absent this E3, haven't they?
To be fair, it's just come off the heels of the Resident Evil 2 remake and Devil May Cry 5, so I think Capcom deserves a bit of a vacation this time.
It's been 3000 years…
Don't go pretending that Platinums track record is utterly devoid of crap.
