What do you think could happen?
Infection possibly, but that's my main worry with that. I'd rather not 'fail sex ed forever' as a writer.

How do I avoid the Satellite Love Interest Trope in a Boarding School setting? I want to depict a platonic relationship between one guy and a bunch of girls.

Feel free to visit my yokai blog.By writing about the characters involved so that the romance isn't the only thing you are talking about.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanWhat do you mean?
Feel free to visit my yokai blog.Awkwardish question, but what does unstyled long hair (such as bed head) look like on the average black person?
Read my stories!I think it would look like unstyled long hair.
Feel free to visit my yokai blog.If you are writing about these characters and the only thing you have to say is about the romance, then you are writing a Satellite Love Interest.
A character that is solely defined in terms of being someone's love interest is a Satellite Love Interest.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanSPDUDE: Yes, I am aware, -_-; the problem is, modern media and influences tend to have women straighten their hair, or style it in some way, and any "natural" hair is depicted as really short, and thus I don't have any reference. I have google searched, but I don't know what's been styled and what hasn't been.
This is a problem for me because I draw my characters, and wanted to practice different hair styles with a female character of mine who is indeed black, and I realized I have no foundation to start on, beyond a very white washed media for reference.

Read my stories! So I've got a character from a culture that's big into body modification. As such, he has a number of ear and facial piercings. But he also works as a bodyguard, and so having bits of metal in his face to be grabbed seems like a bad idea. What sort of piercings could he wear on-duty with minimal risk? Or would he just have to swallow his pride and go without while at work?
Anything that takes the form of studs rather than rings, and doesn't have any big obvious handholds sticking out.
Shinigan (Naruto fanfic)If you're having trouble googling stuff like hair specific to a group or sex ed stuff, there are specialty blogs that take questions and stuff, usually letting you ask things anonymously. Should be easy to find some tumblrs at least... I don't personally know of any so I can't vouch for them but a quick google got me this for sex ed and... I don't know if this one for race/possibly specifically black people is dedicated to answering questions—probably not, and there's no anon option—but links in the sidebar might be helpful.

You will not go to space today. Is it possible to take a deer you've shot to a butcher and sell it, assuming the body's still in good condition? If you can, what sort of price could you expect for the average deer?
Alternatively, what's the price of good venison?
How do I describe a Heroic BSOD, specifically the eyes and face?
Feel free to visit my yokai blog.Suppose my protagonist wants to be king, and he chooses to win this position by marrying the princess of a royal family. However, the princess's father tells the hero that he can only marry the princess if he pays a really expensive bride-price. The hero manages to acquire the requested object of payment, but ultimately sacrifices it in the name of some greater good. Would it cheapen his sacrifice if he ended up getting the girl anyway because she admired the nobility he showed? It's not really important to me that he become king, but I do want him to win the princess's heart.
My DeviantArt Domain My Tumblrgreedling: thanks! although the tag on hair doesn't seem to have anyone with long hair that isn't braided or put up somehow. Hmmmm. I must search further.
Read my stories!@AHR: The musician Ayesha Quraishi has long hair. here's some◊ pictures of her◊. Not all afro-texture hair is the same though, and different people's hair is going to behave differently when long.

@AHR: This just occurred to me, and it's not precisely what you're asking for, but I wouldn't be too surprised if any black women with long hair wore their hair in a braid when they went to bed. My older sister, who has thick, very curly frizzy hair (we're not black, and I'm not entirely sure what the differences between her hair type and the typical black hair type are, but they're somewhat similar looking), usually braids her hair before bed in order to prevent too much tangling.
Cats: Ah thank you!
Nocturna: Heh, hadn't thought of that (I have long curly hair meself...well before I cut it anyway), mostly cause I can't braid.
Thank you both, I think I got enough information to make things work!
Read my stories!I think it's just not a very popular look these days.
Jabberwosky: He may win the princess' heart but not 'get the girl', if her father forbids it. At least that's how I'd write it - the tragic twist and subversion of romantic expectations appeals to me.
Especially since the princess' heart isn't what he originally wanted anyway. Jerk.
The Revolution Will Not Be TropeableIs this lame?
“I thought you would know. Weren’t you his best friend before you ripped out his eyes and put a bullet in his knee?”
“We don’t discuss this, dear.”
“Ah, I wish Damian could see you in pain. He loves it as much as I do. Oh, wait, he can’t, because you ripped out his—”
“Anyway—”
I thought it was funny.
Anyway, I need to introduce an Ojou character, and need some suggestions for a suitably posh breakfast dish for them to eat.

I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialIf the princess does end up liking my hero, I do want her to have the final say in the matter. I don't want my female characters to lack power after all.

My question hasn't been answered yet and it's a little far up. Does anyone know if 'natural oils, (such as vegetable oil or olive oil) can be safely used for penetrative sex as long as condoms aren't being used? i've tried online sources, but I haven't found anything specific.
