As promised, now that my connection is decent (for a while...), I did some research on Druuna: Morbus Gravis on Italian sites. So far, nothing points out the presence of more than nudity, and the M rating by the ESRB seems further confirmation that there is sensuality but no sex in the game. My conclusion, so far, is to condemn it because it's a trope-less stub, not because of supposed porn. (It was very ambitious for an Italian developer a decade ago, and still is - spanning six C Ds, THX used for the sound - but the result wasn't on par with the expectations.)
I was going to ask what about Rance Quest but I see it was quickly resolved. From now on, shouting "Rance!" will be used to startle the P5 with the thought they have to deal with it again
