• Complete Monster: Guizel is a masked military leader seeking to establish a dictatorship on the world of Ietta. Having a gravity device developed that he intends to use as a weapon, Guizel has the lead scientist eliminated when he attempts to keep Guizel from weaponizing the device and pursues the man's daughter Elysse who has the key to activating it. When Elysse runs across Tita and her crew on the Cha-Cha Maru, Guizel tries to have them killed to force Elysse to comply. Later attempting to activate his device, Guizel reveals he intends to wipe out an entire floating city to kill everyone there and create a crisis so he can take Ietta over.
