• Awesome Art: Regularly comes first/ranks high in "best art" polls on otome isekai subreddits and other sites.
• Crosses the Line Twice: Agriches are so over the top evil it often veers into Comedic Sociopathy territory.
• Incest Yay Shipping: Quite a lot of readers clearly prefer Roxana with Dion or even Jeremy than with Cassis.
• They Wasted a Perfectly Good Plot: Some readers felt the story would be more compelling if it focused on retelling "Hell's Flower" from the perspective of original Roxana (abridged plot of "Hell's Flower" was put into one of the side-stories written after the novels were finished).
  • It's been also pointed out that shoehorning "Reborn as Villainess" Story was completely unnecessary and didn't add much to the plot except for protagonist's knowledge of the original novel, which becomes void anyway once she saves Cassis quite early on, and could be easily replaced by original Roxana reliving and fixing her previous life via Time Travel.
• Too Bleak, Stopped Caring: A common complaint about the story, if you don't consider Agriches' antics darkly hilarious. Roxana herself, despite being the main character and technically not as bad as her relatives, still manipulates people at every turn, sacrifices quite a lot of lives in order to reach her goal and offhandedly mentions helping her father in his criminal activities. Other characters are also very morally gray, and even Sierra, while technically a good and kind person, is still judged in-universe and out for being too weak and passive.
• The Woobie: Sierra. She's married to what basically amounts to a mob boss, lives in a Gilded Cage, is forced to see her beloved son being killed and her only remaining child, a daughter, clearly disdains her and keeps her at arm's length, while being too busy climbing the family ranks. Her only friend is an Ax-Crazy cannibal who likes to murder and dismember her servants and stitch them back together to use as her personal puppets. No wonder Sierra's mental health is deteriorating fast.
