Tropes
  • Brick Joke: At the beginning of Self-Aware Game Mechanics, FUN Ke states he won't say the word "meta" as he considers it a slur. At the very end of the video, the word slips out and he slips into the floor.
  • Broke the Rating Scale: When FUN Ke gives the game ULTRAKILL a "Pinkerton out of a Blue", clarifying that as being an 11 out of 10.
  • Everyone Knows Morse: Subverted. FUN Ke's pet helicopter turtle Craig communicates in Morse Code. FUN Ke talks back as if he can understand him, but it's revealed he has no clue what it's saying.
  • Floating Limbs: FUN Ke's avatar Bombi has floating hands separate from his arms.
  • Gratuitous Rap: FUN Ke has suddenly rapped in his videos multiple times. First to praise Legion as the best Titan in Titanfall, then to talk about the campaign of Titanfall, and finally to critique the overly competitive and stale map design of certain class-based shooters. He even lampshades it on the third occasion.
  • Heli-Critter: FUN Ke has FUN Ke's pet helicopter turtle Craig in "Self-Aware Game Mechanics" and "Junji Ito's Freaky Manga Endings"
  • Idiosyncratic Ratings Scale: FUN Ke uses different Weezer albums as his metric when giving ratings for games.
  • Robot Dog: FUN Ke's pet robot dog Blade Wolf in Concept Albums.
  • Sudden Name Change:
    • Lampshaded. FUN Ke's series on Movement Shooters was briefly renamed to Movement FPS for one video, with instances of FUN Ke saying the word shooter being blatantly edited out and even stating the title hadn't changed at all in the comments. The name change didn't last, however.
    • Junji Ito's Freaky Manga Endings was previously Junji Ito's Macabre Manga Endings
  • X Days Since: In EVEN MORE Movement FPS, FUN Ke has a sign saying "0 Days Since Last TF 2 Mention", which he comically erases the zero just to put another in its place.
