Van Helsing? From the movie, that is.
"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.Vampire hunter battle royale
Forever liveblogging the AvengersI dunno if he'd have enough to work with but I've always figured a good opponent for Simon would be Arthur.
🏳️⚧️she/her | Vio Rhyse AlberiaWhat sorts of weapons does Arthur have apart from his lance?
Samus Aran.
...would murder him in seconds. Probably not the best choice.
My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.Metroids are kind of like space vampire jellyfish...
Forever liveblogging the AvengersBelmont Battle Royale.
Or just put him up against DIO.
I mean, Simon can pause time too if I recall, so ZA....WARUDO!!!! may not be as much as a factor.
One Strip! One Strip!Daggers, Shields, Throwing Axes, Holy Wa- err, Torches, along with other things without direct Belmont analogues like the Discus (rolls along the ground) or a Crossbow.
He also has other sets of armor he can equip, particularly one that lets him fly and one that boosts the power of all his weapons.
🏳️⚧️she/her | Vio Rhyse AlberiaOpponents for Simon -
Garcia from Shadows of the Damned.
Rayne from Blood Rayne
Kain from Legacy of Kain
The Prince from Prince of Persia
Jonathan Joestar from Jo Jo
His major downside is that he needs constant yellow sun energy or his powers just fuck off
You're forgetting that Goku almost shattered the universe with a few punches so if you scale Goku Black to that and there's no reason you shouldn't and consider that Black is several times stronger than the Goku that did that, then Goku Black is clearly multi-universal.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!I'd like to point out that Superboy Prime punching reality was something that was very circumstantial and not as major as it's being made out to be. He was outside of reality and broke the barrier between himself and reality proper. It was used as a blanket excuse to clean up plotholes and make some retcons.

Yeah. I think it works as a thematic connection but it's not like Superboy is going around breaking reality with every single punch, or like it's something he can do willy nilly. He can't just walk up to somebody he's pissed at and punch reality to pieces in front of them.
On the same note, Goku almost "punched" the universe to pieces under atypical circumstances, and it's a feat that's out of line with pretty much everything he does later in Super. Not that that stops people in Goku vs Superman arguments from bringing it up.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!The exceptions is Ultra Instict Goku and Jiren, who were able to shake and nearly destory an endless void with their auras alone.
Trion Juggernaut would be a much better fit for goku black, as Trion Juggernaut does Superboy primes reality destroying punches as a basic attack.
Watch SymphogearHow do you "destroy an endless void"
It's already nothing. That's literally what a void is. Did they... fill it with things?

That would be another addition to growing list of things that sound really cool, but don't mean anything.

A moment.
- Helena Bertinelli vs Frank Castle? Italian vigilantes motivated by with no hesitation to murder. Helena loves crossbows. Frank loves guns. Families wiped out by the mob. Marvel vs DC.
- Death Battle hasn't so much as hinted at Ash from Evil Dead, have they? There's got to be litany of people he could fight.
That sounds like Superman lifting a book of infinite pages to me.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Would Blade work or is that more of an opponent for Alucard?
It's been 3000 years…I don't think Ash is competent enough for that to even be a fair fight, and thematically it's a guy who fights super-zombies created by an evil book against a guy who fights super-zombies created by Dracula. The contrast is there - a hyper-competent hunter of the supernatural versus a comical, bumbling Action Survivor in a supernatural setting - but that's it.
My vote is still for Blade vs Selene.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!So, a question here: Who could be the best-suited opponent for Kylo Ren/Ben Solo?
The only good fanboy, is a redeemed fanboy.I want to say Azula from Avatar for a ke reason.

Prediction blog, as usual.
This one is interesting, it's 4 for Carnage, 5 for Lucy.
Is this another part of pony friendship? Telling each other what you learned all the time?Note that basically all of them state this is a very close matchup.
In terms of stats, they have Carnage as faster, more versatile, more experienced, and having a better healing factor. Lucy has superior destructive capability, better range, with her vectors ability to go intangible allowing her to attack Kasady directly, and Carnage can't see those vectors, and she is smarter then him.

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.
Who'd make a good opponent for Simon Belmont?
