• Acting for Two: Diane Delano played twins Bobbi and Jessi Glass. And their brother Rock. And their uncle.
• Dawson Casting: Various members of the cast were in their early (or late!) twenties when the series was made. Carly Pope was an aversion as she was eighteen when it started although she was twenty by the end.
• Playing Their Own Twin: As well as the examples in Acting for Two, there were several more. One of the students had younger sisters who were Alpha Bitches at their junior high, and the twins were played by the same actress, and provide the trope page image.
• Screwed by the Network: Season 2 ends with a cliffhanger because creator Ryan Murphy was told he'd get a Season 3.
