Here's a clip from Teen Titans Go Vs Teen Titans. It's a rap battle between both teams.

There were already 2 Justice League Vs Teen Titans TT movies, remember?

Late, but neither of those were in the DCAU.

IIRC, but as I recall the only animated films post Return Of The Joker that could be placed in the DCAU are Crisis On Two Earths (which was intended to be, before the creators were forced to cut official ties with it) and the recent Legion of Superheroes crossover (in which the creators did a Sure, Why Not? about it).

And Batman and Harley Quinn, according to Bruce Timm, even though that one makes zero sense.

[up] I've heard contradicting things about Batman & Harley. Some say it's DCAU and others say it's simply in the same art-style.

Two more clips for Teen Titans Go Vs Teen Titans were released. One clip involves the TTG Titans trying to take down Gentleman Ghost, and the other involves both teams in battle, though the Starfires and Ravens get along well.

So are spoilers (as long as they're tagged) kosher now?

So, some thoughts, I will spoiler the most specific bits.

2003!Trigon hopping around on only one leg for most of the movie kind of reduces his mystique, but it's funny.

The 2003!Titans generally have it more together than the 2013!Titans, but they obviously have trouble dealing with the fact that Santa Claus is a regular enemy of the team. Cyborg's "They really weren't joking!" sums it up quite well.

The Starfires' reaction to Nightwing was cute.

The end of the team-up between the two Trigons. Yeah, eat that jerk!

The final battle between Hexagon and The Unkindness was awesome. Although I found that Hexagon's method to try and finish The Unkindness was surprisingly dark given the general tone of the movie.

Only caught a few clips honestly.

While the 2003 group mostly seem to be themselves, there's a little bit of parody in them as well. 2003 Robin has that brooding speech on the roof that his 2013 self interrupts, and even Beast Boy seemed a smidge more serious at times (though not much).

The Go team seem pretty flexible as well, but since they are mostly joke characters, they can be whatever the plot needs them to be, which is a useful advantage. As always, Go Robin seems like the biggest Butt-Monkey. I get the feeling he was the only one who didn't really fully bond with his classic self (cause 2003 Robin only seemed to barely tolerate him at the end).

....Man, I use to really hate Go! But it slowly but surely grew on me, and after the movie, I've just kinda accepted it.

In the context, I think 2003!Beast Boy being more serious is understandable, he's not exactly in a situation conducive to relaxation, what with them being in the middle of a mission. Not to mention that their Trigon is a good deal more terrifying than the other one. Even if he did turn out to be a total jobber against his alternate self once the latter decided to get dangerous.

Going by Cyborg and Starfire's face in the last scene with the 2003!Titans, I think the message here is that both Robins are to blame for their relationship being the worst of the bunch.

There were a whole lot of Teen Titans. I honestly did not expect the Tiny Titans, the Superman/Aquaman Hour of Adventure (or shortly, Filmation's) Teen Titans, the DC Animated Movie Universe Teen Titans (they're even PG-13! And they even got Sean Maher back as Nightwing!), the Night Begins to Shine Teen Titans, oh so many! Except the live-action Titans. Which is kind of bummer, but difficult to integrate anyway.

[up]Oh, yeah. Forgot Young Justice's Outsiders (which to be fair has more in common with the Teen Titans in members).

But, honestly, this movie was so much fun!

To be fair, I didn't realize until later that I've watched the entire first season of Teen Titans Go!. I guess I like it. I'm gonna binge it (but first thing's first) in the very near future (this October, maybe).

Am I the only one who's noticed that a lot of the bile and hate directed at this show seems to have mellowed out? It's still not widely considered good, not by any means, but you don't really get long rants on YouTube on how it's the "WORSTCARTOONEVUR!!1!1!!"

I have a couple theories as to why. One is that the movie turned out to be better than a lot of people expected, and proved that the writers were aware of the show's flaws and willing to address them in a humorous way. The other is that Cartoon Network no longer airs the show as frequently as it did in 2016-17.

You're not the only one who thinks that. Those are the deciding factors for people acting less hostile towards the show .

I think this might be the deciding factor, really. It's one thing to not like something, but when it's really hard to ignore, get away from or seemingly eating up all the space which should go to stuff you enjoy ? Yeah, resentment's going to grow fast.

The show's been on for years. I would be surprised if people didn't mellow down eventually.

I'm surprised the series lasted 5+ years.

I can't be mad at the show. It fully embraces Beast Boy and Raven.

[up] That's my one major issue with the show, besides the potshots at 2003 fans. BBRae is my notp. I wish they stayed platonic like in the original cartoon, but maybe they're taking influence from the modern comics.

I never got the bile anyways. I mean yeah the show was never good, but I never thought it deserved all the hate it got. I mean I always thought that it was harmless. Plus some episodes were really funny in my opinion.

I only hated CN for overplaying it at the expense of everything else. But that's more their fault than the show's
