Can you survive some nights at Joe's?

Some Nights at Joe's is a Fangame of the Five Nights at Freddy's series. The series was developed by "The_Atomic_Official", who unfortunately passed away. The games can be found on his profile page.

The "Some Nights at Joe's" series provides examples of:

  • A.I. Is a Crapshoot: Joe is ordered by the Purple Guy to murder the child protagonist who witnessed him murder three children in the restaurant's backroom. Joe passes the boy only to enter his family's house and murder the poor kid's parents.
  • Dark Is Not Evil: You can turn off the lights as a method to defend yourself from certain enemies in the first game's remake.
  • Expy:
  • Feathered Fiend: The titular character Joe the Duck is this, being an enemy in every game of the series.
  • Kill It with Fire:
    • A child burns to death after the minigame's room starts burning after the animatronics on stage suddenly begin to glitch out.
    • All the animatronics in the same game are burned inside a furnace at the end of the game.
  • Out of Order: Subverted. The second game's remake released before the first game's remake.
  • Overshadowed by Controversy: The series is often remembered due to the creator sadly committing suicide in August 2022, due to pressure and growing toxicity in the FNaF fangame community.
  • Role Reprise: In-Universe. Foxy and Golden Freddy return from the original series in the first game's old version, under their Five Nights at Freddy's 2 mechanics.
  • Role Swap AU: In the second game's old version, Fredbear takes the role as the plush-sized character who stars the minigame between nights, while Spring Bonnie takes the role as the Final Boss.
  • Too Dumb to Live: In the third game, presumably The Crying Child willingly jumps right into Fredbear's mouth, causing The Bite of '83, his older brother not even being involved at all.
  • Unintentionally Unwinnable: The second game's old version's later nights can be this, due to imbalanced AI that barely gives you any time to act. You can thankfully skip them using the A key on your keyboard.
  • Villain No Longer Idle: Purple Guy says he'll do this after the second game's old version's credits, where he presents himself as Spring Bonnie, who's called Killer in-game.
