You know looking at it now I kinda wish Olly from Origami King was in a better Paper Mario game. His converting people into his origami followers would be terrifying and the Legion of stationary are decent villains. Imagine if rather than just generic goombas and toads, Olly was turning the partners from paper mario 64 and TTYD into his origami soldiers. The legion of stationary can still work as the big bosses they could even be fighting against Mario with the origami-fied partner as their helper. A game like that would have been really cool.
PPS did about 1.22 million in its first 10 days, while Mv DK did 1.12.

The Protomen enhanced my life.I hope those are good numbers for Mario RPG for Nintendo since I hope we could see that content more in the future. But, I know......Square.
-Witty line-RPG Remake outsold the original.
Mileena MadnessSquare:"but that's still not enough we need more!"
After 10 year plus years I have the confidence to be here. Let's give it EVERYTHING we've got! It's...PUNISHMENT TIME3.31 million aren't bad numbers at all. And I don't think Square is assuming otherwise, since the original only sold 2.14 million according to Wikipedia.
Still crazy that Super Mario Party and Mario Party Superstars sold so well and yet neither received any DLC or content updates. *sob*
Mad props for the other sellers, though. 8 Deluxe has surpassed the original's saled by a factor of 7, and no doubt the Booster Course Pass fueled people's interest in it!
135 - 169 - 273 - 191 - 188 - 230 - 300The worst part is that it may not even be Square saying this but Nintendo. And they have seen better sales elsewhere.
Hopefully, they also know underdog geek cred is important. So they might not give up just yet.
Discord: Waido X 255#1372 If you cant contact me on TV Tropes do it here.Eh. Mario Sunshine is over 20 years old. The glitchiness is well known already.

True, but they're still fun to see in action. And I couldn't come up with anything witty to label the video with.
SoundCloudAlso, I think you have to try hard enough to find the glitches. I played the game many times and never found a single one. Perhaps because I always play it normally.
135 - 169 - 273 - 191 - 188 - 230 - 300The one glitch I found when normally playing was the 'falling through a spinning platform' one but it wasn't consistent enough to really notice.
The Protomen enhanced my life.I've also played the game a bunch of times, and sure, it's a bit more jank than other 3D Mario platformers, but I haven't stumbled upon anything too glitchy or broken. and yet some people act like you just have to look at it funnily and it immediately breaks.
"Well I have extensively looked at glitch videos on Youtube so I know what the specific way of triggering them is and I go out of my way to trigger them so that means that they're very obvious."
I always found Sunshine kinda glitchy not so much in that there's notable game-breaking stuff, but that the physics and controls didn't feel as consistent as in other games.
Ever wanted to see the most inexplicably horrifying intro to a game ever? The only glitch I ever encountered was falling to the bottom of a level and being stuck there instead of dying from falling.
That was my experience too. But then, unlike the other 3D Mario platformers, I did not care to spend time being thorough on Sunshine.
SoundCloudThe only really glitchy part I know of is the pachinko level. And I don't know if it's actually glitchy or just purposefully really janky.
Speaking of the pachinko game, at one point when I played through it I somehow got Mario stuck on a peg and he just stayed there in one spot while an infinite number of "ouch" stars flew out of him. It was the strangest glitch I had ever seen in a Mario game.
"Hey, gimme a minute to get to know everyone, 'kay, Brainy?" "Of course, but please allow me to get a word in, too, bzz."That level is an exception to what I said earlier about the game not having that many gameplay glitches you would encounter playing normally. One other that I forgot about is the Corona Mountain boat.
Ever wanted to see the most inexplicably horrifying intro to a game ever?I've fallen through the floor to my death plenty of times without actively trying. It's a pretty jank game.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Funny, the 3D All-Stars version of the pachinko game was not at all bad, much better than what I remember of the original.
i’m optimistic
