• Crosses the Line Twice: After what happened between Peter and Babs, he and Lois drive home in despondent, horrified silence, even ignoring phone calls from Lois' parents. The atmosphere is very somber and serious… then Peter turns on the radio, only to panic and turn it back off when "Weird Al" Yankovic's "Eat It" starts playing. Then they stop at a red light and see a store with a sign reading "Faruq's Old Carpets."
• Memetic Mutation: Lois screaming^Explanation Lois' horrified scream upon seeing that Peter went down on her mother in a hypnotic state instantly garnered attention for its surprisingly intense delivery. The scene became a popular subject for lip-syncs on TikTok, and widespread comparisons of Lois' scream to Asuka Langley Soryu's scream led to a number of video edits and redraws based around the concept.
• She Really Can Act: Alex Borstein's performance as Lois' Signature Scene down below goes well beyond how she acts and sounds very realistic in how utterly horrified she is.
• Signature Scene:
  • Lois' bloodcurdling scream after realizing what Peter did to her mother is the most talked about part of the episode, even among people who don't watch Family Guy (as clips of the scene were widely spread online almost immediately), thanks to its unsubtle depiction of incest and the fact that Alex Borstein genuinely sounds horrified at the scene.
  • There's also Stewie finally hitting his Rage Breaking Point when he hears Brian and Chris badmouthing him again and running outside to shoot them, after he made it overwhelmingly clear that he would if they didn't stop.
• Squick: Peter, while hypnotized, performed oral sex on his 69-year-old mother-in-law. He later has to be restrained from doing the same to his teenage daughter.
