- Adaptation Displacement: A lot of people seem to be more familiar with this show than with the Cut the Rope games.
- Alternate Character Interpretation: In the "City Park" episode, where we meet Toss, Om Nom (presumably out of curiosity) reaches out and bounces Toss's spring, causing Toss to run away. A Youtube commenter suggested it to be a form of "Eve teasing." note
- Archive Panic: There are more than 184 episodes throughout 19 seasons (and counting).
- Padding: Later videos actually have about only a few minutes of material with several older videos tacked on the end.
- Ugly Cute: Prehistoric Om Nom. Justified, since he's supposed to be a caveman version of Om Nom.
