- Dueling Dubs: The series has over three English dubs. The first dub was done in South Korea for release in most English-speaking countries, while the second dub was done in the UK for airing in the UK on Cartoonito and CITV, and the third dub was also done in South Korea for remastered versions of the first two seasons.
- Pororo, the Racing Adventure had two English dubs. The first dub is faithful to the original Korean version and was included on the German DVD/Blu-Ray releases of the film, while the second dub is done by Simka Entertainment and includes an All-Star Cast, some characters being renamed, the original songs being replaced with new ones, and rewritten dialogue but keeps the voices and dialogue of Pororo and his friends from the first dub.
- Studio Hop: Seasons 1-2 were animated by Ocon Studios, but starting in Season 3 it would be animated by Studio Gale, while Ocon Studios would animate the series' movies.
- Long Runner: The series has been around in some form or another since 2003, with the pre-revival series running from then until 2021.
- What Could Have Been: Originally, Pororo was called "Peter", but the show's creator, Choi Jong Il, would call him "Pororo" and that name suited the penguin.
