It's a specific example of excuse plot used in porn; even if it's made fun of in other media, I don't see much harm in cutting it altogether (and redirecting to Excuse Plot).
Never build a character piecemeal out of tropes.
Shouldn't we give it to the 5P if we want to cut it due to the policy?
Is it a porn trope, or is it a pizza delivery, that is special in a different way. If it is a porn trope, what about merging this with Sexy Delivery Guy, whatever it is?

It's about delivery guys in porn. But, a great number of examples on the page are just parodies of the concept from non-porn works.

Yeah. I'm actually in favor of a cut and redirect toward Excuse Plot and listing a brief description of it on the Excuse Plot page.
That said, the in-universe examples are pretty good so they are an argument for keeping it...
Maybe a trim, clean, and lock would be the best idea. Remove actual porn examples, keep in-universe non-porn references to porn using it as an Excuse Plot, and lock the page so no more can be added.

I wouldn't object to changing the description to make clear that this isn't about pornography itself, but there are no grounds to cut this. Almost all of the examples are from non-pornographic works (the Web Original folder needs to be looked at, though).
The key thing is, in non-porn examples, it has nothing to do with Excuse Plot. It's a stock situation, a comedy trope, a sitcom misunderstanding, a setup for an affair plot, so on, but not actually an Excuse Plot. If you redirected it to Excuse Plot, none of the non-porn examples would belong there. And even in porn it has more meaning than is implied by calling it an Excuse Plot; it just happens to be used as one.

If most of the examples are not porn, then there is no reason to cut it. It's a stock comedy that is parodied in media.

The examples seem pretty clean. however the trope is not restricted to a pizza boy.... the pool boy, delivery guy, mail man.
These can be done for comedy, a source of an affair (Jim Brass's daughter in CSI is not actually his but an affair between her mom and the mail man.) spoofed and a lot of other things. This shows up in Glee of all places....
I could see a rename to broaden it though to cover everything and a complete rewrite of the description.

Examples need a major cleaning regarding some NSFW links. I'm listing this here since I don't want to act unilaterally. Also, I am not trying to stir up trouble or anything.
Personally, I'd also say the description needs to be trimmed at least, though I'd also think it might actually be a good idea to simply make it a redirect to Excuse Plot.
