• Creator Backlash:
  • Sheena has been quite candid in her disdain for the filming of the music video for "For Your Eyes Only", as she had to been clamped down and you can actually see the pain in her face as the camera is zooming in on her lips.
  • Sheena has admitted she didn't like her work on the music video for "Almost Over You".
  • Sheena also wasn't a fan of the "Do You" album as she didn't like the material and she didn't gel with the team involved.
• Creator's Oddball:
  • Sheena wasn't afraid to delve into different genres, as she became the only artist to get five number one singles on five different Billboard certified charts throughout the 80s, with those being the Billboard Hot 100, Dance, R&B, Adult Contemporary and Country charts.
  • Sheena also recorded a Spanish language album in 1984, which resulted in her taking home a Grammy Award for Best Mexican-American Performance for "Me Gustas Tal Como Eres", a duet she sang with Luis Miguel.
• Uncredited Role: Despite having a prominent presence on Prince's "U Got the Look", she went uncredited on the single's release.
• What Could Have Been:
  • Sheena originally wanted her longtime producer Christopher Neil to produce her Best Kept Secret album, but he wasn't a fan of the album's new material or style and backed out.
  • Sheena also planned on having David Foster, who had produced her and Kenny Rogers hit duet "We've Got Tonight", produce a few solo songs for her, but he backed out due to scheduling conflicts.
