Prematurely launched pages and pages that weren't fully fleshed out at the point of launching, are a big problem. Since these usually share several problems at once, this thread is aimed at re-running them through the TLP for fixing - the usual fix - or cutting them if they are too bad.
Problems this thread deals with include bad names, not enough/bad examples, unclear description, etc.

Note: Please do not request a mod to unlaunch drafts that don't have any issues besides lacking a launch notice/24hr launch notice. While 24hr launch notices are mandatory, there are a few exceptions to the rule. If you see a draft's sponsor launch a TLP without an announcement, it's best to remind them of our TLP Guidelines first. If they continue to repeatedly launch drafts without a launch notice, you can report them on Ask The Tropers or the TLP Community Issues thread.

Thanks for the heads up. We've suspended Erica 1993 Yes so we can talk to them about it in EB.
In this case that includes a forum suspension as well.
Helpful to note that the same troper has already made one stub draft as well as another draft that relies on an Example As Thesis and another draft where they were rude and complainy. Might be worth bringing up in EB if they decide to appeal.

It appears that this page was rogue launched by Kahran 042. At the very least, they never contributed to the TLP or any notification of a launch date, as far as I can see.

I think Werehog rogue launched Rollback Amnesia. They only made a few batches of edits (mostly their own examples) and didn't specify that they were adopting it, and seem to have unilaterally changed the name of the trope.

Question- I just launched a page of mine and gave a notice, but am feeling like I might have been a little impatient because someone asked a question on the page, and while I answered it, I didn't really wait for them to respond before launching. It was in response to a question I had, but I still don't want to get suspended for Stealth Launching or something, so what do I do?

Questions in TLP should be resolved before the launch. We've been less strict about it, so it's up to what the mod thinks.
Bucket List appears to be rogue-launched by HeroicVEKAninja9000 . I've returned it.
Their responses to own draft here may be relevant.

Just add a time at least 24 hours ahead in the title and in the comments, then remove them before launching. It's on TLP Guidelines. Since the page is launched, it'd be for future reference.
