Right, one last thing. Are you sure you want to RP a drug addict? They can be quite the game killer if not R Ped properly.

I've thought of something. Here we go!

  • Name: TJ Combo
  • Age: 27
  • Gender: Male
  • Appearance: Yo, check this out! There is one difference from the image- herein, Combo will not wear boxing gloves, but instead wrap tape around most of his hands, effectively making improvised Fingerless Gloves. This is to ensure he can wield weapons other than his fists.
  • Personality: Combo may seem like Dumb Muscle at first, but he is actually something of a Genius Bruiser who can fight just as easily with charisma as with fists. However, he does not understand the concept of a kick. He neither knows how to perform one effectively nor can see why one would use it when they can just give a knee to the face or roll forward to set up an attack. He is prone to taunting, but he is not nearly as brash outside battle as he is in it.
  • Powers And Abilties:
    • Cybernetic Implants: When TJ first attempted to become a boxer, he was severely injured. Through connections his sister Karen had, he was able to gain surgical cybernetic implants in both of his arms. With these implants, he is capable of picking up and throwing a hundred-pound arcade cabinet unassisted. He hits with the strength and speed of someone in peak physical condition, and if he wears down an opponent enough he can send them flying sky high.
    • Made of Iron: For reasons unknown, TJ's body is able to instantly produce enough blood to make up for any amount of blood loss. This, combined with the severe punishment he can take, makes him a very tough man to kill. However, there is a price to this. Almost any string of hits he receives will cause blood to fly out in sometimes ridiculous qualities. This condition is overlooked because, as this video demonstrates, anyone who isn't a reanimated skeleton has it.
    • Fighting Ability: Combo was once the Heavyweight Champion of the World for five years, and he's still just as skilled as he was during his title reign. He is a seasoned, skilled boxer with a mastery of hand-to-hand, with the exception of kicking, of course.
    • AK-47: Combo brings along an AK-47, which he reserves for finishing off opponents. He fires a nine-bullet burst to the stomach with enough precision that the target will easily bleed out. However, he is not very trained in using it outside of finishers- well, not yet, anyway.
  • Backstory: TJ Combo was a classic rags-to-riches story. He went from a nobody in the ghetto to the Heavyweight Champion of the World for five years straight. But when word broke of his cybernetic implants, the American Boxing Association took away his belt and everything he'd earned over the course of his career. To try and make it back on top, he participated in Killer Instinct, the Ultratech MegaCorp's megahit TV show where people and Ultratech's various experiments dueled to the death in one-on-one martial arts. In this alternate timeline, Combo kills Riptor, Ultratech's experiment in mixing velociraptor instincts and body with a human intelligence, before going on to slay Eyedol, a two-headed demon Ultratech awoke from dormancy. Unlike in the main timeline, Eyedol's death does not launch everyone on set into the distant past. TJ regains his fame and founds Combo City, making himself its first mayor. Two years later, he is dragged into the events of Si Vis Votum.

@Ominae: Would be interesting for my version of Mega Man to meet with Roy, considering according to my crossover universe Harper is a recovering morphine user who's been cleaned up himself but is prone to short relapses.

TYM, the only problem I found with your sheet was the powers section. If you could remove one or two things, or remove one and nerf another, it would help a lot.

Alright, in a few days, the sign-ups will be closed for new players. They will only be open for 2nd characters of existing players.

Question. What setting will the RP be in?

One potential idea I have for a character is a vampire, so daytime is a problem. If it's going to be daytime a lot, I'll use someone else.

Hmmm, so, this is probably just a bad idea formed from sleep dep but meh, let's go for it! Although it does mean I need to choose between the other two ideas I was working on beforehand... Hmmm. Oh well, let's see how this works anyways!

  • Name: Emiya Shirou
  • Age: 18
  • Gender: Male
  • Appearance: Behold, your future overlo- Wait, wrong picture. That's more like it.
  • Personality: Hotblooded, determined to the point of near-suicidal stupidity, and kind of a nice guy aside from the evil supervillain bit. Thanks to being the sole survivor of a fire during his youth, he believe he is marked out for a higher purpose and will do whatever it takes to achieve it. His ultimate goal is to help people and to save the world, but he thinks the only real way he can achieve this is by becoming a supervillain and ruling the world with an iron fist. He has pledged to become an "Enemy of Justice", believing that by becoming a necessary evil he will help bring good into the world. Other than that, though? A pretty nice guy, albeit a bit dim at times.
  • Powers and Abilities: Shirou is a mage, albeit not a particularly skilled one. The only types of magecraft he can use are Reinforcement (analyzing the structural composition of an object and modifying its properties) and Projection (creating an object from scratch), one of which is an incredibly basic form of magecraft and the other of which is generally seen as a useless waste of mana. However, Shirou is able to put these two seemingly useless forms of magic to devastating use thanks to his special ability, Blade Works. Not only does it allow him to bypass the usually impractical mana cost of Projection (only with weapons, however), it allows him to make a copy of any weapon he has ever seen, including legendary magical weapons. However, he can only copy one weapon at a time (unless the weapons happen to be paired, such as the twinned dao blades Kanshou and Bakuya), and the more powerful the weapon the greater the strain it puts on his body to project it (weapons such as the almighty Excalibur would cause him permanent brain damage if not kill him outright were he to attempt to project them). In addition, Blade Works allows him to draw on the skill of whoever originally owned the weapons he projects, making him an instant master of whatever weapon he pulls out. His use of Reinforcement on his own body has led to him becoming somewhat stronger and more durable than most humans, but not to superhuman levels. Last, but most certainly not least, he is a cook almost without peer.
  • Backstory: The only survivor of a massive fire*, Shirou was found, saved and adopted by one Emiya Kiritsugu, who taught him of his dream to become a Hero of Justice and save the world. Soon after Kiritsugu's passing, however, Shirou decided that the best way to achieve his adoptive father's dream of a peaceful world without conflict was to conquer the world and force peace onto it whether it wanted it or not. He kept up a facade of being a nice, kind, helpful young man whilst he waited for the right time to make his move, which came when he was chosen as a Master for the Fifth Holy Grail War. His adopted persona of a "Hero of Justice" was shattered the moment he commanded Saber to blow up the church with Kotomine still in it, as he was clearly a villain and he didn't want any competition. After this, he methodically took out all the other Servants, only to eventually find out that the Grail was corrupted and couldn't grant his wish, and that this entire exercise had been rather pointless. On the plus side, he'd unlocked some of his true potential and could now summon magical swords at will, which as supervillain powers go was kind of nifty. Since he'd revealed his true colours already, he decided to just roll with it and become a supervillain full time, finding his lifelong archnemesis in the form of one Tohno Shiki, who... But yeah, that's not important right now.

Moe, Shirou is accepted. The only thing I'm not sure about is the "copy a weapon and become a master of it" part, even with its nerf.

And yeah, the RP will take place at daytime. Better not use a vampire.

And now I've got a really cool idea for an AU vampire. Now I just need to pick a good one to alternatise XD

(yes, daylight will not be a problem for that AU vamp. Hell, they're diurnal mainly, though night isn't much a problem either.)

  • Name: Maria Mario
  • Age: 18
  • Gender: Female
  • Appearance: Prince Peach, please stop crying.
  • Personality: Happy go lucky and chirpy, this little lass is a plucky girl who looks at the positive side of things. *She's extremely loyal to her friends and comrades, and never gives up, even if her body is bruised and battered.
  • Powers and Abilities: Maria is in very good physical condition due to her line of work as a plumber. As such, she is able to leap far and bounce high. She also packs a bit of a punch in terms of physical strength as many foes can attest, especially after feeling the bite of her hammer and her infamous "Ground Pound". She can also shoot small fireballs from her hands. On her at all times she carries her trusty hammer and a belt full of mushrooms. She also has an item made especially for her called the "Item Block", which dispenses non-shroom related items that she has collected from her adventures such as Koopa shells and the FLUDD.
  • Backstory: A humble school girl who grew up in New York, she made a name for herself by defeating Donkey Kong Sr. in single combat and then clearing the sewers from its monster infestation. From then, she was transported to the world where she was born and had a great many adventures, carving out a name for herself as one of its greatest heroes. She regularly fights the Barbarian Queen Bowser of the Koopa Tribes to ensure the safety of Prince Peach.

  • Age: 28
  • Gender: Male
  • Appearance: "Recoome thinks he is a very handsome man." Note: he is even taller than Ginyu. He wears a bandanna and an eyepatch.
  • Personality: Recoome speaks in the third person, constantly seeks competition outside the crew, and thinks very highly of himself. However, he's very loyal to his friends and won't lay a finger on any of his shipmates.
  • Powers and Abilities: Recoome is inhumanly strong and durable. He can take a few bullets before slowing down, and his bones just don't seem to break. He's also a 5-time champion of the Pirate Wrestling League.
  • Backstory: The muscle of the Ginyu Pirates, Recoome hasn't eaten a Devil Fruit. He has, however, amassed a bounty of $163,000,006 for the viscous beatings he lays upon any and all foes in his path (as well as 6 for shoplifting chocolate bars.)

  • Name: Unit LK-U64, aka Fulgore
  • Age: Fresh off the assembly line
  • Gender: Male
  • Appearance: This guy's orange hair, glowy red eyes, and glowing blue claws on this guy's body and color scheme.
  • Personality: Fulgore talks in Robo Speak (i.e., taunting someone by saying "Threaten target! Undermine target's confidence!") and mindlessly follows objectives. However, he was not programmed this way, but adapted it thanks to his AI. He sees no room for emotion or passion in this world, and cannot empathize with others.
  • Powers and Abilities: As a robotic being, Fulgore has a metal casing making him hard to kill, but certainly not impossible to kill. Even simple punches and kicks can wear him down over time. His claws are his primary weapon, and they are enhanced by the energy flowing through them. Fulgore can also teleport for short distances, roughly enough to appear on the other side of someone he's engaged in one-on-one combat with, and fire lasers from his eyes.
  • Backstory: In this universe, the name Lin Kuei belongs to a subsidy of Ultratech MegaCorp specializing in cybernetic experiments. The Lin Kuei attempted three times to turn employees into cyborg supersoldiers loyal only to Ultratech, but the process failed each time- the first two died and the third broke free from his programming and took off. The Lin Kuei's executives decided to simply build a supersoldier entirely out of machinery, give it artificial intelligence, and test it out in the next Killer Instinct tournament. However, this goes awry as the past three tries did, but in an entirely different way.

If this is accepted... dropping Kyon. Fun to write, yeah, but...

And yes, this is AU, since the same person in canon could never have turned out like this. [lol]

  • Name: Ysolda Snowpoint, Dragonborn
  • Age: ~22ish
  • Gender: Female
  • Appearance: In another lifetime, perhaps And another artstyle (AND a world where armour wasn't meant to protect you). In actuality? Subtract the clothing and weaponry, lengthen the hair further and make it messier. There's quite a notable burn scar down her left side and the series of slashes along her right arm are obvious.
  • Personality: Ysolda has a tendency to forget that she, in fact, is not the most liked person in the world. She greets everyone as a friend, cheerfully offers to share any food she has on hand, and generally attempts to turn all social interaction into the start of a party. This is despite not actually having any clothing and being just as willing to eat meat raw as cooked. Also, fitting for a Nord (regardless of how civilised they are), Ysolda loves to fight, which makes trying to change her mind through force even more difficult because she starts stubbornly ignoring your opinions in order to try and get another one.
She is also willing to eat any meat on hand, rejecting vegetables utterly. If the need presents itself (it hasn't since she learned how to take on a troll and win), she's even willing to turn to cannibalism. No wonder she's Namira's champion...
  • Powers and Abilities:
    • Stealth Expert: You'd think a tall, limber girl would have difficulty sneaking around anywhere. Nope; a lifetime in the ruins of Skyrim's north has made Ysolda nigh impossible to notice if she doesn't want to be seen and heard. The lack of anything weighing her down and making it more difficult just helps her remain unnoticed. Unfortunately, she hasn't reached the pinnacle of ninja-ness that lets her go invisible mid-fight just by attempting to get away unnoticed.
    • Hand-to-Hand Master: She's learned from the best—the most powerful wildlife that Skyrim has to offer. As in, she's actually engaged in melee with a dragon and won. She's also capable of beating trolls, bears, sabre-toothed tigers, and heavily armoured Dremora Valkynaz with a minimum of injury.
    • Alteration Skill: A refugee mage from the College of Winterhold took her in after a disastrous battle years before. Despite being unable to impress upon her the need to find clothing—she didn't need it, just like the wolves didn't—he managed to teach her a few magical tricks. So, she can make her skin as hard as steel and breathe underwater—useful abilities, as far as she's concerned.
    • Dragon Shout: Fus. Not Ro Dah. Just Fus. Makes people stumble at most.
  • Backstory: Years earlier, the Great Collapse happened. In the original timeline, this just devastated Winterhold—not so, in this universe. Here, the storms ravaged all the northern cities of Skyrim: Solitude, Winterhold, Dawnstar, Windhelm. The result was nothing so much as the complete and utter annihilation of thousands of years of history, destroyed by the ceaseless weather. Caught in the destruction was a young man from the Tullius family and the family of the Jarl of Windhelm, preventing the Stormcloak Rebellion from ever happening.
So, to, did this prevent the Empire from fighting the Thalmor to a stalemate or Ulfric Stormcloak from stopping the Forsworn. The result was a destroyed empire, the Aldmeri Dominion only held at bay by the warrior peoples to its north, and everything north of Falkreath and Riften destroyed by the rampaging men of the Reach. Those that had begun to rebuild their lives were left incapable of doing much more than fleeing... and trying to dodge the draugr pouring out of crypts. It was into this hostile landscape that Ysolda was born.
Left to fend for herself and overlooked by the ice wraith chasing her mother, the infant displayed typical Nordic pigheadedness and both managed to survive against all odds by following a bandit group around and stealing whatever food they left over. During the daytime, she nearly managed to catch up, often managing to get within earshot and listen to them converse, only to fall behind as her tiredness lead her to sleep.
Once she was older, Ysolda started taking on the animals she had thus far shunned directly, eventually losing the group she'd trailed for most of her life. For the rest of what could be considered her childhood, the white-haired female wandered between the swamps near the ruins of Solitude and the harsh tundra that defined Skyrim's north. She probably shouldn't have tried to take on a trio of trolls at once, though.
The mage that found her battered body, collapsed on top of the corpses, made it a project to heal this girl... and then to try and civilise her when it became apparent she had no knowledge of civilisation but at least basic language skills. Clothing was rejected utterly when Ysolda discovered she could no longer creep up on an unaware wolf and turn it into dinner but he did manage to convince her to go seek out people—after naming her and teaching her spells to prevent another situation with trolls.
So, Ysolda headed south... to be caught trying to cross the border by an Aldmeri patrol, who would've executed her if not for the timely intervention of a dragon. She killed a different dragon a few days later, and has been trying to work out where the path up to High Hrothgar is ever since the burn from that healed. Also, trying to work out why things stumble when she shouts this word at them...
