  • Alternate Character Interpretation:
    • In the final story, a talk show host mentions that Speeding Bullet (who he is due to interview soon) describes himself as incredibly happy, even though the first issue established him as a lonely Blessed with Suck mild Death Seeker who was honest about his feelings to another reporter. Is Speeding Bullet in Stepford Smiler mode, or is that meant to imply that he found a way to control his powers or finally have a successful relationship and really is happy now?
    • Retired Badass Commander Power is interrupted while recounting a story about how he stopped someone named Bombardier from destroying something. Given that Commander Power is later revealed to be a former supervillain, did he later become a superhero, was Bombardier destroying something related to a villainous plot, or was Commander Power making up that whole story to give the false impression he was a hero and not a villain due to feeling embarrassed about his old choices?
  • Ensemble Dark Horse: Mosche/The Acidic Jew is a good contender for the best-remembered protagonist of the series despite having to share the focus of the one story he has a speaking role in due to being a Humble Hero with a strong sense of spirituality and duty while still having some Blessed with Suck moments.
