Anti-Climax Boss: Morpheus is the very final boss encounter in the game. Despite this status, he's not capable of putting up too much of a fight. As a result, his "fight" is rather short and consists of Troy simply grabbing him and severing his connection to the Metaphorical Duck before drowning him in a nearby pool of acid.
Awesome Music: The whole soundtrack is full of this.
Pandora, Agamemnus's central head, likes boxes. This may seem random at first, but it starts to make a bit more sense when you consider the legend of "Pandora's Box".
Fridge Heartwarming: The arms on the walls that Troy uses to escape the pool of acid appear to be Amadeus's arms. Given his gratitude for them curing his ailing heart, it's not too hard to imagine him literally lending a hand (or a few) to help them out of danger.
Fridge Logic: The ending scene shows Amadeus and Agamemnus contained in tanks back at the lab. How were they captured and transported, since they are gigantic mountain-sized beings rooted in place to the insides of a cave?
