You are correct in which they do have weakpoint, but when you are solo, and everyone is gunning you down, that is a different story.
it turns out the Black Tusk also has a heavy archetype, and they have miniguns instead of the usual machine gun.
Wait a second: How on earth did I even get here?Take the assault turret, it'll provide another target for them and is very powerful in it's own right.
I also recommend the airbursting seeker mine because fire is a great way to occupy enemies.
Oh really when? That thing is amazing. Also, the flying drone is a GREAT distraction.
But i am finding the enemy does lean to much towards FLANK AND RUSH. Which is entirely how you do things in the real world in infantry assaults (Minus the melee charge for the most part) but it can be too much. The game is slightly forcing you to consider co-op for the most part.
I've "secured" the white house zone - both control points and I'm working on the Theater district. Been getting smashed on a fair amount, so trying to find a good strategy - public executions are HARD as the scenery is so dense it can be hard to pick out / track enemies.
Using a marksman rifle and a double barreled shotgun at the mo - the latter for when I get charged by the druggies. Makes short work of them. The marksman rifle isn't QUITE the damage dealer of the dedicated bolt action but it has a large clip and reloads faster.
I need MOAR MODS though.
Everything so far that this game has done is a masterclass in involved story, world building and activity. Anthem has a good jetpack gameplay loop but doesn't USE its world to its advantage. The Division REALLY does.
I'm thinking about grabbing the PC version of this game... would be nice if I had some company though. How many tropers are on the PC, or better yet is cross-play allowed?
No cross play I'm afraid.
I'm on PC but I'd be lying if I said I was especially active or available.
The clan system in game is very robust though and so is the matchmaking system so you can usually find a buddy if you need one

Oh really when?Currently playing the first Division, since I don't have the cash to buy the sequel. About two-thirds through and am at lvl 24.
One problem I'm noticing with the gear, though... did the smart bomb drone and remote detonator always scale so poorly against the enemies, or am I just using them wrong? Because originally they were capable of one-shotting or severely damaging most Rioters and Cleaners that got caught in the blast, but now they're barely doing any damage against the Rikers and LMB.
if you're in it for the long haul and you really want hard hitting skills, you have to stack Skill Power at some point.
once you hit level 30 you're gonna start seeing Gear Sets. 4 piece Tactician's Authority is the main Skill Power set, unless you fancy burning things with FireCrest or being a Combat Medic with Reclaimer.
weaponizing Dungeon Fighter Online elitism since 2018NEW CONTENT! 3 new missions, two normal, one "expedition" you have to do in sections. I'll check that out later, just finished the two normal ones. One was a trip to Camp David....er, Camp White Oak to apprehend our turncoat president, the other a trip to Manning National Zoo to finally put down the Outcast leader.
After the latter, I'm gonna be honest: I feel bad for Emeline Shaw. Not excusing anything the Outcasts did, just saying the poor woman got done dirty on like 20 different levels.
At least she's with her daughter now.
I'm Charlie Owens, good night and good luck. PSNID: CEOIII 1117I did but then I found the recording in the intelligence bunker of her ordering all evidence that the JTF tried to prosecute Ridgeway for what happened to be burned because it interfered with her narrative.

Oh really when?Might want to spoil that gar.
Also the podcasts in the expedition, pure 11/10 material.
Funny as hell, and I like that the one also got a lot of historical bits right.

The Division 2 didn’t meet sales expectations. By a significant margin, too - enough that Ubi Soft’s CEO had a surprisingly frank and honest memo where he basically admitted that the recent “online games as a service” strategy was back-firing since it reduced the desire for players to move on to newer sequels, especially when so much time and money has already been invested into the previous games.
Also doesn’t help that their website and launcher will prevent you from buying their products if you’re in the wrong region of the world... Myself being an example. I was planning on buying The Division 2 during that free-demo period they had last week, but neither the storefront or launcher recognize Guam as a US Territory, forcing me onto the international site... which also doesn’t work since it keeps defaulting my address to the United Kingdom.
Big reveal in just over 12 hours.
Rumor: it looks like it has been leaked.
"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."Sure wouldn't mind hopping into the Division experience, but unless Ubisoft fixes their U Play store I'll never be able to play the PC version with any of you guys.
I know I've complained about the game in the past, but if you do happen to be able to purchase the game then by all means, take the plunge, it's a huge step up from the 1st game.

Yeah...I just got it because well, literally 4 bucks.
Does it also cost the same on the consoles?
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."lucky you, since the Warlords of New York expansion looks like it's planned to be US$30. unless, of course, you're waiting for that to go on sale too. (given how much of a shitshow year 1 was, i woudn't blame you if you did)
weaponizing Dungeon Fighter Online elitism since 2018Any one want to be friend referaled?
If you're on PC? Sure.
Need to see if I can actually purchase the damned thing first though.
I've been playing on PS 4 - but may go in for a PC purchase. Have been redoing the plot and now dealing with Black Tusk invasion. Working through the strongholds... find the expeditions are a pain with their whole rotation thing...
PC refer a friend link, if you follow it then do three missions with gar and I we get stuff.
Though, like if some one takes it Gar should probaly make his own as well.
So Ubisoft decided to flip the game mechanics on its head, allowing you to eventually build any kind of gear set once you get your hands on the perks and stat boosts (by extracting them from the gear you find). The new Skill Tier mechanic is infinitely better than what I saw over the last three weeks, but the new skill mods are absolute trash, considering that the Skill Tiers took over as the meaningful way to increase the skills' potential.
"what the complete, unabridged, 4k ultra HD fuck with bonus features" - Mark Von LewisTBH as dumb as it sounds, the new skill mods thing that bothers me is they took away the bad ass mechanical sounding part names, and replaced them with generic ones with no weight to them.
"Liquid Cooling Vents" for instance just sounds better then "Improved Spring" which replaced it, like even ingnoring that its not even the same part it just... sounds less awesome.
It.... kinda hurts the fantasy as much as the nerfed percentages IMHO.

It gets worse. Now the names are randomly assigned without any attention to the stat boost given. Did you buy a cooldown reduction mod from your Specialization tree? Hahaha, fuck you, you get a mod with completely unrelated stat. Not to mention, I had a Russian Doll Protocol (that originally increased the amount of mines for the Cluster Seeker) with a Health boost or something, and an unrelated mod that added +1 mine to the Cluster Seeker.

The Hyena's heavy can be forced into a reload by shooting the ammo belt going from his backpack to his weapon.
The True Son's heavy has an ammo bin on his lower back that can be detonated which will destroy a lot of his armor. He'll also drop the grenade launcher and switch to a shotgun.
Oh really when?
