Considering that recently someone vandalized the page by saying he's a proud anti-semite, I doubt that much. I would dare to bet that it is a troll flagging.

Dragon Crisis is back. It was cut on accident when Eddie was going down the list and making sure pages voted to be cut were.

Seems trollish. I think you can remove that flag without incident. May want to alert the troper of said vandalism though.

Verdict: Hell if I know

As much as I would like to torch this monstrosity and salt the earth beneath it, I don't know if I can say that this is porn or pedo-pandering in good faith. The sexual violence is not intended to be titillating in the least, and apart from a few nude scenes that are at their most explicit in the first chapter and that one blowjob in the fifth chapter, there isn't much that could be called "pornographic". The best argument I can find against for cutting this is two middle schoolers engaging in oral sex on-panel and another scene in which one of them masturbates to orgasm, which certainly is a major strike against it in retrospect.

Pro:

• The sexual violence is intended to be straight-up horrifying
• After the oral sex, there is no sexual content apart from a one-panel flashback to the above scene

Con:

• Two middle schoolers engage in oral sex on-panel
• On more than one occasion (including the above) there are erect penises shown belonging to middle schoolers

My apologies to the P5 that I couldn't be more helpful. And to all the people whose innocence I destroyed.

TL;DR Version: The question for the P5 members to decide is "Is this horror or pornographic?"

Okay, who is giving the blowjob. Is it clearly a teenager/older person? If it is, yeah, I'd agree, not pedo-pandering. Definitely not porn either. At best, Ecchi, something completely different.

@Irene: The only person over middle-school age who appears is a teacher in the first chapter, well before the oral sex occurs.

I've hollered for restoration on the two works I listed a few posts above. Seeing that this was a mistake by Fast Eddie and not a Google request, they should be restored shortly.

@Tgoodrich: Okay. Now, are they anyone under the age of 14 giving blowjobs and do the pictures definitely look underage? I'd like to see this to make sure. Mostly because of the YMMV route.

@Kuro Bara Hime: Digimon Full Force was a Darth Wiki unpublished work anyway. Last I saw, it had two devilheads. Fast Eddie must have provided the third since Martello is gone now.

Huh. None of them look young at all. Maybe 15ish. I meant of the scene, actually. You can send it in PM and I'll look through. Send me the CG, actually. I'm pretty good at determining this, IMO.

Middle School is about 13-15. Under 13 is pre-puberty, which is pedophilia. Above is not. That's a completely different thing and not what we're looking to cut. The real question is if it's porn or not.

If we're going by what it officially is... Pedophilia is 10 and under, Hebophilia is 11-14, and Ebophilia is 16-19. However, I believe it was agreed to be 14 and above is considered "overage" for this. Unless a P5 or a Mod would like to correct me. I do mistakes, after all.

According to Sandbox.What Is Porn, explicit sex between teenagers (which I would definitely deem that blowjob scene as) is a possible cut, but depends on who the work is aimed at and whether it comprises a large portion of the work. Definitely requires context.

We're cutting porn involving minors. 15-year-olds are minors.

Edit: 16 and older was the agreed-upon age.

As for the sexual content, it is barely there. Like, at all. Definitely not porn or actual pedophilia in any case. I was given the scenes. They didn't look that young at all. 14ish at youngest, really.

There is no number for P5 decisions. That's why we have P5.

We are but police, we do not interpret the laws. Those guidelines, although originally intended for the 5P, are much better for use as flagging guidelines. The 5P is responsible for interpreting the laws. Otherwise, there would not be windows for context to take part in them.
