YMMV / The Break-Up

• Best Known for the Fanservice: The film is best known for a scene in which Jennifer Aniston wanders around her apartment with nothing on (after getting a bikini wax, mind you).
• Tear Jerker: Brooke rattling off all the things she's done for Gary throughout their relationship, capping if off by declaring, "And you just don't appreciate any of it."
• Unintentionally Unsympathetic: A common criticism labeled at both of the main characters:
  Phil On Film: The Break-Up has been sold with the tagline "Pick a Side", but the film makes it awfully hard to make a choice. We don't really know who these people are, we know hardly anything about their relationship, and in the early scenes they both come across as fairly dislikeable people. He's a lazy, self-absorbed slob. She's an uptight, shrieking harridan. Which side are we meant to plump for here?
