Avalon Web Of Magic, apparently, is a Magical Girl series. There's an excerpt on the main website here.
Support Gravitaz on Kickstarter!I'm writing one, but it won't be done for another couple months and I might not be able to find a publisher.
A True Lady's Quest - A Jojo is You!Well, I'm not sure about how well Light Novels are doing in the West, but there's certainly at least one or two novels that might fill your criteria.
Does anyone know of any Cute Witch novels at teen reading level?

don’t call me nerdy [img][/imgRead this when I was too young to evaluate whether it was any good. It's worth a try, at least.
That's Feo . . . He's a disgusting, mysoginistic, paedophilic asshat who moonlights as a shitty writer—Something AwfulWell, there's lots of Cute Witch books, e.g. The Worst Witch and the girls in Harry Potter. And the WITCH comics were turned into books, so that's Magical Girl Warrior sorted. There's nothing for Magic Idol Singer, though.

I think the W.I.T.C.H. book series was canceled though.
Infinity...The Witches Of Bailiwick is about a teenage witch who fights monsters and evil people and stuff. Dunno if that meets your criteria.
I have one planned as well that deals with hypnotism, dreams, and focuses on a group of girls from a 'Camp for Troubled Girls'.
I'd recommend this free web original [1] called Saga of Soul. It was made by a troper and is imho under appreciated. An interesting take on the magical girl and an all-round good piece of original fiction. Tropes page

Heh, thanks for the vote of confidence, mdman 1.
I think Sailor Nothing is an excellent magical girl story. Do note, though, that it's a fairly dark deconstruction.
Where I Watch: My Little PonyI think I can handle Sailor Nothing. If it is anything like the Puella Magi franchise I will love it and start obsessing over it.

don’t call me nerdy [img][/imgThen you should be fine. Puella Magica felt to me like someone had watched Sailor Nothing and said "hm...Needs to be a notch a darker". (Saga of Soul has some hints of dark deconstructionism, but not remotely like these two.)
Where I Watch: My Little PonyThere's the new series, Sophie And The Shadow Woods, for Magical Girl Warrior.
Can you recommend the series, cause I've just been to the site and it seems more like a 'little badass tomboy who hates anything girly beats things up' series. It lacks most of the usual stuff, no henshined outfits, no henshining in the first place. Also she looks like a fairytale princess but she's actually a tomboy through and through. I mean, I might be judging too soon so I'll need a recommendation before I pick it up.

Infinity...Well, no, not really, but I remember the Avalon Web Of Magic series doesn't have Transformation Sequences or frilly outfits either, and that's classified as Magical Girl Warrior.

I am now wondering if there is are any examples of Henshin Hero in literature.
don’t call me nerdy [img][/imgI have read Avalon: Web of Magic omnibus of the first 3 books, and i m hooked. i plan on read twitches, since i've seen the tv movies, and the books sound better
don’t call me nerdy [img][/imgAh, I knew those must have been books! I was wondering why those movies felt a bit higher quality from the rest. Arcana Magi might count though it's got a lot of psychological analysis and conspiracies heavily worked in the plot. It reads like a dark fantasy action adventure that happens to have Magical Girls as protagonists rather than a purely Magical Girl based story. It's a good read, but I prefer works that play the tropes straighter. I mean really, what's wrong with an idealistic story where girls dressed in frilly outfits beat the crap out of evil monsters with the power of friendship?
Of course, the problem with the W.I.T.C.H books is they're bloody impossible to find copies of. You can go to as many book stores, Amazon, and file sharing sites you like, but it's rare to find any. Or it could be that all my local book stores don't have them, but I defend my claim.
A nearby library has copies of the W.I.T.C.H. books, which is nice since I can't find the comics anywhere. I used to love the cartoon, but for some reason it got cancelled after two seasons.
don’t call me nerdy [img][/imgLucky bastard.
Does anyone anyone else find it ironic that both Avalon: Web of Magic and Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha both have a character who is a human in the magical world but takes the form of a ferret on Earth?
don’t call me nerdy [img][/imgI'm actually working on two series involving magical girls. One is a planned graphic novel, while the other I was thinking of doing in an interactive fiction format using Twine. (So I guess it would still count as a novel.) The second one falls into the Space Opera category as well...
I'm a teenager who loves the Magical Girl genre of manga and anime and would like to no if there are books at a teen reading level that can be considered magical girl fiction.
