• Awesome Music: The soundtrack is pretty awesome.
• Hilarious in Hindsight: If you shoot a police officer, he’ll say, “Hey! I’m on your side!” It sounds a very similar to another What the Hell, Hero? quote: “Hey, Einstein! I’m on your side!”
• Narm: Whenever you lose your last life, your character shouts, "I'm shot!" Yet even if you lose your last life to something like a knife wound, he still says that.
• Scrappy Mechanic:
  • Before the start of every round, the game automatically reloads for you. The problem is, when you have a special weapon with you, it throws away a magazine for you even thought you have a few shots left.
  • Unlike Lethal Enforcers 1, the game penalizes you for taking damage, which makes it even harder to obtain a higher rank when you clear a stage.
  • Also, unlike other games, all weapons collected are limited. You will automatically revert back to your default weapon once all of it is used.
• That One Achievement: It's very hard to hit Grandmaster rank in each mission, which probably requires a good hit rate, no hostages shot, most enemies shot, and no damage.
