• Awesome Moments:
  • The opening action scene, in which Hank enters the factory by ramming his car into the entrance before fighting his way through all the AAHW mooks.
  • Hank's fight with Tricky, culminating in Hank destroying Demon Tricky via bazooka.
  • Hank's Heroic Sacrifice climax. Two words. Be Alive.
• Complete Monster: Jebus is one of the men responsible for the state that Nevada is in. Founding the More Alive Factory alongside the Sheriff, Jebus releases "Life Smog" upon the state that mutates the populace and turns Nevada into a wasteland while he lives in luxury. When Hank Wimbleton is admiring the nature in Jebus's paradise, Jebus kills Hank by stabbing him through the head.
• Funny Moments:
  • At the beginning of the animation, a grunt can't figure out the password to the enter the factory. The agent behind him responds by slamming his head into the control panel, causing the door to open.
  • The Auditor's cameo at the very end of the credits.
  The Auditor: I was in the bathroom
• Magnificent Bastard: Hank J. Wimbleton is more noble compared to his canon counterpart. First seen ramming the entrance of the Alive Factory, Hank slaughters his way to the top of the tower. Not intending to come out alive, Hank straps himself with a bomb which detonates after Jebus kills him, taking down both him and the factory in the process, allowing Nevada to return to normal.
• Nightmare Fuel: The fact that the facial crosses all Madness Combat characters have are alluded to be a Body Horror brought about by the pollution from Jebus and the Sheriff's factory.
• Tear Jerker: Admit it. You cried at least a little when Hank got killed. Especially since it comes right after he's made it to the top, and is so overwhelmed by the unpolluted nature around him he can't help but stare into the sun, even as he's being stabbed from behind by Jebus.
