More barnyard excitement than you can shake Old MacDonald's severed femur at.
Blood and Bacon is a multiplayer first-person shooter that acts somewhat as a mix of Left 4 Dead and Killing Floor.

You play as one of many playable characters trying to slaughter all of the undead livestock whose presence plagues a small farm. Over the course of 101 levels, you fight multiple enemy types and bosses while also gaining new weapons along the way. The game was released on Steam on February 1, 2016.

Blood and Bacon provides examples of the following.

  • Easter Egg: There are many, many secrets through out the game.
    • At the beginning of every day, there is a 1 in 500 chance of the sky turning yellow with a blimp flying around in the background. Managing to shoot down this blimp nets you an achievement.
    • Inside the barn are three skulls on the walls, shooting them all causes the Farmer to tell you about how three men killed each other in a fight three years ago, where he ended up being the last survivor.
    • There are multiple icons of the sun hidden around the map. Shooting them causes the Farmer to say something. Some have him congratulate you, some have him tell you a bad joke and some have him sing Stressed Out.
    • Shooting the Farmer on the wall enough times will cause him to fill the barn with grenades, resulting in you being downed and losing both your arms if you can't make it out in time.
    • Shooting the Farmer in between his legs will cause him to puke blood.
    • During the night time levels, go behind the white house and shine your flashlight on a certain part of the wall to reveal Invisible Writing that changes every night.
  • Evil Twin: According to the Farmer's Steam trading card, he has one that runs a farm in Canada. He's also the one who stuck the poor Farmer up on that wall.
  • Hulking Out: The Bulkify power up makes you super strong and impervious to damage for a short amount of time.
  • Impaled with Extreme Prejudice: The Farmer is stuck pierced to the wall of the barn by a pitchfork. According to his Steam trading card, his twin brother from Canada was responsible for this.
  • Sole Survivor: The Farmer was this of a fight that resulted in three other people dead years ago.
  • What the Hell, Hero?: After slaughtering every last normal pig on the farm on Day 101, The Farmer yells at you for killing his livestock and now the farm will have to be restarted before telling you to get out of his face.
